as sad as it is to say i no longer enjoy shopping here. the shelves are always dirty with dust and grime. everything looks thrown together and the staff seem to just not enjoy their job. i always feel like i m in the way. if you just want to run in and out real quick to grab something, sure! but to shop around nahh. i ll stick to either doing pick up or just choose somewhere else to shop!

I had a very interesting visit at this target location I was getting help from Montrell and his boss was following us around everywhere we went so then I ask another target associate why s he following him around and they said they aren t allowed to talk to him I m not sure what s going on but that s no way to treat an associate. I was very displeased with my vist. Who ever that man was needs to be sat down and talked to.

I love going to target. I always find everything that I need from household items, pharmacy school supplies even groceries I have made in my one stop for all my shopping needs. I love the fact that they have fruit and it s real fresh although it s a little more expensive there s items in there that are not as expensive but they do have lots of Totally enjoy and appreciate.

Went in today to get something from electronics dept and NOT 1 EMPLOYEE in sight! Girl working nearby was no help. She had no clue as to why NO one was in that dept. Its nice to have an alternate to WM and dollar chains in town. For its size, Amarillo should have more retail choices. The store itself is usually orderly and clean. Staff are friendly even when it gets hectic. These days I tend to do curbside pickup and the staff bringing items out are always friendly and helpful. Prices are usually competitive, especially store brand.

I understand times are tough with hiring people, but get better management so you can keep your employees. The store is always a mess and you can t even walk down isles. This has been going on for MONTHS now and is continuously getting worse. I love Target but I hate going now.

The store was in the midst of changing out Halloween merchandise to Thanksgiving/Christmas displays, which some areas of the store are a little chaotic getting around to spaces for shopping. Some areas had empty spaces for merchandise with carts nearby for stocking when an associate doing their best to get Items on the shelf or display. The store was not crowded with customers, but it felt very crowded with the new configuration of space in the aisles it was not easy to push the cart to look at the items or find correct sizing. Associate stopped and helped find the sizing needed.

This Target is not the cleanest, often disorganized and some items are out of stock. The staff, if you can find them are helpful and know the store very well. Target s issues are that in some cases of products the one brand availability is not enough if the store doesn t stock properly. If I need parsley and the spice row is empty, one cannot get another brand of parsley.

Still severely understaffed. Losing hope in this location. It is always hot and stuffy in there, regardless of the temp outside. Tons of flies over by the Starbucks and bathrooms. If you want to work for a company that does not care about you or your family, this the one for you! Management forced me to clock out & leave 2 hours into my 8 hour shift because I needed to take my lunch at a specific time in order to pickup my husband who s car was in the shop, which was approved by hr. Management said well if you need to leave then just go clock out for the rest of the day we don t need you. They ll also not unlock the doors at night to let you leave because they want everyone to stay later than your scheduled shift (closing shift) to help other areas that lacked cleanliness which was always 9times out of 10 the shoe dpt or the seasonal & everyone s supposed to leave together.

One star is too good for this Target location this is at least the third time my husband and I have been treated rudely. We were shopping earlier with a whole basket of items and a box of variety chocolate if Twix snickers etc. that was clearly in front of a price tag that said $3.19. Regardless what the tag says there is three of this item in front of that tag which we did not put there . We took a picture of the item and the tag and went to guest services. We asked to speak to a manager and the front end manager Amanda she was very rude she said I m going to go over there and check. We told her we took a picture of it and when she went over there she moved the items. We asked for a higher level manager and Amanda called on the walk-in Rosario can you come over here. We followed over there to that area. We spoke to that manager and she was agreeing with the manager Amanda we showed her the picture I said she moved them when she went over to check the price. Based on. The picture we took ace there was more then one of the items there they should have honored the $3.19 price . Which they did not they persisted in arguing we left the entire order and did nit buy anything because of the treatment. We will never shop at this target location ever again. I actually said pictures don t lie. It s evident Amanda moved the items because I heard her talking on the walkie can you go to channel three. I used to be a guest service team leader and that means to talk privately between team members. They are breaking policy because I called guest relations for Target and they said they are supposed to honor that price they can pull the cameras we did not move the items but I know she did.

