Finally making a review, but a month or two ago. I ordered large pizza a personal pizza and wings around 7. Large pizza was undercooked and halfway through eating my personal pizza , hair was in my wings! I had my hair up in a hat & it s brown so it definitely wasn t mine. I took it back to the store and the manager was useless, he couldn t offer a refund or to remake my order. He offered to remake the wings and put my pizza in the warmer. NO THANKS. (It looked like his hair also) I didn t bother the next day to talk to the other manager they have.

We picked up pizzas and African American lady was super rude and threw pizzas. We are paying for the food, it s not free. If you don t like your job find a new one, but don t take it out on customers, I paid $64 for pizzas to have them thrown at us. Customer service definitely sucks.

I hate I had to come back and update this review. I do not now if new ownership or management has taken over but the service at this location has diminished to the point I will not return. It is obvious on my last order that they threw toppings on an old pizza and reran it through the oven. The toppings were undercooked and falling off the pizza but the cheese was burnt. On top of that they force you take store credit if you want a refund. Store credit that you can only use at this location.

The Pizza Hut in Cedar Hill off Beltline is 100% better then the one is DeSoto which I leave 3 minutes from but I will continue to go out of my way to drive to Cedar Hill location because the people are nicer and always ask question and ask for you to check the pizza and the store is cleaner and pizza is better.

Ordered a delivery of wings. When eating the wings, my husband started spitting out clumps of hair. When we reached out to the manager, he requested us to bring the hair and food back. We ordered delivery and paid the fee for a reason. We have a three month old baby that we are not putting back in the car just to return the food. We were not calling looking for anything but to make them aware, but he acted like he didn t believe us. When asking why he wanted the hair back he said so it could be tested in a lab to see if it was them or if it was the company who makes the food. All we wanted was some acknowledgment and he was rude. It shouldn t be on us to have to bring the food back because they are not clean! They should be checking there food and wearing proper protection.See photo!

How does this store not have one star? It s been terrible for years, but the extremely rude staff that is currently working there makes it unbearable. Every time I think this place has changed and returned after months of not using them, only to find a whole new roster of horrible people who hate life and want to take it out on their customers. I think I ll go back to not ordering from them at all. And Josh, you ve never amounted to much in life, and you re clearly very bitter about that. Sucks to suck, I guess.

This location has really improved since my first encounter about a year or 2 ago.... i always go and get my pizzas bc ive read the reviews regarding delivery and its right around the corner, but the service now in store is great and the young ladies are friendly, my pizzas are always hot and stay hot until I can make it home, and theyre ready on time. Stop for a quick bite. It was very convenient next to UpS, so I was to take care of the business walkout to an eatery. I ordered a mini beef and sausage pizza. I was not disappointed. I visited my God-mother this weekend with the twins. She order us pizza, 2 large pizzas one meat lovers and one supreme. With a mini parmesan cheese shaker. The guy didnt have the cheese and my pizza was cold. I asked if he had an extra in car and he rudely stated that he dont carry them. We dont order pizza a lot but when we do we thought PIZZA HUTS was the spot to be. I called the place and they told me they would credit my account for the cheese but nothing for the cold pizza. They delivery guy was rude. He was an old wrinkle man to be specific at the cedar hill Texas location. He came late then he wasn t going to speak until I spoke to him first. The the boxes were smashed up. Then when he told me the total he said about $50 instead of saying the exact amount. Then he was like plus a tip and I gave him $50 and he was like oh you don t have enough money for a tip. He was extremely rude I felt unpleasant. I like the sammy guy way better than the old man. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. But Ill have to settle for the 1. PLEASE speak with the Owner of this location. Its the only one actually located in our small town. I received the tracking notice via text that my order was on the way. I waited 45 minutes. I called the store and I was told it was out for delivery. I waited another 20 minutes. I called back and he stated the driver called me multiple times and left a voicemail. I assured him that there were no missed calls and no voicemail. He said there was nothing he could do about it. Then the Manager got on the phone. He called himself Max and began to integrate me. I assured him that I was not lying. He asked me to look outside the door. And I asked him why would I need to do that? Obviously I want my order but now I want a refund. He began to giggle. As if this were a game to him. I did receive my refund. But this isnt the first bad experience Ive had with this one and only location in town. However, its the second and the last time Ill be ordering from them. Id rather drive to Duncanville and spend my money there.

AWESOME PIZZA!! We got the picture delivered to our home by the nicest guy in the delivery business. Seriously, The super supreme pizza looked like the picture! Obviously made by someone who cared how we would feel about our meal! Quality is very often in the little details and they did everything perfectly. For instance, 1. Having enough toppings is usually the number one greatest challenge for pizza places. 2. The second is being under\over cooked. I stopped eatting bought pizzas for years because it wasnt worth the money. With gritted teeth we opened the box and it was like finding gold. The fist thing I wanted to do was grab a slice and dig in while my wife wanted to grab the phone to take a pic. Theres no pic because I won. THANK YOU TO THE PROFESSIONAL who made our dinner. We absolutely LOVED IT and will be back!!

Ordered a pizza at 9:30pm on a Monday night that was supposed to be deliver by 10pm pizza went out for delivery at 9:55. At 11 pm still no pizza. I called and the person who answered told me there was nothing he could do about it that the driver had several deliveries before mine. So I guess the first delivery gets hot fresh pizza and the last does not but we pay the same price?? Then received a call from the driver that his gps couldn t find my address but have ordered and had pizza delivered to my address from same location several times in the last few months?! I get people are short handed but you don t deliver multiple locations so that someone gets a 2 hour old pizza. very rude guy that answered the phone when I called to ask about my pizza he told me there was nothing he could do because they only had one driver and my pizza should be warm and to call back if it wasn t. problem is the Store closed 10 min after the delivery driver called to say he couldn t find my house and I still had no pizza and no way to get my money back . Store did not answer when I tried calling back at 10:52pm and they close at 11pm. Zero Customer service ! Deliver driver was at least polite when he called.

