Diana and Christina who were case managers for my personal injury settlement were great and they made me feel part of a family, frequently contacting me about the case. Attorney, Kevin kept me cool and handled the case in a highly professional manner. Went to them after being hit by a car. My primary concern was my medical bills. They were able to get the bills lowered and get enough from insurance to pay the bills and then some. They called to update me on regular basis throughout the process. They answered all questions I had in a polite and professional manner, despite me being obviously ignorant of how this all worked never having a lawyer before. Completely taking the financial stress off my shoulders and allowing me to focus on what mattered. My recovery!

The Chad Jones Law team are excellent. They were always highly knowledgeable, professional, and caring, which is important when people are going through sometimes overwhelming experiences. Yvonne, my case manager, knew how to balance the professional aspect of it, and still be warm and genuine. I felt very comfortable with Mr. Kornegay, my attorney, regarding his experience, knowledge, and navigation of a complex situation. I feel my team did the best they could on my personal injury settlement. It wasnt as much as I feel was fair, but that had nothing to do with them, and everything to do with subrogation, insurance max limit, etc. That made me realize that things need to be changed, but thats for Congress, not the Chad Jones Law team. I would highly recommend them.
