I had asked for bacon in my burger and no bacon. Not a big deal cause the burger is still there right? Keep in mind that I asked for a medium doneness...I take a bite and feel resistance. Absolute leather. I pull that baby out and it looks like an offbrand owens sausage patty that you usually find at a hotel but worse. Edges were burnt and it was stiff af like I could play hockey with the damn thing. Ive only eaten apple sauce today so I was just drooling for a nice juicy burger but got this prehistoricly frozen in time piece of dinosaur caca. Mushrooms and fries were good, but I was a vegan today. Vegetarian options: The burger without the patty

First time guest. Great food and service. They had an open mic comedy event. It was quite fun. Christie is great at catering drinks to a patrons needs her cocktails are great. I recommend the boneless wings they are more like chunks of breast meat (the biggest wings Ive seen). The fried cheese bites were good, and the fries had just the right amount of salt. I highly recommend giving them a visit.

Nice place, Excellent surrounding TVs for sports. Nice people good beer. The service and food was not good. Order the Texsan Burger well done. First of all it looked like a patty you take out for freezer to grill. It looked like a hockey puck sitting on Texas toast. It was hard to even cut. The cauliflower wings ( spicy Cajun, bourbon Molasses) coating was thick and heavy taste like for layers of batter. The lemon pepper dry rub was so salty. All the food was cold when it got to our table. There was 3 of us and a two people sitting at the bar and I think we watched a quarter of football before the food came out cold.

The place is a gem. Tucked away off FM 544 in Lewisville. 36 different craft beers on tap at all times. The bartenders are always friendly. They are starting to roll out some Indian options for food as well. For me, craft beer and good Indian food always scores high on my list. The chicken wings are great too. I enjoy hot and spicy items and Im telling you, their lightning wing sauce could be considered a challenge.

Kristi has one of the best old fashions I ve ever had presentation was phenomenal aesthetics phenomenal taste, and smell of the hickory wood, phenomenal one of the few places no the only places that giving me an option of wood to smoke on my old fashion. I have been coming here for a while weekly or so for poker nights or hangouts with friends. Thee nachos, wings and sandwiches are great as well. Good food and drink but terrible service. The owner should know that his bartender is effectively driving people out with his rudeness. Insisted it was his bar and would not play a mavericks playoff game because he wanted to watch the rangers instead. We were a group of 6 guys ready to spend some money while watching the game but this guys attitude put us all off. This is about good service and the absolute lack of it.

*Update 5-26-22 Still love Kegs and Mugs. With Teka not working here anymore I was hesitant to go by, but kristen has been there a bit and shes awesome. Like other restaurants, they need more employees but the place is still great. I think if Kristen ever leaves, we will probably stop going here but hopefully that never happens. We highly recommend this place. If you love beer and food, this is the place to go. Old review: We love Kegs and Mugs. We order delivery almost every week. First time coming in. Teka is easily the nicest and most helpful restaurant employee of any restaurant. Her friendliness alone makes it worthwhile to come here. Luckily, the food here is amazing. Probably the best burgers in the whole area. Definitely the best fries of any restaurant anywhere. Even better than the best in Chicago. Love this place and Teka. Will try and go back but will definitely order delivery as much as possible. Thanks Teka!!!

Carrollton Location - Went for the first time to check it out Sunday evening during Maverick game night. Large birthday party group took up a extended table. Three tables of two and four men at the bar + positive negative + nice selection on tap + Lone bartender was attentive and knowledgeable about the tap selections + flavor and freshness was good and okay size and portions pricing was very confusing when I got the check what is a service fee for? numerous items on the menu blocked out and were not available though most of the large crowd had ordered and been served, food service took nearly an hour to serve my six wings and did not include celery and carrots as stated in menu two people to my left waited 20 minutes to be greeted or to be served at the bar, they left after waiting just to be acknowledged I was a server for years and dont understand this place. This was a Sunday night. Not a good first visit.

Update 4.29.22 Several other places have closed since last time I wrote a review really appreciate this place by far the best craft beer bar in the area Carrollton and Lewisville . The owner really does know his stuff when it comes to stouts IPAs and bringing in some select beers that I can t get anywhere else. Had their buffalo wings, the buffalo sauce wasnt a dark red like buffalo sauce suppose to be, they had no flavor, wings not crispy, and they were undercooked. I moved to the area at the beginning of the year. The food is great and beer selection is fantastic. Id give it 5 stars but lately experience here has gone downhill. Theres a new server/bartender/manager who has no place working in front of customers. Shes thrown off the whole vibe of the staff. Customers can feel the tension when she is working. Shes been rude to me and other customers. She talks negatively to/about staff/owners behind the bar in front of customers. Just not a good look. Ill still come here since the food is great and the beer selection is second none in the area. Ill just try and avoid the days this new lady is working.

The fact that there were no customers other than our group on a Friday for lunch should have been a sign for us get out of there. But we still have it a shot. They didnt have tap water(!) and charged us for bottled water. They ran out of the beer our table was drinking when it was time for refills. Half their food menu was not available to order. And when we ordered from the short list, we were told after a while that some of those couldnt be prepared as well. We decided to have our lunch elsewhere. Im surprised that this place is still in business.

