My son found hair in his food at this location. It s unacceptable and shows a serious lack of hygiene. Staff with long hair should be required to wear a hair net to prevent this from happening. I believe this issue isn t solely the employees fault, but reflects poor management oversight.

I ve never in my life eating the most nasty food I have ever tasted from taco Casa ever but the food that I received on last Thursday I had Hair in the burritos that I ordered then I ordered nachos and specifically asked that the person working the drive drive-through window if it came with sour cream and guacamole, he said it did. It was not on there and the beans tasted old and the cheese was disgusting. Then I called the line to make a complaint left my name and number and the detail information about the experience and received no call back as of yet yuck terrible

Drive thru workers always rude I dont understand why they have to be so stingy with the drinks they over pour ice and when you tell them light ice they only fill ur drink up 3/4s of the way. Im paying for my drink give me my full drink also look at picture who does this ice fill lines all the way up come on taco casa stop ripping customers off Im done with them

THE MANAGERS AND OWNERS ARE RACIST. MARC AND AZURE ARE TWO OF THE IN STORE MANAGERS AND DID NOT WANT TO HIRE A BLACK GIRL. THEY FRANCHISE OWNER: JACKIE DOES NOT WANT TO HIRE ANY BLACK PEOPLE. THEY KEEP ONE BLACK PERSON EMPLOYEED SO IT MEETS LEGAL REQUIREMENTS. Per the signs on the door, this fast food establishment opens at 10A. I called the store over 15x at 11:30A and no answer. I left a message only for the owner; Jackie to call me with an attitude and more upset I questioned her if the phone lines worked instead of her focusing on why her business was open for an hour and half and no one answering. The owner the lied when I asked her a question about payroll. I asked if pay stubs were available online - she stated no and when I told her she is lying and I can clearly view a paystub, she then banned me from the property. The two in-store managers; Marc and Marie are very rude and not customer friendly. Marc is a very well known racist and displays his true colors (short worded, cold, unwilling to help) when helping a person of color compared to helping a non person of color. He is even rude in drive through and constantly sounds like he has an attitude and doesnt want to be at work. The company does not give out raises like they say. The two on site managers; Marc and Marie will ignore staff when asked about raises and anything regarding a bonus. I do not recommend this place at all - take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Generally yall are good , but the new people you have could use some training. A super burrito is supposed to be rolled up, not just thrown together and folded in half , they werent even wrapped up. It was just setting on the wrapper. Everything was falling out in the bag. It had meat at one end beans in middle and a big blob of sour cream lettuce and olives with a little cheese, the lady at the window was rude and didnt give me a receipt. If this is the way you do things now , I will be going to Taco Bell for now on. Cheaper and no surcharge for paying with debit.

I live a block away from tacobell,on beltline and shady Grove, been there couple of times, never been a fan of the food or price ,for small portions, if I want a good burrito or taco ,I drive all the way across town too taco casa, on airport freeway, for much better quality and gaunity . 2/ 20/24 they have really cut back on ingredients,from last time I eat there, very disappointing ,looks like Ill have to go elsewhere

This is third time in the past few months I ve visited this location and was provided overly stale taco shells The location is difficult to access as you can only access it from the service road so going back once I m home is too much of a hassle I find myself just trashing the tacos I never complain on restaurants or leave bad reviews but at this point this is just ridiculous Taco Casa has always been my favorite when I do decide to eat fast food since I don t often however this location has ruined that experience and again I ve wasted money on tacos that are too stale to even eat I purchased 10 for myself and children to trash I would not recommend this location today was my very last visit.

Had to wait for someone to take our order (took a few minutes) Tacos shells were hard and stell. Store floors was nasty, dead bugs and dirt in the windows. There was a lot water on the floor (like the bathroom was flooded). There were two young ladys that went to get the mop bucket but one girl was being bossy and rude to the other girl who almost fell at the moment of stepping in the water. She Mentioned that she almost fell and the rude girl told the other girl you wont die from it. Well a few seconds later the girl fell while mopping the water. She went to the front of the store. We were sitting by the restroom and could hear the rude girl asking her did she fall ( loudly). I could tell she was embarrassed. Such unprofessional team work. I asked her if she was a manager and she said no. She wasnt the manager she sure was acting like she was, Not good leadership at all, manager or not. I come a few times a week for lunch ( using the drive thru). Im really big on customer service today ruined it. Wont be back. And will tell all my coworkers about it.

Their online info says they are open on weekends till 11pm. However when I get off work at 10 and go to get dinner, the lights and open sign are on, but the menu board is turned off and nobody answers when you pull up. This happens EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND. Either update your hours and turn off your open sign, or STAY OPEN. Pick one.

The bathrooms are clean. The entire restaurant was clean top to bottom. All of the condiments were stocked and full, including Hot sauce. I just wish they would put more cheese on the hard and soft tacos. But I have been a customer of theirs all the way back to when they did put 3 handfuls of cheese on each one. I would recommend eating in or going thru the drive thru they rarely and I mean rarely ever mess up an order. Thanks guys, yall keep doing it right!!!
