Made an online purchase for delivery at 11:15. Staff was probably cursing my name already because they close at 12. Asked for 4 garlic, 4 ranch sauces. Only 2 ranch loaded in online. Called to report the issue. Gentleman on the phone helpful, understanding, and polite. Bravo to this crew. Thats the way to be. I apologize, I appreciate you, I will do business with you again. First. Delivery driver complained about his tip. I asked him if he had change for a $100 but he didnt so had to make due with $3 for his 1.7 mile drive. Second. I tried one of their sandwiches/subs they have. Halfway through it I noticed my bread had mold on it. Ive never had issues with dominoes before. But this sucks. Im sorry your tip wasnt big enough. Shouldve chose a different career path then.

Just moved around the area a week ago, and its by far the best and my only go-to dominos. Outstanding customer service from all the employees with making sure you go in and out as quickly as possible. My order is always ready for pick up in less than 15 minutes. Oh, and all my online orders,Ive received FREE PIZZA!!! Whats not to like about that. Keep up the great work, guys. *Bites Cheesy Pizza* Parking: Never had trouble finding a parking spot here.

I ve been in Atascocita for nearly 3 years now and I ve tried just about every pizza places around the neighborhood and this Domino s location has consistently delivered excellent customer service as well as delicious pizza to my family. Weve ordered from this location a number of times since living in the area over the past year. The pizza meets expectations but unfortunately, the service lacks attention to detail. This is the 2nd time our pizza was delivered to the wrong address. Our address is 19310 and as you can see, the pizza is on the doorstep of a neighbor 2 houses down. This is unacceptable and inexcusable for pizza delivery, literally the job of the delivery driver is to DELIVER to the paying customers address, not the neighbors .

My family orders pizza from this location about once a week. Called to order last night, same order as we always do and was told I can no longer get double the sauce. I was told they dont even have a button on the register for double the sauce anymore. Something about corporate no longer allows it.....well no more dominos for us. To many places to order a pizza from to deal with this...Pizza Hut and Marcos allows me to order double the sauce. If they would put enough sauce on in the first place I dont need to order double the sauce.

There are still good people in this world and Jayson E of this location is one of them!!! My elderly mother, who is not from this side of town got lost trying to get home last night. Yes, she should have left before dark sooner, but you know parents never listen Anyway she got turned around in the neighborhood, couldn t find her way to the main road, couldn t find her phone, and because it was a bit late no one was out to ask for help. She saw a Dominoes car pass her by and she followed and kept flashing her lights behind it. If your pizza was late it may have been because Jayson E. stopped and helped my mom call me and pin dropped his location so I could find her. He didn t have to do that because of these dangerous and uncertain times. Our family is so so grateful for his assistance! She made it home safely and again we can t say Thank you enough!! I would not recommend this dominos delivery service to anyone. I am a frequent customer that orders from here often. My food is usually delivered on time, and hot, however, yesterday, my food was never delivered. I even spoke with the delivery driver to confirm the order was delivered to the correct address, yet there was no pizza delivered. I had one previous incident with the delivery driver, who ask me the same question about my address and they ended up delivering the food later, but the food still came non the less. Yesterday, I waited an hour after the food was delivered to check if it had arrived, but it never arrived. I would like for the delivery service to be better, not only for me but for other costumers.

Very displeased with their delivery driver. We were pulling out of Starbucks on timber forest and she came flying up almost hitting us. She then proceeded to honk her horn at us and then go like she going to hit us. As we were turning on 1960 she flew around us while we were in the first turning lane closest to the opposite sides turning lane. She was very inconsiderate with her driving meaning she could have caused a wreck. Overall it was just honestly ridiculous how ignorant she acted.

A lady told me that they were coming out soon and when I asked why so long, she said that she was the only one working. I did not see any pizzas in the oven. The manager Becca is extremely rude. When my pizza was being made I called to add a drink they let me know after 5 minutes of the order being put it that it was already being delivered (7:08pm) and that I couldnt add a drink.. after 20 minutes of the delivery guy still not here (I live around the corner, 5 minutes away) I called to see what was up and if it was still there could I add the drink.. to which they inform me the order just left the store... when I received my 4 items 40 minutes later my pizza box was smashed, pizza on the top of the box.. cold pizza not even room temperature.. so were my other 3 items. I called to ask for it to be refunded back to me and she kept making it a point to say theyd remake it instead.. So I asked for my whole order that was cold to be remade as well... she said she was making notes on my accountnof how I want everything remade for the person next time to see it... but I told her it was cold and thats why it was being remade.. that or she could refund me.. and I asked for the general managers number she laughed at me and said its a private number Im not giving it out to people.. I told her I use to work at a restaurant I know they can give out general manager #s she then laughed at me again and said you can come up here tomorrow if you have time Im not giving it out. Im making a note on your account for the next person to see... What is the ACTUAL frick?!? I order from the all the time for the last 13 years. This was one of the only restaurants open during storm Uri. They were absolutely slammed, but it looks like they had every employee there rushing to get orders out. I had no problem waiting. Just picked up pizza an the person boxing the pizza was not wearing gloves. I watched him pick up the parchment paper they cook your wings on with his bear hands. First, we were told they could deliver to our address after the phone operator confirmed with management. Next, they took our order and payment. Then we received a call 5 minutes later saying that management changed their mind and did NOT want to deliver to our address. Try telling the kids. NOT FUN. Thanks Dominos Please get your communication organized. Now, we have to wait on a refund on our card.