I do not recommend this place (in our case, at 6pm on a Thursday). There were very few customers, but our meal took at least half an hour to arrive. Adding to that, the boneless wings tasted very cheaply made, like something out of a boxed TV dinner. The thing that really irked me was when we asked for water, they brought us bottled water and charged us $2 apiece without telling us ahead of time. Very deceptive with the water bottles and unethical to try charging customers for water after having beer, in my opinion. The interior was clean and quiet, but I will not try this place again.

We raised our concern to Cody our waiter(According to receipt), he was so RUDE and didn t acknowledge our concern. There was a mismatch in pricing according to menu, we also brought that up to him. We were the only customers there at that time. He was so arrogant, started to shout and curse us before leaving. He doesn t even know the basics of customer service. -Updating my previous positive review. This place has gone downhill in the last year. Beer selection is still good (and expensive), but thats about it. Theyve changed up the menu, and even then, many things were out of stock. Repeated questions answered with we dont have that. No more wine by the glass (apparently you have to buy a full bottle (starts at $25). This takes off a star immediately. Service was spotty at best. Had to walk inside several times to order. Bottom line: if youre drinking only beer at the bar (and your ok with paying $6 minimum per drink, youre good). Otherwise, skip this place. There are just too many better places within a mile off 121 to justify the expense and sub-par experience.

I went on a Sunday afternoon and it was very quiet. The food was extremely underwhelming for bar food. The burger was average and the wings were absolutely horrible. I cant speak for the drinks but dont go for the food.

Website shows a good deal of whats to be expected in terms of beers and food. And I am a beer lover and will say that for the beers, its good. HOWEVER, this is 2020 and theres a lot of health concerns going on with Covid. What I didnt expect to see were patrons walking around without masks to and from tables to the bar, bathroom etc. I didnt expect to see a person coming from the back with food, checking with every table as to whether or not the cheese sticks were theirs....without a mask. I didnt expect the bartender to deliver beers to our table....without a mask. Ive been to other places in the general area. We were just at Thirsty Growler (best place for beer BTW!!) and they all wear a mask behind the counter and when delivering beers. The people in there wear them as well when doing anything. Same for Taps and Caps. Its a rule but apparently one thats not heavily enforced by anyone working there. I watched people coming in without them and leaving without them. Some had common sense and put them on for their sake and being considerate for the others sitting and drinking at tables. Yeah yeah...I know...its your choice because if you dont wear one Id have mine on. But, last I checked, its kind of hard to eat and drink with a mask on you idiots. I am sure if there were no Covid going on I would have loved this place. Loved the beer choices....just not the common sense that at least 75% of the people had there including some of the staff. Waitress was great. She had her mask on when going around.

This is a great little hidden gem! Fantastic beer selection and nice outdoor patio seating with TVs. I havent tried all the food but the grilled bratwurst, wings, burgers and fries are great. Dart boards and cornhole on the patio. Wait staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helped with me with selecting some beers to try based on my taste. Owner is friendly and attentive, I will definitely be back!

Stopped on a whim. So glad we did! Great little Neighborhood Restaurant and Bar. Limited but tasty menu for food, burgers, tacos, wings, and sandwiches, but a great drink menu in terms of beers. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable and help us pick out new beers that would suit our taste. Great for date night or friends getting together. Will certainly be back.

Absolutely LOVE this bar! The staff and owner are very friendly and are always making sure you are taken care of. Tika is an amazing bar tender and Perry, the owner, is so friendly. This is the perfect place to go for a cold one great service! Will defiantly recommend to friends.

Anand and his staff are friendly and ready to chat craft brews, wings and more with yall! Nice selection of local craft beers including Hop & Sting Brewing Co based right out of Grapevine! Cant go wrong with Miracle Wheat, Hop To Be Square, Frigid Underworld and try out their limited super juicy Triple Dry-Hopped Double milkshake IPA called Peel It Back. Come for brews, stay for the wings and maybe have another beer.

I did pickup with Grub Hub and should have checked to see if my order was correct before leaving. Requested a side of ranch with my pizza, a side of ranch with my spicy chicken sandwich (an absolute must in my opinion), and grilled onions instead of raw. Unfortunately none of these happened. However, the pizza was good and the chicken sandwich was awesome!...be careful with the ghost pepper cheese if you cant handle too much spice...but I loved it! They had some really great-looking beers, but unfortunately I didnt have time to sit down to try any. Overall, pretty great food. Just wished they would have looked at the order notes.

Not impressed at all.. walked in with a another guest, no one to greet either of us... no signs or direction saying seat yourself..finally someone strolls to the door and tells us to seat ourselves.. tables not cleaned, the one I sat at keep turning, not enough staff.. the 2 ladies working there were nice only plus.. wont return. Once I got my food after 30 mintues no one ever came back to my table to check on me...never... I have standards for my dinning experience this one failed.
