My rating is for the waitress and all I m saying is if you get a waitress named Brooke I believe that s her name she has curly blonde hair, you might as well ask for a different waitress. I get the weekends are busy but it s ridiculous that the whole time we were there she didn t check on us even though she checked on all the other tables right by us and we had to bother her to get a refill. We asked for the croissants that are always given when you get there and we never got them. Again it was busy but it shouldn t be where you forgot about one of your tables. Normally the atmosphere is amazing but tonight it wasn t.

Went to this location at 8:32pm had a 15 min wait. They seated me in the bar area and the young lady made me wait another ten minutes. The when she took my order, I asked for a to go cup. She made me wait another 10 mins. She came out with my croissants were in a to go box. The tea was in a glass but no salad. I called over one of the other waiters and was telling her when another lady comes over with a chicken salad , when I ordered a chicken pecan salad. By this time it is 9:20pm. I left to go get food at Longhorn.

Family of 25 was told a 45 minute wait, after and hour and a half we were sat mostly separated. The server took the order and wrote the different groups to pay, however still mixed up orders and I never received my beverage. At the end we were not put in the same original paying group, that was stated before we ordered and we ended paying for items the was not received. I did not like this location and will not be going back.

I know its a chain, but I like it. Been 3 times and enjoyed my meals each time. Had bad service the first time, but hey, everyone has an off day. The other two times were great. Ive had steak which was good considering where I am eating it. The chicken Tenders are good and crispy. Fried shrimp as well as the grilled shrimp were both good. Had a few mixed drinks which I like alot. The Watermelon Vodka-rita was really a stand out. My wife liked the chicken Alfredo pasta enough to order twice

Ordered broccoli cheese casserole and it was very dry! My first time ever complaining about cheddars casserole! Then when requested for it to be replaced they said that all of it was dry they also said that we was not the first person to complain about it. So if youve had multiple complaints wouldnt you think that you should fix another batch well not the case here. Wow unbelievable. Wont be returning. Also our dishes stayed on the table the whole time that we received it nothing never was once picked up from the table not a glass not a plate nothing. Bad bad bad.

Worst meal Ive ever had at a Cheddars. First time at this location and probably my last here. I usually eat at Baytown or Webster locations and theyre always good. I ordered the boneless fried chicken breast with broccoli cheese casserole and mashed potatoes. The broccoli casserole was barely warm and the broccoli was dry and stringy. The mashed potatoes were cold but the gravy was hot so they were ok. The chicken was inedible. Besides being a cross between stringy and spongy texture it was grossly salty. I like salt on my food but this was like it had been covered in it. I thought it was the breading or gravy but I scraped it back and ate a bite of the chicken by itself and it was like it had been soaked in salt. I ate the potatoes and the rice and cheese from the broccoli casserole and left the chicken. The best part of my visit was the service. Gemma was a great waitress. The manager took the meal off of our bill but didnt come out to ask what the problem was. My husband had salmon which was ok but not as good as other locations.

Hubby wanted to visit Cheddars since hes never visited a Cheddars before. I had doubts about visiting because I thought that their menu was very limited based on what I saw online. To my surprise, I was wrong. They have a very extensive menu with several options of entrées and drinks. The food and service is at the top, the atmosphere was a little on the dark side but theres lighting above each table for a more cozy intimate illusion. Well definitely be visiting again.

My mother and I came from out of town and were recommended this place by the staff at Hertz car rentals at the airport. It was AMAZING. The food was delicious (make sure to get extra honey butter croissants because you will want more). Xavier served us at 9:45pm after a day of traveling + it being a holiday weekend. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was kind, attentive, and positive the entire dining experience, even though it was late. He shared with us it was his first day working alone from training and as a retail manager, I would ve never guessed. Highly recommend this place and will be coming back when I come to visit the area because of such a great experience.

My family & I choose this location for dinner to celebrate my daughters graduation, in total there was 10 of us, due to the size of our party we were sat in the back on the dining area. That was fine until we begin to literally fight off gnats once our appetizers came out. Ofcourse we asked for a different seating area & the hostess approached our table with an extremely unpleasant & demanding attitude. Basically saying we could either sit separately or nothing else. The tone & approach from her was very nasty & in all she lacks proper communication skills & customer service. At that point we spoke with manager Chow who attempted to make things right for us & her communication was very appreciative. As far as the hostess, very nasty & rude young lady. No one should be forced to share food with insects & flys, so for her to have that type of interaction with a customer was very disappointing. I recommend more training for customer engagement for employees. We frequently eat at this location but after lastnight that will change. The only reason I give the service five stars was due to our server Michael. He was patient with our party & an awesome server.

Don t go here if you want to enjoy yourself at a bar. You will get shushed! Maybe this location has too many old folks, nothing against that, but Ashley was super unfriendly and rude. If we had multiple drinks, were inebriated and consistently loud and out of control, I would understand but wasn t even close. To ask us to keep it down at a bar!? Having a good time, is weird. I met my grandson there to exchange some paperwork. Candy was our waitress and she was amazing. She honored our wishes to just visit and she was most helpful and encouraging. One of the least appetizing meals Ive had in houston. The chicken fried steak was thin, over done, green beans over done. The Monte Cristo was a glorified funnel cake with 1 slice of ham cheese and turkey, the drinks were weak, slow service. Busy place Sat night, so I thought to try it. Ordered Ribeye with mushrooms. They ran out of mushrooms ?? & offered fried onions (charged me .99 for the poor substitution ??). Got baked potato side that was bone dry with cheese that did not melt. My wife ordered Salmon Pasta Caesar salad. Salmon was flavorless as was the pasta, save for the drenching of Caesar dressing that wilted the greens. For the same meals, pay very little more and go to Saltgrass about a mile away. PS...dont even eat the pre-meal bread offering. The butter is dessert sweet on the hard insubstantial bread. This is my personal assessment, my own opinion, my own recommendations, and my accurate facts.

The manager is rude. She was very rude to me. She had an attitude. Im not sure of her name., but she appeared to be Oriental. I will never ever go again to that location. The drinks are horrible.
