Clean as a Best Western and within walkable distance of a 7/11, Waffle House, and Whataburger. All necessities of life are met. Also, this is the best wifi I have experienced at a motel, I am writing this review on the motel wifi from the Waffle House across the street. The range is unreal.

Having just moved from Indianapolis Im not familiar with the area. I walked to nearby restaurants at all hours of the day without problems. They have security cameras everywhere. Front desk staff members were friendly, as were all other members of staff both house keeping, and maintenance. I will say that my room 123 smelled of blood, there was blood stains on the wall behind the bathroom door, and a blood drop on top bed cover. Some of the fresh towels that were brought to my room had been washed with bleach. However some of the towels, and pillow cases still had stains on them. Even the sink drain had an oder of blood. The owners should purchase high capacity industrial washing machines, and perhaps have the plumbing checked out. It takes both commercial grade peroxide, and a combination of bleach to rid the smell of blood from surfaces. Just FYI. Walkability: Nearby restaurants and gas station. Food and drinks: Nice variety of places to eat.

The worker at the front is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Had to get a room for my father last minute because of a terrible American Airlines experience and he was so helpful. Not only in getting the room but I ordered my father food, because he hasnt been able to eat since AA made him stuck on a tarmak for 9hrs with no drinks or food, and he made sure it was delivered to him. I am so thankful for his patience and kindness. He helped our family so much tonight and I am so so grateful for him. Thank you so much for being the one good thing to happen to us today. Thank you!!!

Its not a great place, but it is a cheap place to get a hotel fast. Very sketchy area. Rooms: Rooms were clean. Not big, but do the job. Safety: Looks very sketchy here. Food and drinks: Waffle house next door. Several food places nearby.

Better than the 2 star rating that was posted. Room is clean, fairly quiet. Good place to stop with my 2 support pets. Staff is friendly and pleasant. I was in an accident, and my Peterbilt is at the Rush Collision Center. I chose this place because it is only a few minutes away. There is a gas station and multiple eateries nearby, and the rates are fair. Im glad I chose this one! There is a laundry room if need be with an ice machine, vending and microwave. The staff is very courteous, the room was clean and comfortable and they even have a truck driver discount! Top notch in my book.

The access for the hotel great now on ways to improve the room was to be a none smoking room however the room smelled like smoke I informed the front desk I was there for surgery and we needed to extend the stay when I called they increased the price of the room and then when dropping of the key the then wanted to reduce the price after already finding other accommodation tell you what the owner really values money over customer service very sad Rooms: The rooms smell like smoke owner is not cleaning after the smell Noteworthy details: They don t value customers servicd

I never given a motel 6, 5 stars but this one is by far the best one I stayed in. Rooms are so clean u can smell the products from your door. Some of the staff is a bit nosey and judgemental other than that I had a great stay. Morning Lady is very helpful.

This is a great place to stay. Check in was easy and there were rooms available. Even if you are visiting downtown I recommend you stay here. Much better service than some of the other places I looked at downtown. Rooms smelled heavily of Fabuloso. Water pressure is a bit low.

Beds are hard as bricks. Cold wooden floors, old tiny bathrooms, greedy with the cheap towels, small TVs, very close to just calling it a roach motel and dont even expect a view. About the only good thing is that there is a Popeyes Chicken and Waffle House a few places from it and a gas station and Whataburger across the street. Find another place Safety: Not even cameras. Its sketchy and shady. Food and drinks: This is the only good part about it. There is a Popeyes Chicken, Waffle House, Whataburger and a few other places like decent gas station and convenient store all within walking distance

After supposed to being off and I live in east Texas . Instead of driving another two hours home and two hours back in the morning we decided to get a room and much needed sleep . Been sick with covid all week . So now covid is done so are we . Thanks Motel 6 for being a clean convenient affordable place to stay that takes pets

Easy check-in and out, rooms are cleaned, customer service is good, but only a few rooms will have microwave and refrigerator, rooms arent stocked with enough bath towels for 2 people, water drainage is slow, and a few rooms have very low water pressure when the facet is turned on. Ive had horrible experiences with pricey hotels lately so I definitely had no expectations with this place considering the price. But they were fantastic! The hotel smelled nice, it was clean, and the staff were super helpful since I got there a bit early. They dont have coffee pots in the rooms but no worries

Visited friend staying at location. Room was clean modern inviting and had nice ammenities. Although location is directly off major freeway room was quiet and restful. Parking was available near room. Lot was well lit clean and felt safe. Safety: Well lit location with large parking lot and spaces to park directly in front of room for most. Rooms have double locks and chains on doors. Walkability: Walking distance to convenience stores beer/wine stores and restuarants. Located Approx. 10 minutes from Toyota Music factory and other entertainment sites. Food and drinks: Vending located in lobby. Convenience stores across street and walking distance of location. Breakfast buffet offered.

I like everything about this Motel except there was no microwave in the room. I would have given a five but for that. Very clean, well lit, rooms are way nicer than you would expect, a couple of food options within walking distance and central to a wide variety of deliverables. I was extremely impressed!

Rooms are decent, I suppose. The area must not be a very nice one. The police patrol the building randomly, making one believe theres some kind of crime taking place. Also (and MOST important) the Wi-Fi is NOT free. Its about 2.99/day. HUGE inconvenience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room is clean. However we booked a Queen bed ($96.59) and upon arrival to our room it s a full size bed in the room. I called the front desk and told them we reserved a Queen bed and was informed that all their beds are the same size. The remote didn t work and we were going to just change the batteries but, the remote had a screw in the back so we couldn t. Front desk did come bring a new remote. Would not recommend if you have other choices. We didn t have other choices all other hotels/motels were all booked.

Absolutely one of the best. Wonderful staff (went and picked up a pizza for me when I had just been ripped off by a taxi driver), beautiful room (modern, simple, clean, met my needs for the night), and great location (across from Waffle House, close to other hotels, and far away from the boonies) and $5 worth of free laundry (just make sure you get the app!)

I stayed almost 4 days , let me tell you this My job is to travel and meet clients , so I usually stay in motels , very few motels gives good services and this motel is one of those 1) they got clean and neat non smoking rooms 2) staff is so good and cooperative , very patient, very caring , they answered all my questions , they helped me locating room walking out from desk 3) price per room is so reasonable, i felt price is low with the quality they provide Many more to say ... on an on Now personally prefer to stay here when ever I visit dallas or Irving .. This place really deserves NO STARS. The Management was very rude, banging on the door at 2am in the morning, Being disrespectful when trying to talk to him in a calmly manner, will call the cops when there s no need for it. Even the Officers explained to us there was no need for them to be called. Later on that afternoon our key cards were not working to get back into our room. Will never stay there again. Do not recommend!
