This was our first time visiting this place, my Quesabirria was ok, I think it was lacking some flavor I had to put salt to make it better. Honestly I didnt like the $1 extra for a taco al pastor, pork meat is way cheaper than beef so I am not sure why they want to over charge but that is their business decision, maybe because it is not something they offer daily. Ordered a birria ramen which is basically a 30 cents ramen, with birria consome and some meat, that was disappointing($9), if there is a next time(not really) I will order just the consome and get a ramen from my pantry and save $4 dollars. $4.50 tacos with store bought tortillas seem a little bit expensive, I usually eat 4 to 5 tacos at home so for one person it would be $18 for 4 regular size tacos, I can get 4 tacos for around $10 in many other places. Anyway, If you love birria and you dont mind spending a good amount of cash, this is a decent place. To be honest for the amount we spent, we could have gone to a place with A/C and a more calm environment. On the other hand, the woman taking the order was very nice.

If you re looking for authentic BIRRIA tacos from the state of Guerrero, Mexico style, then look no more. This tacos are legit! Highly recommend and it s worth the wait, flavorful birria everything! And the fresh corn hand made tortillas are the best!! Best birria in the area! Vegetarian options: Mushroom Birria Taco with savory birria sauce.

Food was below average. Did not taste fresh. They told me 15 mins wait turned out to be 45 mins. Lady in back was not wearing gloves and often scratched her head. Was very turned off how sanitary things were. Tacos had very little meat. Will never return.

Love the veggie Birria with mushrooms on tacos/ quesadilla. I stop here for quick weekday lunch. Very nice and friendly people. Vegetarian options: Only option is vegan Birria in tacos or quesadilla. Finally an amazing taco truck in Cedar Park! The quesotacos are so full of flavor with the right amount of queso to birria , the tortillas are freshly made and delicious. This food was absolutely amazing it was my first time trying these tocos and let me tell you there amazing!! There so worth the price and there so filling me and my boyfriend went one day I got 3 corn tocos and my boyfriend got the fried flour and omg it was huge full of meet and cheese was amazing you have to get the broth!!! It makes them even better iv been asking my boyfriend since we been to go again and we re finally going this Saturday!!! It s so worth it we like to pick it up and go eat it at home but there s a seating area for you to eat if you want to eat it there bc soon as you smell it your going to want to eat it right away there very sweet people as well!! So so recommend this place 100% amazing food you won t regret going!!!

This was my 1st time having Birria tacos. I had researched the reviews of a few places but I saw the reviews for this food truck on Facebook and Google and was impressed. I looked at the menu and prices, deciding this would be the place to introduce me to the deliciousness of Birria. We ordered the Quesataco (my husband went back 2x to order 2 more each time ), Mamis Taco, Mamis Quesadilla, and Mamis Consomme. I highly recommend getting the fresh made tortillas. I wanted the Tres Leches but unfortunately it was sold out. Everything was delicious and the prices are so affordable. $10 will get you a filling meal. $20 is enough for 2 people to dine. We bought enough to eat while it was hot and to bring back home. The ladies were so sweet and hospitable while taking our order. Hours later we have reheated our take home items and it tastes even better! Its like the flavors had a chance to marinate, comingle and bind together even more. The orders come with limes, radishes and salsas. I will be back and hopefully Ill be able to secure a Tres Leches cake.

Hands down some of the best birria tacos I ve had! Located in Cedar Park, off Whitestone Blvd. I had to drive to North Lamar to find birria tacos this good, but not anymore! I ve found the taco truck of my dreams 10 minutes from my home in CP. My husband had the Mami s taco and it had a fresh made corn tortilla that was probably one of the best tortillas I ve ever tasted in my life. The Tres Leches cake was absolutely delicious, so save room for dessert. This cute little baby blue food truck is located in the parking lot of a gas station, so it s not hard to find at all. The three ladies running the truck are super friendly & make delicious food. GO HERE!

THE BEST TACOS I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! Seriously, these folks know exactly what they are doing. I go with 2 quesotacos, 3 if I am really hungry. The menu is small, guessing because they focus on what they are experts at. On top of that, the ladies there are so nice and seem happy to be sharing this food with the world! I do wish there was an indoor eating area with air conditioning, but I am not going lower the rating for that. Go get some ASAP!!!

I almost dont want to let yall know how good this is so I can keep them all to myself but I have to give these ladies props. They are so friendly and the tacos.....there are no words. So freaking good!! They are cash only but there is an ATM in the gas station next door and you can get drinks from in there too if you stay and eat at their cute pink picnic tables, and there are umbrellas. I love the to the point menu and can not wait to try the fries and birria ramen ( when its not 1000° out) !!!

Las Mamis is one of those authentic Mexican food places that are becoming harder to find. For those of you who are new to Birria, it is a slow-cooked meat in a flavorful red (from chilis and spices) broth. Thats their specialty. Their Mami Tacos are made of fresh hand-made tortillas and birria. Try their consome with meat or withouth it, which is their Birria broth. Dip your tacos in the broth or drink it on the side. I discovered today and I am sure to be there all the time. Les recomendamos este lugar. Es fabuloso. Comida limpia, autentica, sabrosa servida por gente amable!

A hidden gem! My husband had seen their truck on Facebook so we decided to swing by for lunch and give it a try. They re birria tacos are so delicious! We got the birria fries, birria tacos(store bought tortilla dipped in oil), & mamis birria tacos (homemade corn tortilla). We also added 2 consume. All of our food was fresh, and very tasty!
