Place was gross food sucked and cups are reused nasty place to come get lunch very disappointed. I ordered garlic parm and buffalo mixed charged an extra 2$ to mix flavors when it comes with two flavors what a joke and I couldn t even eat the wings because they put 2 pounds of parmesan on it. It was gross and would not recommend would rather get wings at whataburger

The food is good. The service is the worst. I would not return after the lack of respect that one of the waitresses had for my wife. They also overcharge for food, and they charge you for things that arent even there. Too bad the wings are one of my favorites. I do not recommend the place because of the poor customer service they offer.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ANYMORE. I have been a customer for years. The service has always been excellent, and the food very good. However, the last few times my family and I have been there, the service has changed. Especially one of the waitresses always has an attitude. We ask her for something and she seems to be annoyed. We say thank you, and she doesnt even reply back. Every time we go, we tip very well, so we deserve better, any customer does. Yesterday was the worst experience! The fries were different and of low quality. The fountain drink had no flavor or gas, so we asked her to bring something else. She seemed upset, and of course, they charged us for the extra drinks when the combo was supposed to include one. Yes, I know it includes a fountain drink, but it is not the customers fault that the fountain machine is not working properly. My husband ordered the 12 wings combo, which comes with up to two flavors. He ordered buffalo with lemon pepper, but she charged us for an extra flavor when there were only two flavors on the order. When I went to pay the check and started telling her about her attitude and that I didnt agree with the extra charge, she said, Youre only mad because your husband doesnt stop staring at me, LOL. She made me laugh with that one, but on the other hand, that was super rude of her. First of all, she is an older woman and not attractive at all, and second of all, even if that were true, that is something you dont say to a customer who has been bringing you business for so many years. If I could give zero stars for the service, I definitely would.

We have been going for a long time but i thought it was the same as before.Today 7/23/24 I didnt feel like cook so we decided to dine in for dinner today special was the old time burger for 8.99 we had to get up every time we need something napkins , fork , plates to call the waitress and had to get up every time we need a drink or chip with cheese. I got charged 8 dollars for fries And they took forever like hours. Not only that they charged me like 1 dollar and 50 cents for every single thing I ordered. Okay let me break it down. If you order fries, onion rings, and 6wings, each one will be added an extra fee of 1.30 or 1.50 so ITS NOT THE OVERALL, its every single ONE. If you pay case they won t be added. Its crazy right? Also, they are more expensive than anything in this town. I LIKE TO PAY FOR SERVICE, & QUALITY, NOT FOR GREED. Anyways, this is the last time i got here and its one of the worse places. I don t care how long they been around. Service and quality is one thing. GREED its another. If you want to go and get ripped off and give them free money. Be my guest. You are more than welcome to guft them your hard earning money to them I don t care. But i do care about mine and i do care about how to be treated and be fair.

This place was terrible, we ordered buffalo wings with lemon pepper seasoning and the server brought out barbecue with lemon pepper we told her the flavor was wrong she took the plate back and within 5 minutes she brought out our new wings and the wings still tasted like barbecue except now it had buffalo and lemon pepper seasoning on it, almost as if they just wiped them off in the back and threw in some sauce it was nasty! then the server brought out like 3 cups of ranch I guess to try to mask out the flavor idk. save yourself the money and the trip. The drinks sucked too.

I went there with my family to celebrate my grandsons birthday, we ordered our drinks while waiting for my sister, after about 15 mins we were ready to order, inhad to go and track down a waitress which at this point our waitress was nowhere to be found , and the one i did locate she was behind the register on her personal phone texting, we had bad service, food was not great, never again. Oh and you cant just leav whatever tip you want they add for 6 or more people they automatically add 15% gratuity whether or not you had good service or not , I love tipping good for good service and good food. Will.never go there again.

If I could rate this restaurant ZERO stars, I WOULD. Literally all the wings had NO FLAVOR WHATSOEVER. Shouldve stood by the most recent review on here. My husband says the wings were much better 4 years ago;Ive never had these wings, so I can only base it on this one experience-and it was THE WORST wings Ive ever had. Went here years ago and thought the food was just okay. Didnt feel like I really wanted to go back. Today, a few years later I decided to try again. We had seen a picture of fajita nachos that looked really good so we decided to order those as well as chicken fingers for my son. Once again, the food was really just not that great, especially for the price. I didnt think that the nachos would have that liquid canned cheese on them. The fajitas on the nachos were okay but not much seasoning. The beans were good but the liquid cheese just really was a disappointment. I much prefer other places here locally that put real cheese on their nachos. The chicken strip plate was ok. All in all, It will probably be another few years before I try again because the food just isnt the best.

Yeah, we were excited to eat here after reading all the great reviews! Place is a bit cozy. The water is disgusting! We got the wings combo which comes with a fountain drink. Fountain drink was not good It tasted like the water. No wonder they sell can drinks and bottle water. Now our order came out wrong. We waited about 15min for our food to come out. They do charge for to go containers. We decided to pay with cash because I was scared to use my card after reading a couple of reviews. Bone-in wings, only 1 was super small. Boneless were a bit on the small size.

We stopped for a late lunch and were the only patrons in the restaurant. I liked the atmosphere, except you have to go outside to use the restroom. My wife ordered the mushroom burger, but it was served with no mushrooms. Had to flag down the waitress. She apologized and went to the kitchen to bring back a small container of mushrooms. It really should have been put in the burger. The burger itself was good. I had the parmeshan garlic wings. They were good but not excellent. Ive had better. All in all, I would return and try them again.

The experience started out great. Stephany was very nice, but she went and played on her phone while we waited for 40min for our food. It took me going to ask where it was for her to find out the order wasn t sent due to the POS issue. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 28 years and I am very patient! The place looks cool and have a diverse menu. It s are first time dining here and probably our last we ordered wings and when they arrived it was like biting into a tree trunk. The mango habanero is mango with some home made green salsa on them. The service while not rude is horrible. Waiters aren t trained in being tentative and good luck flagging them down as they walk looking at the ground. Took us 15 mins to eat and an hour of just waiting and trying to flag the waiter just to pay the tab. It s almost as if they don t want you to pay.

Their sauces are amazing & my favorite out of any other wing place but literally every single time i order curbside they will either make my boneless wing combos w traditional wings or forget sauces that i paid extra for. Service was decent but food took over 30 min to get. Keep in mind no matter what type of person is at the table 6 or more gratuity is included, even if they consist of children who arent eating. Food was ok, not the best, and music is really loud if you are seated towards the back of the restaurant. Its so loud its difficult even for the waiter/waitress to hear any of the orders. Have gone there several times when were in Los Fresnos. Food is really good. The only thing I dont like is that their restrooms are located on the outside of the restaurant. It makes it really uncomfortable to exit the restaurant to go to the restroom either in the hot or cold seasons. They probably did it because they have outside seating but they should also provide restrooms inside.

Ok Im giving it a 5 star because the first order was really good and surprisingly very delicious. The Buffalo hot are freaking awesome. My daughter loves their lemon pepper wings. But we were so excited of ordering the following weekend so we did but this time some of the wings were very tiny.... not small but tiny....it was actually funny how small they were. But its understandable I know we are going through hard times and budgets are a but tight in all businesses but at least have the courtesy of letting the customer know.

Everything was delicious, I loved the habanero wings and the breaded pickles. They only lacked a variety of sauces to accompany the chalupitas, the only one that was very deserving. Otherwise very good.
