I struggled with getting our taxes done. I called multiple accountants to make appointments and didnt even get calls back. I contacted Naomis office and was quickly given an appointment. I was super stressed out but that all went away after our initial meeting. Our taxes were done quickly and we were given some direction for the next year. I wanted someone I could build a relationship with and get help in saving us as much money as possible and I feel that I got exactly that. I feel much less stressed about the coming years when I have a team of professionals on my side. Well worth the money to hire some knowledgeable and skilled!

After using TurboTax, Keep Tax and HR Block. I decided to try a local office. I was new to Houston and stumbled across a positive review of Naomi Tax office. So I decided to give them a try. This year 2023 is my second year filing with Naomi Tax office. Mrs. Teresa Browning helped us with our taxes for the past two tax filings. She is a very sweet lady, with a great sense of humor. Im so glad I found this office and was given the chance to work with her. I have no complaints what so ever and definitely will be coming back for the years to come. Ive also recommended Mrs. Teresa to my daughters that dont live here in the Houston area. So yes I would recommend her to you as well, especially if youve been looking for a tax expert that takes their time evaluating your situation. The office is very clean. And the office staff is also nice. From understanding they work appointments so call and set an appointment ahead of time.

Naomi and her team are the best. They helped me with tax returns for years now but also helped me with 1099s and establishing an S Corp this year. They are so knowledgeable and so kind. So happy to have found them.

I am sure they are nice people but someone other than Naomi did my tax return, unbeknownst to be, and Naomi must not have checked it like I asked, but they listed/coded me as a stock broker instead of an active trader. This has serious legal ramifications for me with the SEC. I didn t ask them to fix it but instead cancelled their services, but they fixed it anyway and sent me a new copy with the title of what I do closer to correct but the code was still listed as a broker. Unbelievable. I am asking them to please destroy all copies of these returns for fear they my accidentally send them. There were several other things incorrect about my return that were surprising. Buyer beware!! Seems like a severe lack of knowledge here.

This was my first year using Naomi tax service and I must say the experience was awesome. Naomi did my taxes and she was very helpful answered every question we had. Most places I have gone too avoid any question we might have by being aggressive or just saying no we can t do that but not this place. From the front desk receptionist to the back you get EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I 100% recommend this place.
