We threw my daughter s 6th birthday party here and it was such a great choice. We chose the party package for 10 jumpers in the bay area. A party host, wristbands and socks, pizza and drinks were all included. Our party host, Shiv was a great help and so sweet. She was so useful with the setup and just overall attentiveness. Not only did the kids have a great time, the adults thoroughly enjoyed themselves as well. I m sure a lot more visits and future parties will be held here from multiple families that attended our party as well as us. Thank you Ground Control for making this such an awesome and memorable experience for my daughter and her friends.

Not only is it over priced to jump, but it also seems as if the employees just don t really care. Most sit there on their phones not paying any attention to the world around them. The trampolines are filthy, stained and covered in old gum. It s pretty obvious they have no pride in keeping their equipment clean. Every jump at ground control included various pieces of trash that jumped with you on the trampolines. Just a filthy over priced joint.

This place used to be good when you can get an hour jump for $8 but now it requires either a membership or a $20 charge for 1 jump session. They have charged us 3 times for membership in 1 month! It s ridiculous. And they never told me my card would be on file!!!! Every time I ve went there they look at the card so if they have my info to bill me then why keep asking for the card

This place used to be the GREATEST jump park my I have ever been to with my kids but unfortunately it has had just ONE thing that made me rate this place 2 stars it was because they removed the BEST attraction that was there (the ASTRO orbiter) and I have been there MANY TIMES and instead they LITERALLY REPLACED IT WITH EVEN MORE DANGEROUS SLIDES MY SON GOT A PRETTY BAD BURN ON IT (but it still is a way better place then urban air)

Long story short they have kids working there that don t know what they are doing. I bought 3 memberships which was 19.99 each the same price for 90 minutes. The membership is for them to be able to use it during the week as many times as they want to go and apparently they can t find the membership when they took all my info and kept my card on file and specifically told me I have to go in person to cancel 3 days before it auto renews. All they told me is that they can t find it and can t do anything about it.

This place is wonderful and very teen and adult friendly. Went there with my family for Mother s Day and everyone was over 13 years old. We had a blast and I highly recommend bringing the whole family here for my fun. Everyone enjoyed it. The place is a little small but still hours of fun. Would highly recommend for TEENs and young adults who want to go to trampoline parks but don t want to be in crowds of little kids.

Great indoor trampoline park. We are visiting family from out of town and this is our second time here. Bunch of fun for kids...and adults lol. They have new slides that are in my opinion an amazing addition! There are plenty of places to bounce, a warped wall with slide and fireman pole, basketball, zipline, foam pit, jousting, obsticle course, dodgeball, and airwalk! Will be back again next time for sure

We had a disappointing experience at the Ground Control birthday party. We specifically ordered lemonade, but they served Gatorade instead, which no one drank. This felt like a cheat and really dampened the mood of our party. It was unfortunate, especially since it was for our childs birthday choosing Ground Control turned out to be a regrettable decision.

This place has potential, lots of great attractions and fun. Definitely needs more attendants, slides haf one attendant working at the top, one kids was mid slide and stopped not allowing for the other kids to go. Three other kids were running up the slides causing collisions with kids trying to go down, my daughter got a burn trying to stop herself before she ran into one of these kids. After I complained they closed the slides down. Other children were running on free jump area with food and beverages. They have four massage chairs for adults, one of which was broken. All four had people sitting in them, not using them, I had to ask if I could use after the front attendant told me they couldn t ask them to move. I think with more order this could be a better and more enjoyable experience

If you want to throw a birthday party for your kid here, I wouldn t do it. I spent almost $800 which would ve been fine but at the end I was forced a mandatory 20% gratuity on top of the $800 for my host which I was NEVER informed of EVER. I had to pay over $150 for tip! I feel so blindsided. If this is required - that should be on the website, emails and phone call to us so we can make an informed decision. I have ALWAYS tipped my host around $40-50 for any event I ve ever done but I have never been forced to do 20%. Horrible! Don t be blindsided! I m angry no one told me until I checked out. And no where on their website for the party does it say the tip is mandatory at 20%. If it s mandatory, it NEEDS to be on paper or informed for us to consent to it. It should NOT be told at check out at end of party!

Way to milk Groupon customers Ground Control. Your Groupon disclaimer says grip socks are required however nowhere does it mention that they must be from ground control. Its only when I arrived at your facility, I find out that they must be purchased from ground control for a total price $8.48. Why not be honest and disclose that in the Groupon? Very deceptive.

I have a daughter that is between 4-7 and she loved it. They only charge those that are jumping, so parents do not have a fee unless you want to jump. There were different things to do there such as a ninja course, zip line, rock climbing ( it was not open when I went) and trampolines everywhere. There is a fee for socks, $3.00 per pair in addition to the entry fee- there is no way around this not even if you bring socks from home, so I suggest saving them. There was a small concession stand not too expensive ($-$$) and a place to have birthday parties. I would recommend checking them out.

