The manager is new and better. Young with brown hair. Theyve atleast had breakfast sandwiches and donuts ready. Last time The bathrooms are usually trashed in stalls and often out of toilet paper. The young new lazy girl seems to be gone. The store has stayed open recently. Last 3 times pizza was not all the way cooked. 4.00 and you can only eat the top crust or topping. Yuck. It takes forever to get points for free stuff. No longer a fan but I did like the inside table.

Customer service is not up to par recently. It appears to be no dress code whatsoever- one guy at the register had his ear set in holding a conversation while working the register. The dark skin African American male has zilch customer service- rarely does he smile , say hello or any type of greeting whatsoever - the service at the Q-trip across the street far faster and friendlier

Very bad customer service. cashier is very rude. Inside and outside sign said $2.20 off with racetrack app but she couldn t give me, other side she became rude and said it is what it is take it or leave it like that. If they have promotional sign they should honor that. i asked for manager and she said she is the manager and couldn t help with it.

First of all, this is supposed to be a 24-hour gas station right? Well, someone please explain why I saw a sign on their door saying they were closed all day due to short staffing like seriously?? Lol, this place is a joke. I happily took my self across the street to Quik Trip and got what I needed yesterday. It wasn t even a holiday, just ridiculous.

Slow poor customer service. Rude management. I visited location on 5/6/22 at 6:00 p.m. the manager on duty rude!! You mention something to him, it s if youry talking to yourself, the guy totally ignored me. Store poorly maintained very dirty with food and trash on floor. Cones stail and outside trash cans overflowing with trash.

They have their coffee machine ratcheted back so when you click on leave room for creamer , your coffee stops about 3-4 inches from the top of the cup. None of the other RaceTracs are like this. Must be trying to control food cost through this? This is my medium coffee AFTER I added creamer not to mention, it makes the coffee stronger and not taste as good. Please set your coffee machines like the rest of the RaceTracs.

Such a great crew at this location! I love Racetrac bc they always have my black Smartwater but this time i forgot my purse and ran out of gas and the guy without any hair gave me $5 to get where i needed to go. What a nice and kind hearted guy! Thank you! We dont have enough people like this in the world! This made me realize that there are still good people out there!! This Racetrac is the bomb!!

After coming to the store all day the restrooms being open for use. We came to fill up and use the restroom for our long journey home. The 2 kids that are working in the store closed the restrooms because they had already cleaned the restrooms. His excuse was that they close the restrooms once they clean them for the night at 2045 hours. My pregnant cousin had to hold her bladder as we waited to fill up and go to the QT across the street.

The Swirl Machine is always sleep and different times of the after noon when they are supposed to go down at 10 and be turned back on at any given time you literally push right or left Freeze and it s back on in a matter of minutes.. the customer is horrible you ll get a different story every night! But on the bright side the racetrack off HWY 5 in McKinney is now open the the workers are AMAZING! Y all should take notes!

The store was super clean. The workers were super nice. I can only give a 4 bc when I ask about the chairs being up on the table the response was oh yes you can seat there we just forgot to take the chairs down. Now mind you there were 3 people I saw working 2 Cashiers but 1 walked away from the counter and 1 stocking coke lids. I politely asked if the chairs could be taken down, so I could eat & do a google review. Warning them to fix the mistake or overlooked chairs, but he was nice enough to tell me I can take the chair down and sit there. Um nope Im a customer who was on a lunch break, so thank God for the corner bench seat. Not trying to get any in trouble, but recognize your mistakes and you fix them not the paying customer. Tried getting gas and the machines need to be updated. Some work and the buttons are hard to push. Ask if you are a member and you push no then you can t get gas. Not coming back here again. Went in the store for help no help there.

Wow, this location has really gone down hill with their customer service. The majority of employees are very unfriendly on a regular basis. It used to be a fun spot to grab my morning coffee and see all the regulars doing the same. However, the atmosphere immediately changed when Angela, the previous store manager, got relocated to another store. This store is obviously worse off than ever, and no one from corporate seems to care. Its really too bad because they could do so much better!

Do not use this gas station! We swiped our card at a pump and it took us to the rewards member screen, which did not function. The attendant was completely unhelpful so we just had to leave the pump with our card swiped. Can you say credit card fraud ? Please don t use this gas station.

Love Racetrac. Great prices and very spacious. An employee didnt give me my change one day. Said I actually owed him 3 cents but didnt worry about it. My total was $2.38. I handed him 2 dollars, a quarter, and two dimes. There was a long line behind me so I just said okay. But yeah, no.

Pretty much like any other RaceTrac, recently had a big make over, and has a counter to order hot food, and tables. Also has an ice cream bar with lots of toppings. Carries Mexican cokes, with cane sugar, has soft drinks, beer, small groceries, and sandwiches.

This is the best group of people that I know. They may work for a large corporation but they have that small town feeling when you go inside. Due to disabling circumstances I am not always able to get in and out to get what I need and on those days Maranda, Michae,l Kevin, Amanda and others that at this moment I cant remember everyones name has been of assistance to me. I think their kindness and niceness passes onto the customers because you have some of the best customers in town. Everyone is always so nice and so helpful to each other. It just goes to show lead by example and it works

Got coffee, but was delayed in getting my selection. They have several. The attendant was emptying the canister with my flavor. I asked why and she told me it was their policy to change the coffee every two hours. Gotta love fresh coffee.