It s a rarity that an item is out of stock when I place a drive up order, so I feel comfortable relying on the convenience of online orders. As for this Target, its one of the more unorganized locations Ive been to. Im always tripping over baby shoes and clothes are always on the floor in the isles out of place. However, as for my star rating..this review is for a worker at target. i think she is with a different company, shes a vendor. I think her name is Terah. on 2 different occasions she was very helpful and kind to us, even with all my kids just being kids!!! If you know what I mean..my daughter pulled down peg fullof earrings onto the floor, but this beautiful lady handled it right away. She helped me pick sunglasses for myself and my neice. Target gets so messy sometimes but she works so hard keeping up with everything, if noone else has told you, THANK YOU Ms. TERAH for your hard work and GOD BLESS you for making my day!!! The Amarillo Target is disappointing and Ill managed. There is never enough staff, lines are way too long, with often over 12 people in one line. Items are not put away properly and the store is simply not clean. The public restrooms are filthy and not well stocked. Its always fun finding an excuse to visit Target with the family. This store is always clean, the employees are friendly, and theres always something to discover in Bullseyes Playground ( dollar section). Picking up last-minute things via Drive Up has come in handy many times. Im also thankful this Target has both a Starbucks AND a Target Café. Sometimes its humid and uncomfortable in the store during the spring, summer, and early fall which is my only complaint.

the target store is close to my home ( i live outside city limits) and i intended to purchase just a loaf of bread. However there were a few other things i needed but knew i would have to drive across busy street to the home depot to purchase those items. but im all about a 1 stop shop so i thought i could see if target by chance had the other items i was looking for. in doing so, i encountered at least 5 different employees while journeying thru the store. Every single employee was soooo courteous, helpful and 2 out of the 5 actually walked with me to the isle i was needing to get to even though they were busy putting up merchandise on the shelfs. One actually let it be known that the hardware isle was very limited and once we got to that isle he stated again, we are very limited on the hardware but he did not just walk off and leave me hanging which was very thoughtful of him. making my way to customer service counter, i asked to speak to a manager on duty. I wanted it be known that the group of employees on duty this busy saturday morning was so helpful, courteous and went beyond the duty to assist me as a customer. i felt so comfortable shopping this morning but ended up buying $20.00 worth of merchandise (including the loaf of bread). i still ended up going to home depot and in reality only purchased 1 item from that store. thank you Target of Amarillo and the management and staff for making my saturday commute feel special.

I have a licensed service dog. I went into the store in Amarillo, TX and was very rudely told I could not have my dog in the store. I have do not have trouble anywhere else. He always sits in the cart seat. The person I spoke to at the store was Lily. Also talked to a manager named Robert and he also gave me grief. Had managed to see that they had limited stock on PlayStation 5 s around 6:30 am and I was at the store ten minutes prior to the store opening waiting in line & I happened to check online 5 mins before the store opens and it suddenly said the item was out of stock and sure enough I got to the electronic area at 8:01 just to be told that they don t have any PlayStation 5 s.. which means that they illegally sold the items to the employees before the store opened which should be prohibited & definitely not fair at all to customers like myself that waited in line ten to 30 minutes before opening to get the product..

I ordered a rug online, they didn t use fed ex or ups. Some jerk in a Penske truck drove all over my grass and then was a total jerk when I said something about it. I don t recommend ordering online if this is who they use for their shipping needs. Completely unprofessional.

I want to brag on the wonderful help of two employees in the electronics department of the Amarillo Target store - - Cody and Bryan. I needed a new phone, and they went above an beyond to help me! Cody helped me with the purchase and with initial set-up of my phone, and the next day, Bryan helped me work through the written list of questions and challenges I had in learning how to properly use the phone. THANKS, GUY!!! I am a very satisfied customer!
