Our flight got delayed so we decided to grab a small breakfast instead of sitting at the airport for an extra hour. We were immediately seated when we walked in even they were busy. Our order was taken within 5 minutes and food was out before 10 minutes of being there. Excellent service , good food.

Not worth the money. Went in for brunch. There was no wait. Tried the classic waffle and fried chicken. It was just OK. Nothing special. We had better waffles and chicken at other restaurants . The white sauce with the waffles was under seasoned and didn t taste of anything. Crispy buffalo chicken sandwich was better compared to waffles. Side of fries were excellent.

Difficult to grade. We ordered a Cuban Panini (unfortunately served on Italian bread) and a skillet meal. It arrived at our table in under 3 minutes of placing the order (no exaggeration), leaving us to wonder how much of the food was cooked for us from scratch and how much was heated up. The skillet meal was served in a faux skillet to suggest freshness but from the taste/time/texture, that sausage was cooked sometime before we arrived. Perhaps the same day? Dunno, places like Olive Garden have been operating this kind of model for a while and people dont seem to mind. Maybe Im just getting old and this is the way things are now. Coffee was awesome.

The turkey cranberry panini was another highlight, add crispy bacon and thank me later! The breakfast menu is nothing short of five-star. Every item we tried was perfectly prepared, shout out to the Chefs for the fluffy pancakes and omelets, The ambiance and playlist is a whole vibe. My experience was terrible! The waitress was rude. She did not communicate well. She made very shady comments when taking my order. She charged me for the wrong thing even after I had her to confirm my order upfront. Upon trying to correct the matter, the manager came and took my food and threw half of it away. After sitting for at least 10-15 minutes I had to ask for my ticket. Only then was I told that my order had been taken care of. They never once came to apologize for their mistake or to properly correct the matter. The waitress and Manger were both very hostile and unprofessional.

Not our first time here but decided to try them again after a couple of disappointing visits a couple of years ago. First off it s very loud with lots of screaming kids. Not the restaurants fault, but the noise carries in there. I tried the lox Benedict which was over loaded with thick and congealed hollandaise sauce. The English muffins were definitely microwaved as they were near impossible to cut with a knife. Ate about less than half. Just not a good menu item in my opinion. My wife got a simple 2 egg plate with a biscuit and sausage gravy. The biscuit was also nuked in the microwave, just no way it wasn t just by the texture. It came with hash browns which were decent.but under seasoned. The service was excellent and the crew there are super nice. The bill for 2 meals plus coffees was 60 bucks with tip which is way too much for the poor quality. There are much better places to eat with better food and better prices nearby. I d skip this place if I was looking for breakfast in the Irving/Coppell area.

Our waitress today was lovely. The issue was with the host and hostess up front. While we were on our way to the restaurant, I called to ask if there was a wait. They said no and made sure to tell me they closed in an hour and a half. We showed up 5 minutes later, and was told there was a 20 minute wait, even though I saw a booth already clean and available. I told them I had just called and was told over the phone there wasnt a wait, but 5 minutes later theres a 20 minute wait? It was obvious they wanted us to leave. I refused, and said we would wait for a table. We were seated within 2 minutes, but not without attitude being thrown our way. As someone who has worked in the restaurant business, if this is the way you treat patrons an hour and a half before you close you need to find another line of work. I could easily understand that attitude if we showed up 10 minutes before closing. Management might want to have a talk with your door greeters. People can easily go spend their hard earned money elsewhere with less attitude.

Food was great. I have no complaints. Jazzy was an awesome server as well. What I did have a problem with is the manager JC. When the runner brought my food out I realized I didn t ask for no onions so I let the runner know I can t eat onions & if she could have them re make it please. She seemed very timid on my response. She brought it to JC the manager who immediately snatched the plate from her and stormed towards me. He said what s wrong with this food? I said I didn t realize it had onions & I don t want them. All I ask is if it could please be re made. He replied did you tell your server? As if he s looking for a reason to punish her. I told him no Jazzy did nothing wrong she s been great. He gave me a look and turned around to the kitchen while shaking his head. How unprofessional. When another runner brought my food out I asked her for his name and she seemed so scared to tell me. What the hell is going on there? I hope this message reaches JC s boss because a RM needs to come in and talk to those employees. I can t imagine working for that guy. Please keep in mind if it wasn t for those workers, you all would not be in business.

