A Definite nice easy going place to dine in or have a drink in downtown. I forgot what fine service felt like until I came to Eight row flint. I was amazed how great the service was; we received are needs at our table without even asking it for it, now that s fine service! Even the checkout process tablet was fast and smooth and easy for the servers, impressed. -Great atmosphere and food menu- P.s I almost tripped outside walking over the grading

I really Like this place, the staff is always really cool from Yak, Selena, Lily, Maddie to management Eva and Cristian, and even the Chefs Marcelo and Ali. They have the best Steak night on the east end in my opinion on Thursdays for $20 (NY strip and Elote salad) this place is solid. I definitely recommend especially for teachers all May they had teacher happy hour

The wings, cucumbers, chicharrones, and cheese fries were phenomenal. My mocktail couldve used a bit more sweetener. But this is a whisky bar, so I understand the mocktail isnt the area of expertise. This small bar in EaDo was cute, and the folks in my party enjoyed themselves. Service was top notch.

Eight Row on the east side is a great bar. It s similar to the original location, but the kitchen is bigger and offers a little more. The cocktail menu is pretty much the same (i.e. good) and the space is great. Parking in their lot can be a little tricky, but there s plenty of street parking nearby if it s full.

Got the chicken wings - they were ok.. I was super hungry so I was munching on them fast. Took a moment to look at my wing and I saw a small hair intertwined in the batter/seasoning pulled it out and it was actually a long black hair. I was wearing a beanie + have a short hair cut (so not my hair). Told the server and they were grossed out too. Take time to look at food before going in to devour it

Margaritas are good. Food is good. The only problem is that it sort of strives to be elevated Mexican food while not quite taking care of the basics, though. For example, I think it could use some more basic items like pastor tacos from a nice trompo and fajitas. I had the fajitas once when they were a special and they were very good. They deserve a permanent spot on the menu, but instead they disappeared. The seafood campechana (pictured) is solid. I recommend avoiding the pozole if you are a connoisseur of the dish like my friend from Guadalajara. The view of downtown from the rooftop at night is probably one of the better ones in the city, and the DJ on Saturday night keeps the hits coming. Makes for a really fun atmosphere - especially on a breezy night.

Very nice place. It was not very busy with a good ambiance - most people seem to be regulars that day. It was half empty with plenty space to seat, even at the bar, yet, it took about 5 minutes for the bartender to take our order. And all we wanted was a cocktail, just to try the place since it was new to us. That was annoying. Will give it another try whenever we have time again and see if that changes my review, because despite all the good qualities, my experience was not great.

Stopped in this place for a drink on our way from our hotel to have dinner elsewhere. I was happily surprised to see three frozen drink machines: margaritas, frozen gin and tonic, and frozen painkilla. I had a flight of all 3, and they were all incredible, and potent! We tried the Brussels sprouts taco, and a pork belly and octopus taco, and both were good. We sat at the bar and had great service! We ended up coming back for more drinks, including their signature old fashioned, and the 2nd time around was just as good. Highly recommend making this spot a destination for drinks! And wish we had stayed to experience more of the menu

Came here on a Friday after having a museum day. This place is super cute and I arrived around 4:45pm and it wasn t packed. The food was SO good! I was not expecting it to be so good as this place is a bar. Super tasty and filling even if the prices are high. I got there in time for happy hour (MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 2-6pm) so the wings, empanadas, and drinks were cheaper. So delish! The empanadas were my fave!

This place was fine. Met up with friends here, and ordered off their food menu , the portions were kinda of small for the price they were charging. The drinks were pretty decent. The service was good , better than other places. Our waitress was very attentive, and polite and kept refilling our water cups. The location is sketchy, the chairs weren t too comfortable to sit on, didn t check out their rooftop but I know they have one.

Although a little on the pricier side, Eight Row Flint is a great addition to EaDo with unique spins on drinks that vary in success. I sampled a friends Casa Piedra Sour, which was a great balance of smoky and lemon. Think mezcal but with a twist. The OG ranchwater, on the other hand, just tasted like a watered down mezcal with some lime notes. No grapefruit flavor made it through that well. My frozen flight was delicious and the campari floater on the frozen gin and tonic was actually quite good from a friends. My one critique is that the frozen drinks melt quickly, and leave a frozen-watery mix that isnt that good. So... Drink your frozen drinks quickly. The ring toss ($5) is a really fun bar game where you can try to land a ring on a bottle for a shot or get a consolatory High Life. I love that theyre willing to have a game like that to experiment with different liquors. Overall an awesome place to hang out with friends and try some unique cocktails. Great addition to EaDo with a strong predecessor to live up to.
