All the cuts of meat tasted the same. The buffet had a bit more flavor. I sat there for 40mins and no one offered to replace my drink even though I pulled 2 waiters asking them for more drink(mango juice) or if I could get some water. No one did. The cuts of meat are either too dry or not fully cooked. Before anyone says something about oh meat needs to have some pink it I understand that because I eat my meat medium rare-medium but this was not the case. What they consider medium was rare Also I was here with my mom celebrating my birthday but from 1-3am she s been vomiting nonstop. Not sure what cut of meat did it for her or if the veggies from the salad bar was the culprit for her vomiting. Nonetheless we are not coming back. The guy who helped us out a bit more didn t got my tip and there was a woman from the bar with brown hair short who kept eyeing our check. She waited for the man to leave to serve someone else and her who was always ignoring me and my mom was the one who took our bill to grab the tip. Vegetarian options: It s just the salad bar, rice, beans and some stir fry vegetables like mushrooms and zucchini

Terrible reception service, the worst part was that I finished paying the bill and the waitress came to pick me up in the parking lot so I could give tips, I said I wasnt going to give tips because the service wasnt pleasant and she was extremely rude and rude. All is excellent there,food,service,Atmosphere, since you enter to the place all employees are taking care of you, if you not been there before I invite you to visit this place I promise you will come back with your friends or your family, the food is fresh, as well the vegetables, they have a varieties of meats and the preparation and taste is delicious and make a feast in your palate,they are generous in the cut of meat , and if you are vegetarian may enjoy as well another options because have many to choose at the Salad Bar with delicious other plates as well, dessert and natural water of pinaple, the place is peaceful and set up elegantly too. All employees are kind and just need to come and enjoy it.

It was really tasty. The people running around with meats came at a good pace that it was hard to keep up. I was eating alone so I had no one to impress at the time, I still have trouble keeping up with the meat tenders. They were constantly there offering new stuff. Fried pineapple is fantastic. When I mentioned it the meat tender went and got a special rack out of order just so I wouldnt have to wait. Which person I think was awesome

Villa brazill is a hidden gem in irving. Ive been going to this location for nearly a decade. In the last couple years they have really stepped up the atmosphere to make it feel like a more upscale location. Its similar to other Brazilian steakhouses in terms of food offerings however its not as expensive. The salad bar is also more expansive than other locations such as Fogo de Chao or Texas de Brazil and others. If you enjoy Brazilian barbecue I highly suggest you visit this seemingly dive location, which is actually brilliant. You will not be disappointed! Vegetarian options: The salad bar / buffet has multiple options that are vegetarian friendly. Although, this would be a strange place for a vegetarian to choose, there are still enough options that those who have a vegetarian friend wont be horribly disappointed. Parking: Typically theres plenty of parking. A number of the businesses surrounding the location are not open during peak hours meaning additional parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of accessible parking.

I am Brazilian, and I went yesterday and did not like the food at all. The rice and beans were okay, but I found a hair in my beans. The meats are not very good. Unfortunately, it was the cheap price; I would have preferred to pay a bit more for quality. I did not like the service; everything was disappointing. Food outstanding as usual, wait staff service excellent BUT...lowered star rating for two reasons..reservation for 515pm stated it was a birthday, let the hostess and waitress both know as well. We go there for 3 anniversaries a year plus 10 different birthdays. They always bring out a piece of cheesecake and sing happy birthday, today he was totally ignored...its hard to explain to an autistic young man why he was forgotten. So I decided to not leave a tip. One of the staff followed us to the car asking about a gratuity.....so two strikes...following me and hounding me for a tip, and the slight shown my grandson by ignoring his birthday...this rating may increase or decrease depending on what management or owners do to remedy this

The other building was nicer, but the staff was still wonderful, and the food was delicious. They have many kinds of beef steaks, chicken, lamb,and seasoned roasted pineapple. They still have the famous waiters making the circuit with various meats. The Picanha is a fatty, salty, spiced beef flame grilled to perfection and served in small morsels. There are plenty of leaner cuts. The Zingu dark beer was very refreshing with all the steak. The salad bar was fresh and had something called yucca flour , which was delightful, like crouton or Italian bread crumbs, for the salad or meat as you wish. Its kind of like catfish breading. It was much louder in this location, so if the volume bothers you, or you have hearing difficulties, or a date to talk to, pick a time when its slower. We all got full of food and soft drinks for about 35-40 a person plus tips, and they did not gouge on beers. We are delighted and will return when we are in the area, or try the Garland one when it opens. Vegetarian options: This is a steak buffet, but if you are vegetarian, you can fill up on salad, tomatoes , pineapples, and tea. Parking: CVS and shopping center shared parking. Stay away from the 18ws in the back. Kid-friendliness: Its crowded and talkative, but the staff was kind to children, and theres plenty to eat, and desserts. Wheelchair accessibility: You can get in without having to go up ramps. The staff can help with the door if you want. Tables and chairs can easily be moved to suit you. The restrooms are small but on flat flooring.

I made reservations for my husband for Fathers Day, so a crowd was expected, but the disorganization was horrendous. One host is trying to assist at least thirty-five people waiting to get seated. The food was fresh and good. It seemed like extra tables were added to accommodate the crowd, so maneuvering was non-existent. We said we would maybe try it again on a non holiday. Parking: Its located in a strip mall, so the parking was plentiful.

The service is excellent starting with the nice hostess. The gauchos were friendly and knowledgeable about the cuts. The sirloin was the absolute star of them all. This is the low cost version of Fogo, or Texas of Brazil. And to be honest you get what you pay for, low price=Low quality meats, came here with coworkers who suggested this place, and to be real, Id rather pay a little more at the other places and know Im getting good quality food. Here its dry overseasoned food and not much selection, about the only thing I enjoyed was the Spicy chicken and the grilled pineapple. I personally would not come back here. No complaints Spicy picanha - not very good, very dry and not much flavor Chicken - good Garlic chicken - dry, not good Salad bar- average, not as good as places like Fogo Brazilian flan was excellent Be aware, they will offer you dessert and coffee at the end but neglect to tell you they are not part of the buffet price. Id like to start talking about the food. It is AMAZING, starting from the buffet and finishing with all the courses for the meat, drinks are also really good. However, what has been catching my attention is that some of the waitresses the one with dark curly hair was really interested about my marital status, and my position at work. I also noticed that after she asked me those questions she started to talk about me to her other coworker a blondie lady, and this to my point of view sounds completely unprofessional because I am there to enjoy the food and the environment not to flirt with any employee. In conclusion, the food is what will make me keep visiting the restaurant.

I was completely shocked to find we were charged as a party of 5 when it was me, my brother, husband, 3 yr old daughter and my 5 month old who was asleep the entire time. They said he counted as a guest even though he was not an eating party. We were charged gratuity for party of 5. I felt this was a total ripoff. Just a heads up to any families of smaller children who make a family of 5. EDIT: I just saw a man on these reviews was also charged gratuity for 3 guests when the tab clearly states that parties of 5 will include gratuity. Definitely be careful when you get your check and make sure it s accurate!!

Horrible customer service. Real bad reservation system and the system they use to seat people is not great. I would not make plans to go to this place with a reservation. They are worth nothing.