I have been to this location before, and every time, I had no issues. However, I recently placed an order for delivery, and when I received my order, it looked like one of the containers was not handled properly. The chicken tenders I ordered were soggy and looked like it had been tampered with. I reached out to both DoorDash and the location directly and was unsatisfied with their solution. I paid 16.55 for the tendered and the compensation they felt was appropriate was a $5 credit from Jam + Toast and DoorDash individually. Needless to say, I think I am done with Jam + Toast following this experience.

The food was good - nothing great or outstanding, but completely acceptable and passable. I had the biscuits and gravy, and had them scatter, smother, cover, and pepper my hash browns... Both were really good, but the hash browns were better! Our server was friendly, attentive, helpful, and unintrusive. She smiled a lot, quickly took care of the things we asked for, gave good recommendations, knew the menu well, and struck a great balance between checking on us but not overstaying! The atmosphere was clean and well lit. My only minor complaint is that the table we sat at was pretty close to other tables on both sides... It wasnt unencumbering though. I really only noticed it when getting in and out. Parking: Theres a large parking lot, and I had no trouble finding a spot... There were plenty when we went.

However, they also had clubbing music playing (which is not what I want to hear at brunch). Overall the ambiance wasnt relaxed. I recently dined at this restaurant and had a rather unpleasant experience. When my party and I arrived, we found the temperature inside to be quite chilly. We politely asked the staff if they could adjust the thermostat or move us to a warmer spot, but to our surprise, they requested us to leave if we were dissatisfied. This response left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed. While the food and service might have been good, the lack of willingness to accommodate a simple request for temperature adjustment left a sour taste in our mouths. I would have expected a more customer-friendly approach in such a situation.

My husband and I came in for a late breakfast, and when I saw the fresh orange juice squeezing machine, my heart was happy! Even better, the orange juice was incredibly sweet without any rind taste that often taints the pure nectar. Mmm! I ordered TWO cups. We also ordered the blueberry pancakes with strawberries, the classic breakfast with French toast, and the new choffle - a croissant waffle. You could actually taste the croissant in each bite. It was different and probably something I ll have to try at home. Buttery, soft and sweet! Our server was really attentive and accommodating with our weird order customizations. We will definitely be back!

Terrible customer service. Missing items from food ordered. No resolution. Cold food and hair in cheese grits. Try a different location, this one should be closed soon.

Went here 3 times and each time it was excellent. The Tex-mex skillet is an awesome dish. Their corned beef hash is a healthy serving and cooked perfectly. Great seasoning and flavor. Service every time has been amazing, friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this place.

Loved this place! It felt like I was going to my family s place for breakfast. Friendly people, great music and awesome food. This is fresh, made to order food so if you re used to the prepackaged, flavor enhanced drivel they serve at places like Cracker Barrel, this isn t for you. Or maybe if you d like to see what real food tastes like, come here! Ask for the homemade jam sampler! YUM!

5 stars all around. Food was great, portions exceptional, and service was top-notch. I highly recommend the avocado toast, and don t forget their signature hot sauce. Our only drawback here was that an Americano w/ oat milk was nearly $7. I ll definitely be back, but I may grab a coffee beforehand. Highly recommend!

Visited first thing in the morning. Tried the new breakfast tacos. There is plenty of options, servers were friendly, food came out fast, and place was clean. The price is $11-$16 per order. Salsa & jam are made in-house. Jam & toast is a re-visit place.

