I have ordered from here many time because i like a thicker crust which they normally have . I ordered two pizzas, one pie was great but the second pie had paper thin crust . I called the manager at Marcos and he said it was a thick crust and that was that . Occasionally i do like a thin NY pizza which is thin and i go to Pizza Capris which is also in Denton .

If you want marcos go to the one on university. This one is horrible. Everytime we have ordered its made horribly, for example the firey stromboli is mostly bread with very little filling like a giant breadstick. And certainly do not order delivery. We placed a order for a pepperoni pizza left a 8$ tip ( we only live 1.2 miles away) and did not even recieve a knock on our door or even a update on the app that our pizza was ever deliverd.

Ordered some pizza for pick-up on Monday 11/20. The pick-up was a total disaster. That I can tell you. Very disorganized. My 2 pizzas were sitting there for maybe 15 minutes while they got to a pizzoli. People were not being greeted at arrival to see why there were there. One lady was yelling and pretty upset. Fortunately the pizza, although not the hottest because it was sitting around so long, was still good. Ill be nice and give them 3 stars and hope this was just a fluke because this place has a good rating. If it wasnt a fluke then I dont know why anyone would keep putting up with service issues like this on a regular basis. UPDATE 2023-11-21: After looking at my receipt and what they charged me compared to what they were suppose to, it looks like they charged an unauthorized $3 gratuity... wow.... NOT ACCEPTABLE... especially since the service was so bad. One star. UPDATE 2024-01-12: They responded to this review and said they wanted to make things right. I provided some additional information. They never got back to me to make things right.

Second time in a row that we have asked for contactless delivery and the second time in a row that the driver has rang the doorbell and handed the food to me. The excuse is that the app is down and that they cant see contactless delivery, even though it is printed on the receipt. Didnt get any garlic cups, asked for no ranch dressing and double pizza sauce for the cheesy bread. Got one pizza sauce and ranch dressing. Quality has really gone down hill and management needs to step up and make sure that the customer is getting what they requested.

So this is the second time we ve ordered from this Marcos location. Both times they ve taken a minimum of 30 minutes or longer to even start our order. The website says it s promised at a certain time but when we got to the store they hadn t even started cooking it. The line is out the door and other customers are also complaining that s they ve waited for close to an hour now. Their pizza is good but it sounds like we ll need to find another store as this one can t get its business in order. They could lean a thing or two about how Dominos runs their operations

this is a strictly review for their online ordering... its one of the worst websites I have ever used. doesnt let you login until you put your address in, which if it just let you login in first, it would have the dang address. Then the new updated site does the same thing but a more horrible version of putting the address in. 2023, a pizza site is not complicated, quit making it that way.

Arrived at my pickup time but ended waiting over 40 minutes. Overheard one of the employees say they have a deal with a local trampoline park and they were getting slammed with orders from them. Good for them. Not good for me. Poor planning and not enough staff to deal with the orders. Love the pizza but not too crazy about this location any more. When finally ready they did not even offer any coupons, etc. for the inconvenience. Get the pizza home and it s half crust! Not a good experience at all! Update: received a call from the owner and he credited my purchase amount and apologized for the poor experience. We returned and had a much better experience. I appreciate the follow up and fee they handled the issue very well.

Friendly people. But one bad thing I noticed with every location, is that their hygiene practice is very poor. Theyre feeding the community. Yet, no one cares to wear gloves while making the pizzas. And the worse part of it all is... Ive watched cashiers go straight to making pizza, right after payment. Also, Ive seen individuals touch their shirts, pants, phone and hair, in the process of preparing the food. As if, its okay. They have no conscience to remind them to wash their hands or wear gloves. Its the norm for them to be unhygienic. Im sorry, but thats nasty.

I have 2 stars because the pizza is good. I tried to call them several times and never got an answer. I had to call to get some custom box my son made at school. Finally decided to sit on hold to see if someone would actually answer. I sat on hold for 40 minutes and no one answered the phone. First time trying Marcos pizza a couple weeks ago and it was sooooo good!! Took about 30 minutes to and hour longer to deliver than expected but it was worth the wait!!! Pizza was nice and hot. Got the xl meat lovers and deluxe and they were both delicious . This will be my go to for pizza from now on. Try it out! I was tired of ordering from the same regular pizza spots that don t hit the spot and you regret buying them after the first bite or after opening the box. I ordered a medium-size Specialty pizza in person. I was charged more than the price written on the board so I asked the cashier. He said (White gentleman with beard) they raised the price. I asked if they should honor the price written on the menu and he said he had to talk to a manager but they were in a meeting. AND HE WALKED AWAY TO THE KITCHEN TO AVOID ME, as I was still standing there looking for an answer. So I stood there and he saw me still standing there. He talked to another employee next to him (Black gentleman) and made him to come and talk to me. Of course the second employee said the same thing- that they cant help me and the manager is in a meeting. I dont know how they trained the employee, but that is NOT how they should confront the customer, especially when they are in the wrong. Ignoring a customer like that was a rude behavior and I am exasperated I was treated so!

Ordered through Uber Eats. They called as my driver was arriving to pick up my order to say they didnt have the wings that theyd been preparing for half an hour. Not a big deal, yes, Ill take the boneless ones. The driver dropped off food minus dripping sauces and 2 liter of Dr. Pepper that I ordered and paid for. Fresh pizzas tasty. They even have chairs inside to sit and eat in as well. Always tasty. Close to my neighborhood. Recommend to anyone. I would tell you guys get it directly rather than getting it delivered nothing wrong with the delivery but you will be saving some on delivery fee and tips

UPDATED REVIEW on 5.5.2019 - Pizza is fair to good and the staff is very nice. I like they do old world pepperoni. here is the issue, if you order double or triple of an item you will NOT get it minus cheese; they seem to love to pile the cheese on. This seems to be a company wide issue to help control costs because I have experienced this at EVERY location I have ordered.. When you ask if that is considered double pepperoni (as an example) they simply state Yes, of course, or yes the extra is under the cheese or something similar. I will say I am done throwing my money away when ordering food from them. For as much as you are paying for their pizzas, and extra toppings, you would think they would actually honor your request, and what you actually paid FULL price for, and they are not cheap.
