The pokes are really good! Great amount of toppings even if you choose just a few, they would serve you a good amount of them. Really good flavor, the milk boba teas are amazing. Great prices, a lot of food, and really good quality. Super recommended!!!

The food was okay. Milk teas are a bit strong. Expected as its new owners now..got the spicy salmon and it didn t look as enjoyable as it used too maybe because food isn t fresh as it used to be. Chunks of radish and pineapple too big to be enjoyed with the other things in the bowl. The service was nice great people but won t be the same as it used to be.

We come here all the time, and came here frequently before the ownership changed. We noticed a difference in the menu, but very minor changes have been made. They took off the sushirito option which is a bummer, but this place is still amazing. We enjoyed the fresh ingredients and clean atmosphere. All of those things were still the same minus just a couple of ingredients since the new ownership. I even noticed how generous they were with the mix-ins, and feel like the value of the products were amazing. The staff even added red onion when I forgot to add it on my sheet! Takoyaki is one of my favorite appetizers and I noticed it was added to the menu!! It is tricky to make correctly and I feel confident in ordering this item every time I come in from now on in addition to my bowl. I also want to note that Hawaii poke is now the new owner, and we (my boyfriend and I) visited the location in Watauga in the past and were blown away from the service as well. We will continue to visit these establishments regularly. Thank you so much!

New ownership just started, so the order was a bit slower than previous as their staff is still under training. But the owner compensated me complimentary drinks, good service. One Poke is an absolute gem! I recently had the pleasure of dining there, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. I ordered the Ahi Tuna Bowl, and it was a flavor explosion in every bite. The tuna was incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and paired beautifully with the crisp vegetables and zesty sauces. As another review states, it appears ownership has changed. They are in the process of rebranding as Hawaii Poke and their staff are now a mix of those from the previous version of this restaurant and new ones. And the new ones seem to have been thrown into the fray with little training. I used to come here often for poke and it was amazing and not a bad pace to get my food. But now? I ordered a bowl that included a double order of chicken and mix ins including mango. The first attempt, they only put in one helping of chicken (a normal bowl includes two typically, at least in the past) and no mango. I came back, and while they did try to make things right with a total of three free sodas and some chicken on the side, someone also took my order to the back to fix it, and while it did have the missing chicken as well, it was also bathed in mango sauce rather then had the actual mango in it. Also normally visits here take at most 10 minutes to get everything. I came here at 11:30 am-ish, and it took til 1:30 pm for me to come home with the still-incorrect remake. Im frankly disappointed. Also they removed a few things off the menu for unknown reasons. The only reason I ate the erroneous remake anyway is because I have not ate all day. Edit after later today : Now that I have had the chance to fully eat it, i noticed that the way the chicken was cooked is substantially different then before, and not quite in a good way. And additionally, they appear to have switched from sushi rice to just pure white rice, which to be honest is a huge step back. In other words, were paying more for lower quality food and service? I miss the old Uno Poke already...

Have tried dozen poke places and this was the least favorite. You have a piece of paper you make check marks on which choices you want. (Makes it seem like a test) very not personal and cold service. Food was average, tried their chicken which was average. The food experience lacks person recommendation. They also want to charge you for extra toppings choices of 50 cents each. Highly recommend just hire someone who likes to work there or has good customer service and i wouldn t have left this comment. But you re looking for good poke pick somewhere else.

We like the food here, but they force you to order on a card, then take 20 minutes to fulfill your order when theres no one else in the building. Half point of build your own meal restaurants is that your food is guaranteed the way you want it quickly and efficiently. Delicious! My boyfriend and I got two Regular bowls (2 proteins ) for about $12 each. I got spicy tuna and spicy salmon and they were sooo good! This place has more protein and toppings options than most other poke places. They don t charge extra for seaweed salad which was a huge plus for me. They are closed on Mondays so I visited Thursday at 3pm as I was anxious to check this place out. For under $40 (with tip) I ordered build your own poke and Teriyaki Bowl (for take out; my son dug into it before I took a picture ~ excuse the mess) along with a bottled soda and coconut Boba tea. OMG! It is the best poke bowl Ive had; the other places I had been in Kansas City & San Diego. I was impressed the bowl was not filled most of rice (the base) but instead had an overflow of fresh and tasty toppings. Plenty of front parking with handicap parking spaces too. Friendly customer service the lady was very kind and answered my questions. In & outdoor seatings. Bar seats are along the panaromic windows. Clean establishment (dining area & restrooms). Pleasant, not loud, music played in the background. The menu/list is at the entry to fill out. For the price, this is a healthier and better option over common fastfood places.

