The guy with a black shirt with a bad combover. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Like he is doing me a favor. Slams his pen on the counter with my receipt. Petty me purposely scratches loudly through tip and total it out and toss it. We come here a lot and the Pho is good. But not treating customers like this. Its not my fault youre having a bad day, buddy!

Customer service was great! They didn t take long to make. Restaurant looked clean and nice atmosphere. The only thing was the food feel flat. The bah mi was soggy to the touch and left an indent if you touched it. It was also cold which I m sure it would taste so much better if it was made fresh to order. The noddles and flavor in the other dishes were just ok. I d eat here again, flavor was good, freshness and heat were lacking

We came in, sat down, ordered appetizers, then our server never came back to ask us what we were ordering to eat. So we left after waiting 30 minutes and it definitely wasn t that they were busy as there was only a single customer (other than us two) and all the employees were sitting down on their phones. We will never be returning after this blatant disrespect.

This is one of my favorite places to eat the food is delicious and have the best Vietnamese iced coffees, but when it come to take out services its sucks. The order was wrong called and let them know the item just was missing. I clarified exactly what I was missing they asked me a whole bunch of questions like they were trying to solve a mystery. It was just four egg rolls I was missing. At the end I drove up to pick up my missing order with the result that it was still wrong and only got 2 egg rolls. This is just a place where you can only eat in and not waste your time and money.

Pho An makes some delicious Asian food, .. especially the Pho !! Its a little plain in decor but who cares if the food is good? The food is very good!! Its in a strip mall next to Aldi grocery store, .. which makes it quite convenient for making sure youre not hungry grocery shopping! Try Pho An!!

Ate at this restaurant 10 years ago when I first moved to Texas. Never came because the food/pho was not good. (Me and my wife and the whole family agreed). Came back today to try again and it was ok. (I didnt eat Pho though. I got BBQ pork with vermicelli and egg rolls. It was OK. However, it was lunch time and but the place looked like dead. There were only 3 tables with customers (2 tables with couples and 1 table with one person. I would definitely come back with the whole clan to support them.

The food is really, really great. Our family loves to try different Vietnamese places. Weve recently moved to the Humble/Atascocita area & have tried 3 or 4 different Vietnamese places & this one has quickly become our favorite. In fact... the first day we ordered from here, I ordered dinner for one & after sharing with my family, we decided to place a second order & picked up dinner for our entire family. This place is a WINNER. Dietary restrictions: They were very accommodating as far as adding & subtracting menu items.

Food is great and you have to season it to your taste, of course, like in many asian cousins. Try chili oil with their pho, btw. Service is great too! Polite and thankfull. The only reason i 4 stared atmosphere is: any time an employee can head to table zone for lunch and start watching something on speaker, or whistling some song, or caughting and spitting at the sink. Overall its the place to go to

I was disappointed in several ways. First, the online menu prices are not accurate. And second, the banh mi was one of the worst Ive had anywhere in Houston. Solid 4 out of 5. I got beef with shrimp vermicelli very light sauce. Yummy dish. I would order again. My meal partner got beef vermicelli with egg roll. The lost star is the eggroll that came our was very tiny compared to the pic on the menu. NO WHERE NEAR the size of standard (chinese) eggroll. And the eggroll was over cooked. The iced mango green tea was fantastic- almost too sweet but flavor was perfect. I will eat here again! The vermicelli is such a light dish not like regular Americanized Chinese beef dish. I left feeling good uplifted and really enjoyed this meal and restaurant. No egg roll next time!

I could eat their Beef Pho everyday! I had it 3 times in the past week. Its super tasty and hearty. When you order it to go they separate the beef so you can add it to your pho at home. Some places dont do that. Its packages well for to go and they include everything for you to enjoy it at home.

This is one of the better pho restaurants near us in atascocita so when I need my Vietnamese food fix, I come here. The food is pretty good in general. We ve had the chicken wings, calamari appetizers along with the vermicelli bowls, shrimp fried rice, and beef pho. The viet coffee is really good too. However, take out is not always consistent which is frustrating. We ordered delivery a few days ago and the fried rice was half the portion than it normally. For $11, it was a small entree, which was upsetting. We only confirmed it as we ordered takeout today and the fried rice portion was what it should be. Today, we ordered the beef pho again but this time, they completely forgot to pack the condiments (bean sprouts, basil, etc) that go with the pho.

