Its incredible how in a state where there are more Latinos there isnt someone to answer your call in Spanish, whats the point of the food being good if there is very bad customer service!! First time here. Walked in and it smelled very old. Got seated in an undesirable location in the walkway, and never received any service for about ten mins. Including my party of 3, there were 4 tables there. We stopped a lady walking by and asked if she could get our server. She came back and was the server. Took our order and was exerting uneasy energy. The crab legs were undercooked, egg was not fresh. It tasted like a pre boiled egg from Walmart. Will not be returning.

COCKROACH INCIDENT. I ve been here maybe 10-15 over the last few years and today was the last time I ll ever go. I brought my friends here for the first time and a cockroach fell from the ceiling and landed on my arm. I jumped up and knocked it off screaming and no one from the staff came over to check on us. My friends and I went to the front to pay and they refused to comp my meal. The table behind us screamed when they saw the roach on the floor and the waitress ran over to step on it and wouldn t move her spot until we left. When I called to complain to the manager he said damn that s crazy. Hope you have a better day. Nasty place with horrible service!!! Save your money and go to kicking crab in Carrollton.

We came here last night, nearly empty restaurant- 5 tables tops. It took almost 1 hour to get one bag and one steak. My steak and grilled shrimp had zero flavor. The menu says it is severed with mashed potatoes and I was delivered unseasoned home fries. My in-laws soup was delivered 20 minutes before our meal so unfortunately they ate cold soup. For 2 bowels of shrimp soup, one steak, and one bag of ONLY shrimp we paid $136. I know the market value for steak and shrimp is not that high. Do not come here!

We ordered a pound of head on shrimp. We received shrimp that was other than fresh. We also ordered a pound of king crab for $56.00 and recieved 2 legs. I dont recommend this place for anyone. The manager was rude when we returned the crab and told her I would prefer to keep my $56.00

I really like this place but the last time I went to the combo that I usually order, which is the D, it didnt come with the crafish, I asked the girl who was serving me and she told me that that combo didnt come with crafish to which I was amazed Because I always choose that combo because of the Crafish, its what I like the most. I get the combo A, it has 1/2lb of crab, 1/2lb headless shrimp, and a lobster tail. It s always cooked just right never overdone, and more than enough food. Always leave stuffed. This is a family owned business and the owners husband and wife are always there making sure everything is great! I ve been to lots of crab spots but these guys are consistently good size crab, shrimp, and lobster and consistently cooked perfect.

Seasoned really good. Not over cooked. Fried fish was crispy on the outside soft on the inside, how it should be... Combo A medium spicy yummy and filling. Teriyaki salmon great portion and cooked to perfection, veggies fresh not over cooked. We got garlic potatoes with it and decided to add a side of rice. Drinks were very tasty! Definitely did the job. We will be going back hopefully they are consistent. Worst thing about finding a new place that you like and you go back for round 2 but not as good as the first time. Hopefully they will be and if so Ill update you all. Im a southern girl who loves flavor, they had it....Give it a try!

Very good and fresh! Crab meat was fresh and was easy to crack/peel! But the time I had to wait to get a refill, get my check and to pay was ridiculous. I visited on 10/2 around 7 pm and it was about 15 people there. So I m not sure if they were understaffed. I had to walk to the bar to pay and ask for a to go bag.

If you are a seafood lover and wings lover, this place isn t it. I had to go to Crab-station afterward, the foods are so expensive compare to the cost of it. Their chicken wings are so small and laughable for 12 pieces $20.. Their 150 bundle comes with 4 potatoes and thinly sliced sausages. Claimed all are 1/2 lb each but there were 5 crawfish in total. Unbelievable.

Visiting family from California, they suggested Blue Crab. Let me tell you, not disappointing at all. As a matter of fact, Im going to rate them an overall, EXCELLENT!!!