Easily the best poke restaurant Ive been to friendly service, generous portions, and short wait times. The online ordering is a bit funny, but I prefer to order in-store anyways. When you arrive, theres a little area with slips of paper, which you fill out and leave at the end of the poke workstation. Some menu options are missing, but I was able to tell the kind chef what I wanted, and she didnt miss a beat. You can even watch the whole building process, which I thought was pretty cool! I get the salmon, tuna, and crab salad. My partner gets the tofu. All-in-all, I love this place and would eat here every day, if I could. The store is clean, and the food is fresh. I believe its a family that runs the place, too their children are always well-behaved, and their presence never interferes with my dining experience. If anything, it reminds me that this shop is a beloved part of our community, run by hard workers just like you and me. Keep up the awesome work!

This used to be one of my absolute favorite places in Hurst (where I live and work). I started going just after COVID hit and would order there regularly since I work so nearby. Since COVID has continued, theyve been raising their prices and changing their menu. I go to a couple of Poke places in Arlington that charge WAYYY less for add ons, but now, the worst part of Ono Hurst is that theyve taken off their Special House Salad. It was their most reasonably priced menu item, that also felt healthier as it was served over fresh spring greens, and it was absolutely fabulous. I introduced it to several coworkers who loved it as much as I did and several of them tried other menu items after trying my salad. It was AMAZINGLY priced at $8.95, which I wouldve happily paid more for, but instead put it towards tip. Theyve removed it from the menu but still, I could now build it myself... only for a whopping $15.00. Thats a pretty crazy hike up. I used to go all the time and get the special salad for myself and an Aloha or Yellow River for my partner. Now Ill just go to Arlington and get the same thing for way less. The changes are too bad.

I had high hopes for this place, but I was sorely disappointed. I stopped by on a Thursday at 4:30 pm. There was one person in the dining room eating. I was the only other patron. The female worker spent at least 7 minutes balancing her till drawer while I waited. Then, she came over and gave me a menu to fill out and walked away again. After another 3-4 minutes, she slowly completed my poke bowl. Another patron came in at this time. She took time to speak to him and call someone from the back to help him immediately. I took the bowl home. It was subpar. I ve had much better and fresher ingredients at Ahi Poke and Halo Hawaiian in Arlington. Both are better tasting and a better value for the money spent. This was my first and last visit to One Poke. Poor customer service. Mediocre food.

As someone who recently went to Hawaii with high expectations of Poké, I ve got to say that this place sets the bar WAY UP THERE! Ono Poke is consistently delicious and filling. The flavor is there, the experience is there, the value is there I will eat here until the restaurant closes or I die.

This is hands down my favorite place to have poke. The price is amazing for how fresh it is and for how many options you have. They don t skimp out on the add-ins. Most poke places will charge you $1 more for crab, masago, or pineapple, but this place does not!! I ve also had the boba and it is to die for.

The workers were rude and refused to answer questions. Their miso soup was disgusting, and had a gross fishy after taste. There were no descriptions of the food anywhere. When I got my dish, the sauce I was given was too spicy to eat. The chicken had no flavor. The shrimp had no flavor.

Ono Poké is my go-to for Hawaiian Poké and I live 30 minutes away. I don t mind the drive because I know I will get the highest quality service and the freshest ingredients in my meal. I am here at least once a week. Sometimes I m really craving the great flavors they create with the combination of the fresh veggies and fish, mixed with their delicious spicy Mayo and tangy Ponzu sauce, and topped with the light crunch of fried onions and crunchy garlic. Do yourself a favor. If you crave Poké, give Ono Poké a try.

Food was good but the service was odd. The lady with the long ponytail did not really speak much to us and didnt ask to take my husbands order. Then proceeded to complete my order to-go packaging which I did not ask for. Eventually the other attendant took my husbands order and oddly they prepped his to-go when he never specified. Most odd service ever. Very empty restaurant.

Delicious poke! Their sushi rice is divine, and the tempura shrimp is my current favorite while Im pregnant. They use compostable bowls and that is a HUGE plus, other restaurants need to follow suit! This is a go-to spot for me!!