Really wanted to like this place since I was craving Bahn Mi and was willing to pay for the almost $7 per sandwich But it was easily the worst Bahn Mi I ve ever had. The bread was soggy and dripping with juice, and the meat was just salty but didnt have good seasoning. The cilantro and carrots tasted old...nothing seem to be redeeming in this sandwich. Maybe I ll give their dishes a try one day, but this was a really bad first impression If you want to stop here, just dont order their sandwiches. It was that bad. {Original review - around 6pm} Update - 7:55pm Got a stomachache about 2 hours after eating here, so yeah really dont recommend it. Hopefully no one else feels like this after eating here today.

I have dined at PHO a few times and I have tried various entrees. The portion sizes are really good. The broth tastes good and the soups are popular but dont sleep on the other entrees such as the curry chicken... excellent. My friend ordered a tofu dish that looked really good. We are always pleased with the food and the price is reasonable. The place seems to stay busy but they very efficient. Con ... avoid sitting at first table on the right on cold/windy days as they constantly open the door< for pick up orders. A screen or partition would probably eliminate the problem. Great choice for a healthier choice of meal.

A great place to eat. Clean, comfortable decor. Friendly service that is attentive but not intrusive. Good food at reasonable prices. My wife and I stopped by for lunch on a Saturday. She got the vegetarian pho, and I tried the pho with meatballs. The broth was flavorful. The bean sprouts, basil and peppers were fresh and plentiful. The meat balls were cooked to perfection. We also got a side order of spring rolls, which were tasty. This is the best Vietnamese restaurant I ve tried in this northeastern part of the greater Houston metro area.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Sat there for 10 minutes no one brought us menus. We literally got up to get our own menus. People walked in after us and they took their order before ours. We ordered our food and waited 30 mins and our food still hadn t came out. At that point more people had gotten there after us, ordered, and gotten their food. One guy brought us food that wasn t even ours and looked annoyed when we said we didn t order that. After 5 more minutes of waiting, we asked him just charge us for the drinks because we weren t going to wait anymore. He told us to just leave and don t worry about the drinks. We were there 45+ min and the service was just awful. I don t recommend this place if you are looking for good service!!

Always a 5 star! The hosts are the most attentive and the recipes are refined. I absolutely love the Beef Noodle Soup w/ Egg Noodles, Steak Cubes and the Combination Pho. This is one of the only joints that serve beef spring rolls that you MUST TRY! Ive been eating here for many years and have been treated better than family. Ive done many reviews on Pho An 3 and their sister restaurants. I am very sensitive to food and ingredients and every once has a problem with their chicken pho. I always drink water or hot tea with it. And use hot chili paste. But the last time went there I felt fine. I noticed the chicken portion was much larger and plumper then all then many times I ve had it before over a dozen easy. And immediately after eating the chicken pho, with water, and chili paste I has a reaction. Totally clogged up my sinuses and gave me a blinding headache. Keep an eye on that chicken. It s not the same as before I feel it s that injected with who knows what to get more volume out of it. I won t go back.

Pretty sure I got food poisoning from this place. I got brisket pho, but the brisket looked old and darker then anything I had ever seen. Been throwing up and dry heaving all morning.

This is the worst Vietnamese food that Ive ever had and the so called spring rolls were terrible! These spring rolls only had vermicelli noodles and shrimp. There was no carrots, cucumber, lettuce leaves or herbs which are typically found in spring rolls. The pork Bahn mi was edible, but does not contain typical ingredients found in a Bahn mi and the bread was subpar compared to other Vietnamese establishments in the Humble / Kingwood area. Food is overpriced and not worth the money! If your looking for spring rolls in the Atascocita area - go to HEB or Kroger as they know how to do it right and you get a better bang for your buck.

I m disappointed they didn t practice mask wearing during a pandemic, but it was the best Pho (steak) I ve had in a long time. So if I get covid from it, it d be worth it.

I love this place but my recent experience rubbed me the wrong way. I always order Beef and shrimp pho. And it always comes with 4 shrimp. This time they changed the menu so i had to order my shrimp on the side. The guy let me know that s why my price increased because of the change and that i would get more shrimp. I come here pretty often. Once getting home i realized that the guy lied and i actually got less shrimp but paid more money. Customer quality is very important. I don t care about the money bc no i did not return to get a price difference or more shrimp but the ethics of it. If i ask about my order and i am explained a reason why, then once going through my order i see that the information given was not true. How am I suppose to feel about this?
