for a special room for 10 people in advance, and they were very helpful in my menu selection. The venue and service were both very nice and clean. They did a great job with the hot serving of the dishes and having everything ready on time. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place was excellent. I believe we made a great choice for hosting my guests. I will definitely choose them again!

Fantastic Turkish bakery producing authentic products. You know its good because it was full of Turkish people. Casual environment with extremely friendly staff. We have found THE best Turkish spot in Dallas- by far the most authentic, home cooked style and no frills style food. Noorsha is a sweetheart and truly cares about everyone coming in. I think the prices are extremely high and there needs to be an update on the zero price service... First of all, I dont know who you have confused me with, I am not an employee of another time place, I am not the owner, you made it as a tradesman, I think this defense has nothing to do with tradesmanship, it has nothing to do with being a regular customer of yours. This time it bothered me that the orders were late when I arrived. Also, I am someone who always leaves a tip. Leaving a tip does not mean being happy. I left it to the employee there. It is a behavior I do all the time. Linking the job to religion and badmouthing someone elses place is not a nice behavior. I hope you understand me. I have no personal grudge against anyone, I wish you good luck.

I had a bad experience today, Ive been a customer for several years. And this time the food was different and the people different. It looks like the prior owner sold the place to some new people they dont know what they are doing. The lahmayoun for example it was served without meat, just tomato paste, and the main ingredient its the meat. Totally disappointed and its very sad that the prior owner sold the place.

I want to be honest and say that the review is mainly based on the great quality of authentic food in addition to the apologies made by the owner upon the bad service we received. Starting with the food, it is SUPER delicious and authentic. Our favorite was mixed Pide and Sujok Panini. Menemen was very good also. Lahmacun was good, but not the best menu item. Moving to the service, the place needs better organization in terms of taking orders and serving food once ready. Its certainly chaotic with a lot of delay in certain orders. Nonetheless, the owner and the manager were courteous enough and apologized for the delay in a very polite and nice way. Hence, not taking any stars away hoping that they can improve the service soon. Kid-friendliness: Kids and family friendly.

I found this place on Google searches. Then I looked at the website. I decided to go. I found more than I expected. The bagel was the best bagel I have eaten in America. Its crispness, crunchiness and taste were great. Especially, there is brewed tea that you can go to just to drink tea. Everything is cooked in front of our eyes and everything is sparkling clean. I have been to Noorsha. twice this month and would go even more often if I lived closer. The bakery items are outstanding. I highly recommend the cheese poaca, simit, potato borek and tahin pastry. It has a very warm atmosphere and delicious food that suits your taste buds. I drank four glasses of delicious tea. We ate hot, soft and satisfying pastries.
