John was my attorney on an auto accident that due to COVID and other issues took over 7 years to resolve. He stayed in constant communication with me, prepared me for every deposition and interaction, and made the entire process seem as easy as possible. I was in a very serious car /bicycle accident in Buda near the police station on August 27, 2021 My wife wrote a review that I would encourage you to read. The car T-boned me and my bike. Among other injuries, I had a broken Femur, a broken neck, called a hangman s fracture, and a serious concussion. I, literally have little to no memory of more than two months of my life. John was always available for my wife and took care of all the hospital bills and was my wife s source of contact while I was in one hospital and two rehab facilities. John kept us informed of what was going on and I focused on trying to get better and towards the end of my stay transitioning to rehab care. John always was positive and reassuring about the medical costs being taken care of. I really didn t need to put lots of energy into the legal aspects and focused on my rehab and regaining my strength . At the end of year one, i was in very good shape with still room for improvement. Several docs voluntarily told me how impressed they were with my rehab. The second year has now ended and I know I have continued to improve but will not be back to where I was before the accident. John was always a source of strength and support I also was very pleased with the final financial settlement.

John agreed early on to take on my husband s case. My husband had been riding his bike on a route he took often, when a driver turned left right into him. The sun was in her eyes. My husband sustained multiple injuries, some life threatening, which kept him in the hospital for two months. He remembers almost nothing of those two months. Needless to say, I was a basket case. John told me from the beginning, not to worry, he would take care of everything for me. He was true to his word. I could not have handled things without him. John checked in with us regularly to keep us informed and to see how we were doing. Auto accidents like this really uproot your life. Recovery is slow and not always complete. John did everything he could for us including giving us a lot of emotional support. I cannot express fully, how much we appreciate him. You don t need the lawyers you see advertising on TV.

John helped me with a car accident injury suit, and I highly recommend him. Despite the other party being 100% at fault for my injuries, I was unable to get the recommended surgery before the statute of limitations ended. Out of options, I chose to sue the other party. Having no experience with lawsuits, I had some cold feet. John was more than happy to explain everything and answer all my questions- and I had a lot. This made me comfortable and even confident in my decisions. John was both professional and easygoing. Easy to level with, and he leveled with you. His honesty and guidance was much appreciated. There was a little hiccup in our communication early on, but we quickly moved past that. When my wife got hurt in a car accident we asked the John Greenway firm to help us. It appeared at that time a small case and a difficult one but they treated us just as if it were a big case. After that my wife s treatment ended up taking much more time and money than expected. In the end we had an excellent outcome and without having to go to court thanks to John and his team. After a freeway accident caused by another driver, my college car, a gift from my grandmother, was destroyed. Chris Jackson and Will Coates of the Greenway Law Firm took on a very challenging case for me. I was in a pretty bad head on collision when a driver decided to turn left right in front of me. I had to be taken to the hospital and received a couple months of therapy due to an injured spine and a bruised bone in my knee. Overwhelmed with everything going on, not being able to work and having a tremendously hard time walking and getting around I called Greenway Law Firm. John Greenway was so patient in working with me and explaining how everything worked and how he was going to help. As a father himself he was even great with my 3 kids who had to attend some of our meetings. Having him as my lawyer allowed to me to be able to focus solely on healing myself both physically and emotionally. He gave me reassurance that I had somebody who could make my voice heard and if needed could fight for me as well. In the end I had all my damages, hospital bills and therapy bills covered and I was fully compensated for the incident.
