We overall had a great experience. Everything was not smooth, i.e. there were a few unknowns with the initial speed of our transaction, and some unexpected things beyond the titles control happened, but our contact, Theresa, was extremely honest about all of the shortcomings. She also went above and beyond to give us pointers on how to expedite the process and even work pass hours knowing that our deal was pending. She was reachable, and you could tell she knew her industry well.

Excellent Title Company. Very professional and helpful. I hardly write reviews but I feel compelled to do for this agency. They have a team of in house lawyers, paralegal and escrow agents and they know very well the laws and TREC requirements and rules more than even the real estate agents! I was mislead by two agents and the title office pointed out things and educated me. I trust this title company and highly recommend them.

Went in to close on my house. The staff was very friendly and professional. They were also very accommodating of our two toddlers who were very energetic. They had everything ready to go quickly and were very organized, the process was fairly painless.
