Their hours are 8am to 12pm. I waited till 8:10am for them open but the restaurant did not open. When I called them to check why are they not opening, the person who picked up the phone said It s not good so we open at 10am . I was so lost from that answer. What does that mean?

This place is perfect for casual eating, they have very limited menu, I would say try their Biryanis and Tiffin food like Idli, Dosa, vada. They were really good. The only thing I felt was their chutneys and sambhar were very very spicy which was not very kids friendly, over all good experience.

Had a wholesome experience here. Tried their chicken dum biryani and Andhra mutton and they were both delicious. Sekhar was our server and he made multiple trips to the table to ensure that everything was well taken care of. He also recommended Chiko shake and it went really well with spicy mutton.

Went in for breakfast buffet and I must stay its been very satisfying. You get almost 5 items in the buffet and for just 10$ is an unbeatable price. The quality of the items and taste was very refreshing. All the items looked freshly made and what stunned me was the authenticity in pongal, with ghee and kajus. I hope you guys maintain the same taste, quality and hygiene. Rather than just spending 8-10$ on one breakfast dish, I would choose you everyday.

Was here during a layover at Dallas airport and I was sooo supper amazed and the quality and great flavor of the food. My recent experience at Desi Adda left me utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. I had ordered the chicken boneless biryani but was served goat/lamb biryani instead. Understandably, mistakes can happen, so I promptly informed the management about the mix-up. Initially, they assured me they would replace the order with the correct item. However, what followed was a series of disappointments. After waiting for an additional 15 minutes, I was informed that they didnt have chicken boneless available due to a stove malfunction. I was then offered naatu kodi biryani instead, which was supposedly ready to eat. Given my hunger and the prolonged wait, I reluctantly accepted the substitute. To my dismay, when the replacement order finally arrived after another 15 minutes, it was subpar in taste and quality. Its as if no care or attention was given to the preparation. The biryani tasted bland and unappealing, far from the flavorful dish I had been craving. The most frustrating aspect of this experience was the total wait time of almost an hour, only to leave without having a satisfactory meal. The restaurants inability to manage orders efficiently and provide adequate alternatives compounded my disappointment. Overall, my experience at Desi Adda was utterly unsatisfactory. I had hoped for a delicious meal but instead encountered poor service, incorrect orders, and a lack of accountability. I would hesitate to return or recommend this establishment to others until they address their operational issues and improve their customer service standards.

Malai paneer - 1/5 - Absolutely no flavour no taste Just half cooked plain paneer. Pulao s - Just a plain rice with no flavour and what ever combination you order with that rice like chicken 65 pulao or fry piece pulao doesn t really matter. Chicken Majestic - Disaster and not sure to which part of the world it belongs. Definitely not from India. Fried rice - 3/5 - saved us from what we ordered. I ll be honest with the fact that I don t have Indian food very often so I m no expert when it comes to traditional flavors, but I personally enjoyed the flavor of my chicken kurma. The chicken was incredibly tender. They recently opened this location and were pretty slow getting my food out, but I won t hold that against them. The staff recognized it took a bit for my order and were very apologetic and nice about it. I ordered the chicken kurma and gulab jamun and they were both good portions and my total was under $20 so I think it was priced fairly. I ll be back next time I m in town.