The staff here have no cerebrum and have derangement. They were supposed to resolve conflicts between children effectively immediately, but the staff were left to deal with more conflict then started. In the end, the staff could not solve the problem and simply told us to leave immediately and said it was time, but we still had 20 minutes to go. Your service is regrettable with very bad service attitude, I have to say that I was not at all satisfied with your store s employees service. Not only your employee didn t resolve customer issues effectively but also Investigate and take appropriate action.

Pros: nice and clean, lots of seating for parents to keep an eye on the kiddos, not crowded when we got there at around 11:30a on a Saturday, kids played for about 3.5 hours and enjoyed it all. Cons: 2 stalls in the ladies bathroom out of order, never have I seen such a thing anywhere but perhaps due to the below freezing Temps weve had lately (so giving them grace on that), also restrooms were clean; price is a bit high but still worth it if you get the all day pass for a few more . If you go, go early. They seem to do a LOT of b-day parties around 1p onward from what I saw. Place started to look like chaos around 1 or so but my kids still had no issues. I just dont like crowds, so go early of you are the same way. We left around 3p and there was a line almost starting at the entrance when we left, whereas there was no line when we arrived at 11:30. Checkin was also a breeze because we got passes and did waivers online. They just took my last name found the passes, gave the kiddos wrist bands and the socks that cost 3 bucks. Quick and easy. I only wish they would also put the all day passes on groupon as well. Only saw groupon for 1 hour passes which is a waste.

I recently hosted a party and had the pleasure of working with Lyle from Ground Control. Lyle, a dedicated Warriors fan, went above and beyond to ensure the success of our event. Despite a large food order, everything was delivered promptly and tasted fantastic. Lyles friendly demeanor added a delightful touch to the evening, and his attention to detail was evident in the well-prepared setup with ample drinks and plates. What impressed me most was Lyles proactive approach in seeking feedback to continuously improve their services. He also made efforts to initiate conversations with everyone and recognized their likes and dislikes. I highly recommend Ground Control and commend Lyle for making our party a memorable experience. Pretty cool trampoline park. However, there were zero staff members on the floor to make sure everyone was following typical trampoline park safety rules. There weren t clear separate areas for younger kids like other trampoline parks (signs & a staff member watching/reminding the older kids they needed to go somewhere else), it s like a free for all. Seen a few younger kids getting basically trampled by groups of older ones sprinting and jumping around carelessly. Had to get onto a few older kids who were pelting dodgeballs at young kids faces and ripping the dodge ball out of their hands cause again, there was no staff member around at all supervising. Cool park for rambunctious older kids, one of the UNSAFEST I ve been to for younger children.

The place is amazing, but the staff and policies are ridiculous. My kids had jumped for an hour and I went to add an additional hour and they wanted to charge the first hour rate instead of the 2nd hour rate! However, we were asked to leave about 12 minutes earlier. We had 50 min of fun and then 12 minutes of unnecessary argument because of your incompetent team. Booked a birthday party a month out. Kim did great. Day before party Kim gave me a call. There was a scheduling conflict. Her supervisor was using Kim as the middle man. I had to adjust my party because of Ground Controls scheduling. I arrive day of event, the next day, day of event with the grand total increasing $300 dollars. The scheduling conflict would have caused my party to lose 30 minutes. So my reply was ok well just keep us till 10pm instead of 930PM and I dont lose my 30 minutes. The day before and through all my communication I was never told my total event price had changed. I paid a deposit and received that receipt. But never knew my party had increased. Immediately the day of party I did not want to pay for the remaining balance they were telling me since it was different than what we had agreed on. They told me If I didnt pay they would have to cancel my party. I had about 100 guest including our small jumpers looking at me while I talked to the VP of operations on their phone. I didnt care about the price. While I was on the phone my wife paid the remaining balance since our guest were waiting in the front. It is not the staffs fault. I understand they need leadership and training. They dont have a GM since he was doing some illegal things, theft. I was told by their VP. I took care of their staff. Michael did great, our host. I didnt get the VPs name nor the acting managers name. I was too busy wanting to give my daughter her much anticipated birthday party. I didnt like being threaten to cancel my party after I had already paid a $700 deposit and had all my guest waiting. I also had our event catered so I had the catering food waiting in the check-in area. Not all activities or venues were available. The rock climbing wall was not operational due to staffing. This isbmy daughters favorite activity Facility is clean. Looks new and well maintained. Michael cares and is an asset to who ever wishes to give him a better opportunity, I hate to see him be disregard by this brand or franchise. I plan to continue to patron this facility with my kids. Again it is a nice clean well maintained location.

Worst visit! We came for a party, so I paid extra for my other son. This place starts by ripping you off by making you buy their socks because they dont accept Urban Air socks. When it was time to go, my sons Crocs were stolen. These people refused to do anything for that either. All in all, it ended up being an expensive waste of time and money. Horrible assistant manager lady, no business sense, zero remorse. Horrible place, force you to buy their socks, don t allow any other new grippy socks. Assistant manager lady was horrible in attitude, don t even let kids pick socks until paid, made us feel we are here to steal. Cheap and no remorse behavior, not a place to bring my or anyone kid. She lied to me that this is always the policy despite I was here 2 months ago and no one forced us to buy socks at that time. I came to book birthday package and now it s in my never go to place. I attended my friends sons birthday and apart from the fact that they were without staff, all the attention to their guests was terrible. The cafe was closed and all it had to offer was what she brought from home and the pizza was delivered more than an hour late when the party should have already ended and the guests were leaving. The worst part was seeing her frustration knowing that she expected better for her son and her guests and her party could have gone better somewhere else. I do not recommend it, they are not prepared to receive parties if their staff is not even capable of responding to these situations.