Had a really good experience at this location! It was my first time trying out this place, and I m glad I did. The restaurant still looks relatively new, and the area seems to be freshly developed. I liked how clean everything appeared! Service and food were great! Loved the banana Nutella crepes the most! My sandwich s bread was perfect. Just the right amount of toastiness. The veggie omelette is a pass, but hashbrown were decent. I would definitely come back here again!

Nothing special here. Their menu feels like a copy cat of other places that started the trend of elevating breakfast menus but here it doesn t feel like anything special or original. The food is a bit bland and the ingredients are basic. The atmosphere is loud and bustling. The seating is uncomfortable. The servers are too busy to be very attentive. For the price point, there are better places.

ITS LOUD!!!!!!!!!!! ITS UNBEARABLE!!!! Owner needs to put up sound buffers or SOMETHING! You cant even hear the wait staff while trying to order your food, much less carry on a regular chat with your own table. The chicken fried steak was TOUGH to cut and too chewy to enjoy. The rest of the food was good and was out to us fast. The other location was better and enjoyed it greatly!!

Great friendly service , I got the omelet it was very good! The grits were too watery and the hash browns were under cooked. They did a super job in letting me replace the grits with pancakes which were awesome. All in all I will give it another try next time Im that way.

Cute! Prices are on the higher end of average. Biscuits were amazing. Portions were huge. I got an omelette, it was pretty standard. Another in my party got the croissant sandwich- also good. The food came out super quick. Honestly the only reason not a 5 star review is that we felt the prices were a little on the high end for average tasting food.

I had been to this place when it was newly opened a few years ago. Went back now and saw shrinkflation at its best. We ordered a waffle, a crepe and a skillet. Portions were really small in all dishes and they were skimping on all the toppings. The Berry Bliss waffle had barely any berries and just a drizzle of glaze/mascarpone. Service was also average. Our server kept forgetting all the items and didnt really seem to want to help us out. I dont think I would go back. Vegetarian options: They have a veggie option for each of the dishes Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly place and also helpful staff

It was a pretty disappointing experience. A lot of people were talking about this place for brunch, we went there today. The server forgot most of the order and we had to remind her every time. And the quantity for the price they charged was pretty less. The side of the fruit is $4 and you literally get only 4 pieces of fruit. Same with waffles and other stuff. It was not worth the effort for me to go there and wait to be seated just for this. I would rather go to other brunch places which have great food and for a better price.

My mom and I decided to give Jam and Toast a try today. As you walked in you give them the guest count, your name, and they handed you a buzzer. We waited for almost 45 minutes. Everyone who had walked in before us had been sat and we were next. A large group walked in and immediately got sat. Not one person in the party had a buzzer in their hand. It was very obvious that the hostess, their waitress, and the manager knew them. Other than this issue, the food was decent and they were playing some jams.

This was our first visit to Jam + Toast and will definitely not be our last. Everything from the food to the service to the atmosphere was excellent. And we are always impressed when the manager is on the floor assisting with anything that needs to be done (i.e. serving food, clearing dishes). This shows us how much he cares about his restaurant, his employees and his customers. For a great breakfast, I highly recommend you give Jam + Toast a try. Parking: My husband is handicapped and we were able to get a place right in front of the door. If we would have arrived later (we got there around 8:30 a.m.) I dont think we would have been this lucky because the restaurant became very crowded as we were leaving (9:30 a.m.)

Decent place to eat. They market their fruit as fresh but I suspect they were frozen. Presentation ofnthe food was a bit sloppy. The orange juice doesnt exactly seem fresh squeezed as advertised....came out a really artificial color. Hash browns were adequate. Could be crisper. Too much pepper. Coffee was so so. Overall, came across like slightly upscale diner food. I kind of expected more. Kind of overpriced for what I got.

jam + toast is a clean, bright, fun and tasty bright spot near DFW. Our server was awesome, and his recommendations were spot-on! The blueberry bourbon jam is worth the price of admission. Biscuits were moist and luscious. I also had the steel oats and my son had the Texas skillet. Check out this Irving hot spot, but get out of bed: breakfast and lunch only.
