My experience here at Fridays today was AMAZING!!! The food is absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! NO complaints at all!!!! Honestly the best restaurant Ive been to so far!!!!! And our server Mr. Jeff was the BEST!!!! So friendly, welcoming, pleasant, and very easy to vibe with!!! Completely lightened my day even more so!!! I really felt at home!!!!! I will definitely make multiple stops here again and again!!! ABSOLUTELY NO REGRETS!!!!

This is my honest review, I tell you no lie; myself and my daughter &/or family have eaten out at many, many, many restaurants before, and by far TGI FRIDAYS was the best choice in our decision makings. Their food, customer service, hospitality and friendliness, and accommodating was exceptional ! No complaints from me. Me and my daughter chose to eat at TGI FRIDAYS, for the 1st time, on Friday! I have been in Texas since 2005, I could kick myself for not coming sooner! Awesome right?! Right! But Jeff, Jeff, Jeff, Jeff, HE IS &/OR WAS SO NICE, COURTEOUS, HONEST, SWEET, DOWN TO EARTH, PLEASANT TO BE AROUND AND MOST OF ALL, HARDWORKING, etc,etc; AND ALL THAT I COULD EVER WANT &/OR ASK FOR IN A SERVER. Juan provided excellent, attentive service. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I come here to read and listen to the music. I love coming here. The spinach and artichoke dip is still as good today as it was 20 years ago. Damien is a wonderful and engaging manager.

Great Service! Juan was our server and bartender, amazing service, great conversation, he really went above and beyond. There was great energy all around and seemed the staff loved working in tandem with each other. I got the 4-citrus Mock-a-Rita, it was sweet and tangy, perfect and refreshing if you re not looking to drink. I got the Cobb salad with sirloin as the protein it was proper Cobb salad, although the steak was a little tough. Other than that, we ll definitely be back for another game day! I had the pleasure of dining at TGI Fridays last night, and I have to give a huge shoutout to our amazing waitress, Zaria, From the moment we sat down, she was warm, friendly, and attentive everything you could ask for in a server. She made sure we had everything we needed, checking in at just the right moments without being overbearing. Not only did she get our orders spot on, but she also recommended some fantastic menu items that we loved! Her knowledge of the menu and her ability to cater to our preferences really stood out. On top of that, her positive attitude and genuine smile made the dining experience even better. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. My spouse and I went to this location last Friday. We had a wonderful lunch. Our server Juan was so kind and knowledgeable about our choice of entree. My wife and I have come to this particular location for 20 years. The food has never been disappointing, and the service has always been topnotch. Weve tried most everything on the menu at this point. Today, I had the ribs for the first time, I usually shy away from restaurant ribs, because were also BBQ competition cookers. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor and pull. Dont get me wrong, its not competition quality, but a fine job nonetheless. Good job, yall!! I usually go to TGI Fridays after work because its the only place open at 12 or 1 AM that serves salmon. However, when I got home and decided to eat my meal, I discovered that the bottom of the salmon was extremely charred so burnt that it was inedible. Since it was late and I had to work in the morning, I couldnt call them right away. After finishing work the next morning, I called TGI Fridays during my break to request a replacement. I spoke with the assistant manager, Martos, who informed me that I couldnt have the salmon remade because I didnt call the previous night, and that I should have at least brought back the burnt piece of salmon. Ive worked in the food industry for a long time, and Ive never heard of such a practice. I wouldnt return to this location if it werent the only place open at midnight. Considering that the salmon cost $20, I now want a complete refund because this situation is unacceptable. Additionally, the food is usually really good, but tonight, I definitely lost out on $20.

In this day and age, it does my heart well to experience great customer service. I had the pleasure of eating at this location at the bar at 10 pm at night with Juan as my server. I enjoyed our conversation and his recommendations from menu. I enjoy a shrimp fries and beer meal tonight and the food was good but the experience was better, because Juan was approachable, welcoming and really was engaging. My experiences in Fridays are wonderful the reason I come everyweek I mean everyweek!!! The staff meaning bartenders are wonderful as I was told Mixologists. I love them if youre in Humble give them a try. Prices are reasonable you dont have to pay a fortune for a drink. Cant speak to the full experience of this place because I never made it that far. Tried to call in an order for my #FavorDelivery customer and was thwarted by the desire for substitutions --fairly standard accomodation in the restaurant industry. The late night host was very pleasant in attempting to help me out, but as his computer system was not designed to handle substitutions and there were no superiors to help him out, my experience ended with discontinuing the order and apologizing to my customer for having to reassign. Not the hosts fault at all! This is a case of insufficient staffing (likely due to the ever-rising cost of literally everything) and inferior training (likely because most restaurants dont expect their employees to stick around long enough or have the manpower themselves to warrant thorough training). The generous 3 stars is based on gratitude for the hosts demeanor and benefit of the doubt for TGIFridays. Unfortunate that the net result was a waste of time for everyone

Met some friends for dinner on Saturday evening. The restaurant was not very busy. We werent seated very long before Juan, our server, greeted us and took our drink order. Or drink order consisted of two drafts, which were ice cold, a Margarita and a Long Island Iced Tea. The cocktails were spot on. We ordered the pick three appetizer platter with fries mozzarella cheese sticks, egg rolls, and hot wings. The platter was very tasty and cooked to perfection. Our entrees consisted of two Chicken Cobb Salads, Broccoli Cheese Soup and Salad, and a pick three dinner with Whiskey Glazed Ribs, Chicken Strips, and Shrimp with a side salad and Mac and Cheese. Kuddos on the Mac and Cheese! Our party was extremely satisfied with our meal. Our Server, Juan, was very cordial and did a wonderful job making our visit pleasurable. The only negative was the state of the restaurant. It is an older building and is showing its age and in need of a makeover. I definitely recommend having a meal here. Ask for Juan!

Today was actually my first time going to TGI Fridays. And I just have to say the whiskey glazed burger was so good. My husband got the pick 2 with the ribs and fried shrimp and mac and cheese with a side salad for his sides. Everything was seasoned perfectly. On top of that our server Juan was so awesome. He was very attentive and so kind. He gave us recommendations which were really good. If you guys go ask for Juan!! Great customer service and his check back time was spot on!! I visit this location pretty frequent. I had gone to enjoy a little lunch with my youngest and while waiting for our food, there was a huge cockroach crawling on the wall. A staff member was kind enough to come over and kill it, but it s cringe from this day forward. I unfortunately will never eat at this location again. Also paid full price and nothing was complimentary, left a tip as well.