On September 2, 2023. We expected to go and enjoy our sons Birthday party. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER! Our party started at 6:30 p.m. and we were informed that the pizza was supposed to be out by 7:30p.m. by 9p.m. the pizza was barely getting made. No water provided, the Cafe closed. short staff, No GM available at all. I left my information because someone was supposed to reach out and no voicemail has been left no email sent out nothing. Teenagers running the place the best they could and without a GM to handle a holiday high volume weekend. My heart as a mother was devastated because my sons birthday ruined. All I could offer my guest were my candy bags and cupcakes I brought. My hard earned money flushed down the toilet..

I haven t left a review yet for this place because I keep hoping the people are just having a bad day and it will get better. Their customer service isn t good. Attitudes aren t nice but cocky. I m not sure what it is here but they have some different activities for people but that s the only positive thing I have for this place. Now when you buy a Groupon you have to pay taxes for that Groupon at the place. Only their socks are allowed. I kinda get that but she said it s because their specially made for the stuff. It s the same socks like altitude has. Basically just say the truth. They just want people to wear your socks. It s an extra money charge for them. It s all about money Last time we were here we ordered food and didn t get it tell 30mins cause the kids were playing in the back of the kitchen. We had to remind them about our food, that s the only reason we got our food. I don t know who owns this place but this saying fits If ethics are poor at the top, that behavior is copied down through organization it s sad but true.I know the owner or someone else is going to respond back to this comment to try to cover what I said to try to change it but the truth hurts but hopefully it will help them change and be better at their customer service.

Recently took my family and like all the times before; I looked forward to it. This time however, it was pretty warm. I started sweating about 5 mins in. As did my kids. We tried to tough it out and lasted a good 30 mins before my wife said it was just too hot and for the first time; we went upstairs in hopes of cooler air. My wife was disappointed that we didnt get our full hour; she decided to complain. I try and give businesses a fair shot and considered the cooling system was down. I suggested that she proposes a refund of the visit or a 3hr credit for a future visit. The girls at the register confirmed to her that the air condition was not on and that it was policy to turn it on upon request. We work like this most days one said. Since they didnt have authority to refund/credit they got the alleged manager who looked maybe a yr older than them. So, she looked 18-20. This is where things went downhill. She pointed out the fact that our time was up anyways. This is true, however, a more seasoned representative wouldnt have focused more on the time rather than, the bigger picture. Loss of business, bad review, etc. She shouldve taken into account that the entire facility was indeed hot. Further, they had even ran out of water bottles and so, the complaint was indeed justified. I love doing athletic things with my kids and had visited at least 3 times in the last 4 months. None of the times was there an issue with the a/c. Maybe trying to save money?

I couldnt reply to your response, so I am adding another review. Please read all your responses to all people, and people can smell arrogance and rudeness. First thing, I never called the manager any bad words. Thats a makeup story, of course, sympathy gain. You may have a audio video recording to pull for proof Let me put more details. I had party 5:30pm and was told around 7pm to go and check out and check off if I had to pay anything, and then I could return back. So in between party time I went to check off. Paid for the guy 20% tip per manager that everyone does 20%. I was told they have another party at 8 so leave the deck area before that. The guy who was serving us was in constant touch and kept us informed when to leave from deck. Since kids were playing, we went down. I went back to counter around 9 to get t-shirt for bday kids, but no one mentioned anything. All of a sugmdden when we were leaving someone is stopping Guests and behaving rude with them to look for me. The guy who served us knew where I was the whole time. And NO one mentioned that you have to go out of premises in 2 hours. At the end I am being asked to pay another $250 that I had not been informed and never authorized. So I would never pay that was not agreed at check off. I will surely dispute charges if you do unauthorized transactions. I am free to put my opinion as a parent of 2 kids who would want to have fun on their birthday that this is not the right place if someone is looking for what I was expecting. Rather, go to a place that allows everything plus unlimited time.

Very rude staff. Not clear policies. Be aware. They just want to charge more for one or the other way. I would never suggest kids birthday party here. Go to Urben Air (5 min from this place). Kids can play unlimited and have a lot of things to do with the same value for kids parties. These guys want you to finish party, food, and play in 2 hours, which is insane. No one tells clearly about it initially, but when you are leaving, the rude manager says to pay extra now and argues.

Me and my kid were there on a invitation from my friend on a occasion of friends sons birth day . My friend paid from 6pm to 8pm . At about 7:30 pm 2 ladies came to me while me and my son were playing . One lady said , you guys can t be here , you have to leave . When requested why , she said I wanted to see your sons tag . This is our second weekend to come. The girls had a blast! We will be back. The staff is very friendly. They are mostly young and not babysitters so I recommend making sure your children know the rules and importance of safety guidelines.
