She helped me with two separate cases, one in Travis county in one hays county, Travis county we got it all squared away very easily and in hays county we got the case dismissed. She is a good defense attorney, I am not trying to say that she isn t. I had a couple problems when I hired Diana to represent me. I had asked if she would be able to represent me and I wanted the charges off of my record. She had said she could do it for 1000 each case. I told her I had 2000 dollars ready to send if she could represent me and get the charges dismissed and expunged from my record. She had told me she could make it happen. I sent the 2000 dollars paying in full not in payments. I ended up getting a pre-trial agreement and got my cases dismissed. After the dismissal I had told her about getting my cases expunged, she told me it would be an extra 600 dollars. I remember when we first talked before I hired her, I specifically told her I wanted it off my record. That s something she said she could do, she didn t give me a price of 600 dollars until after my dismissal. I ended up paying out of pocket to my family attorney for a expunction of both cases. Also my family attorney was able to waive the filing fee for an expunction. I would recommend if you do go with her, get everything in writing and on paper also save your documents. Also I was telling her the officers took my property and didn t give it back when I got out of jail. She said she would look into it, I never got a response back from her about it. It was a knife my late grandfather gave me, it had sentimental value and was one of the only things I had from him. She told me I was supposed to get it back but she never responded back to my emails or phone calls when I asked her about it. I guess that s what happens when you pay them in full. I would not recommend anyone else to go through what I had to go through with Diana Buss. I would not return and definitely wouldn t recommend to anyone else.

BEST ATTORNEY YOU CAN FIND IN ATX! Diana helped me so much with the 5 charges I had against me! I thought my life was OVER whenever I picked up the charges and was looking everywhere for a GOOD attorney! I finally came across Diana and she was more than willing to help! Within a year she settled all my charges (2 felonies 3 misdemeanors) and I could not be more thankful! I am beyond grateful for Diana Buss! I had contacted numerous other attorneys for assistance to get my fiancé out of jail due to warrants we were unaware of for a court case that was not dismissed as we originally thought. Many attorneys were unable to assist due to my fiancé being arrested in a different county from where the warrants were issued plus this wasnt the first time warrants were issued due to a failure to appear. I made one last effort to contact an attorney and that was Diana Buss. My main concern was to get my fiancé out of jail, but the bonds were extremely high and unaffordable even with help from a bail bondsman. Diana came up with a solution that none of the other attorneys had thought of, which was to just get the court cases dismissed instead of setting bond and THEN tackling the court cases. Not only did she come up with a solution that no other attorneys had mentioned, but she came through within a day! My fiancé was released and she got the charges dismissed! I have never seen an attorney work so fast! I absolutely love her! She is very responsive and so understanding. I feel like she really listens to all my concerns and addresses all my questions, and trust me I was a bundle of nerves so I asked her a million questions. She is my top recommendation for anyone looking for an attorney and she will be my go-to if I ever need representation. Hopefully I wont, but if I do I know that I will be in good hands.
