Came her for a second opinion. Let me start with walking in I felt welcomed. Everyone made sure to greet me! The wait time was non existent and the staff are so friendly, they make you feel you have been there for years! Dr. Hurst is amazing! He discussed options and even showed me and explained what was going on. A typical dentist visit is:sit down, take pics, this is what you need, we need to schedule you now. NOT WITH HIM, he explains all humans are different and we all need our own treatment, very detailed and even makes sure you understand him. This is the first dentist I have EVER been to that my anxiety was calmed, I felt he understood me (because he truly did) and he wasn t pressuring me to do something or make a choice in that moment! I could go on with all the positive vibes and feelings however I have to adult and unfortunately I can t. BEST PEOPLE BEST DENTISTRY! PS. if you don t have insurance, they have a GREAT plan for you that you can afford for insurance! I Feel blessed I found them!

Every visit to Bay Area Dental Center centers around me - my comfort, my needs, my options, my satisfaction - because the staff lives the mantra Patient Care is Job One and buddy, let me tell you, its heartfelt and noticeable! I never feel pressured or hurried. Dr. Hurst provides the ample information and expertise I need to make informed decisions about my dental care. Everybody communicates an earnest desire to create a welcoming and relaxed environment. If you fret about forced chit-chat while captive in the chair, dont worry! Dr. Hurst is one of the wittiest and most entertaining conversationalists Ive ever met. Monique assists competently and efficiently. She keeps the ball rolling! Love this place. Love these people. I enthusiastically recommend Bay Area Dental Center.

I had a filling done today on the last tooth in the back. The process was painless and easy. The numbness is gone 4 hours later and doing great with no residual effects. I have been going to Dr. Geno for several years and have received great care. His staff is also a 5. Went to Dr. Hurst for a missing tooth. He recommended a cantilever bridge. The first one failed. He remade the bridge and the second one failed. I paid $$$ in advance and services were NOT rendered nor did I get my money back. Looking for a good dentist.

My boyfriend has been trying to convince me to switch to his dentists, Dr. Geno, for years. I didnt budge because my previous dentist was closer, and Im not a fan of any dentist so the closer the better to get home quick! I finally caved after we moved and yesterday was my first visit to Bay Area Dental Center. The ladies in the front were so nice and made submitting my paperwork a breeze. The nurse who took me back was AMAZING! I forget her name, but she made me feel so comfortable, she sat down and talked with me about my concerns, while taking notes before she ever looked in my mouth. Plus, she made me laugh and I cant explain how much that meant to me! I was nervous to see the doctor, but from the moment Dr. Geno walked in his personality - which consisted of total professionalism dashed with humor and immense knowledge - my nerves were immediately calmed. After looking in my mouth he talked to me for a solid 10 minutes explaining in depth what he suggested for my care plan. Ive never left the dentist feeling more confident and happy...happy after leaving the dentist?! Thats an odd concept for me! I called my boyfriend on the way home, and the first words out of my mouth were Im never going to another dentist again. Thank you Bay Area Dental, youve gained a patient for life!!!!!!!

They were so accommodating when I came in with a cane because of back pain and made sure I was comfortable. They treat you like family, very caring and loving. My family has been going to Bay Area Dental center for many years. The staff are extremely friendly and welcome you like family. I was told by another dentist several years ago that I needed some major work done and decided to get a second opinion. Bay Area Dental informed me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my teeth and not to be concerned. That was over 15 years ago and I still have had no issues! In addition, they also use the latest technology such as digital imaging and have safety precautions in place to keep everyone safe. Thank God we came to them, they are a blessing!! Highly recommended!

Wow! This is an amazing group of professionals. This group stayed over just to take care of my 14 year old son after a tragic sports incident. Just told that they will no longer accept United Concordia or BCBS dental insurances. They called them discounted plans. Are they kidding? Bay Area Dental has gotten so greedy that they want to charge more than the reasonable insurance rates. They constantly tried to over bill every procedure. I constantly had to remind them that they were under contract to accept the insurance carriers rate of payment for procedure. The staff was very nice and professional. Unfortunately greed is controlling them. Not all of us our millionaires. I am retired military, and use United Concordia insurance. Well I will find another dentist who accepts my insurance, and life will go on. They are not the only game in town.