Once again I tried this pizza hut location in Cedar Hill. And once again The food is horrible. You can tell they are not following the mandate recipes. The amount of portions of meat s you supposed to receive per portion are reduce when you add two or more toppings. Pizza crust is never cooked fully and there customer service SNEAK! This is habitually the worst delivery experience. Many times we order and the txt out for delivery comes with no pizza for an hour or more. This time it was worse... 1:09pm order placed, 1:23 out for delivery txt, 2pm... no delivery, I call. Person says it left at 1:50 so I wait. I call back at 2:44, a rude manager named Savanna says why didnt you answer the door, I say no one has been at my door. She say well he knocked and waited, left it on the table by the door. I have no table. My couch is right by the door and our door is open... nest door bell, eufy home camera, no way we missed him. So she puts me on hold for 10 min I wait until I decide to call back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT!! I placed an online order that was three pizzas and some cinnamon rolls. The app told me that it would be 20 minutes. 10 minutes in and I get a call from that pizza hut. A high school worker told me that the manager needs me to pay for it over the phone because its a $58 order. No one should be asked for their information over the phone!! I was told they wont make it until I pay. So I had to go ahead and drive there and pay them and wait an additional 30 minutes for my order. Several people came in and had problems with their order. One guest had been waiting over 40 minutes for boneless wings!! She wanted a refund and had to wait for a manager to come. It was a kid!! Who didnt know what he was doing! Im done with this place!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered 3 pizzas and all were below average. My ultimate pepperoni had hardly any cheese. I realize now why they ad pop you on every pizza to cheese it up for an additional $3. I shouldnt see large areas of sauce! never mind thinking about a cheese pull. I paid $40 for 3 pizzas...Theyre charging more money for pizza and skimping on the toppings to maximize profits. Cant believe all the recent 5 star reviews for this location. I requested curbside pickup. I have done this on several occasions. However, on this occasion, I was called in a very crass way and told I needed to come in and pay (although I have ordered and paid curbside on several occasions). When I went in, I had to wait to be helped, someone yelled welcome from the back, and then a server came and asked if someone had assisted. When I said no, I was called and told to come in, she said it was due to COVID (been going on for 2 yrs and I was never made to come in). Then she proceeded to ask me was I not able to put it on my card?! (Who asks a patron this???) After I paid via credit card, she printed my receipt and threw it in the trash. I had to ask for it so that I could sign it and have a copy! That should NEVER have happened! I stopped patronizing this store once for over a year for inadequate service. I had hoped things had changed, but it still in inept in customer service!

I paid $55 for my order. I got it about 1 1/2 hrs. It was cold, was not what I wanted and some of the slices were moved . I got to take the food back to them an asked for my money back. They didn t even asked me to replace my order back. It s the second time I have the same experience in this place.

It took 2 hours to arrive, the Delivery driver told me he had 6 orders out for delivery along with mine, it was 45 degrees here and pizza was very cold. I called and spoke to the Manager Tyler who advised me that he cannot guarantee when my order arrives, he further advised that he cannot guarantee me a hot pizza, he never offered to remake my order and he refused to give me a number to file a complaint. I was able to locate the number on Google where I was able to file a complaint. I will never order pizza hut again after the level of service received from the manager Tyler

This place need better training. Waited over an hour for delivery. Called the store and spoke with what sounded like a 12 year old. He had no customer service skills and no information on when my order would be delivered. Almost 2 hours and still no pizza. Don t bother asking for a manager. No one cares! I assume the wait is due to being short staffed but the customer service at the store SHOULD be better. It finally arrived. The most disgusting pizza I ve ever had. Too much tomato sauce. Doughy crust. Just bad.

The pizza was not made correctly. The cheese, was not properly handled . My entire family was sick. The boneless wings were half done. I only got to my second bite and got really sick.. The only thing was the delivery guy Rodney was very courteous upon drop off and had wonderful customer service.

I will never go back to this store. Either will the 8 people who waited for an hour with me. After 45 minutes of only seeing 1 young employee come to the lobby, who was unable to help anyone, I began yelling loudly for the manager to come up and give us all refunds. I yelled 3 times for the manager, there was no response. I began answering the phone, which was ringing non-stop, and explaining to the customers calling in that they were not going to get any service at this Pizza Hut because 8 of us had been waiting almost an hour and not one person had received their order. BTW, all of our names were showing Ready for the entire time we were standing in the cramped little lobby. The nice and helpless young man could not match our names with the orders which were stacked on the Ready Rack . He was sent up to process the refunds, but, became so confused that he walked back to the back and left the cash drawer open. The lady who had been waiting the longest reached over and closed the drawer. He finally came back and up front and gave me a cash refund for my Credit Card payment. I explained to him that he should never leave the cash drawer open and walk away as the responsibility for all the cash would fall on his shoulders. My bill was $46.00. I left the Pizza Hut, stopped at Aldi and bought 2 large pizza s for $5 each and baked them in 16 minutes. Rhonda Rast

Customer actually answered phone when i called on status of my order, finally when we reached the employee they had no clue about our order or when it would be delivered because my online order was saying it be 4 hours to be delivered. Order arrived 10 minutes after call but everything was cold. Hope they get it together will be going else where for cheap pizza in the mean time.

I normally have no issues when I order here, but yesterday was not so awesome. I was missing an order of cheese sticks and one of the pizzas were not made correctly, the toppings were incorrect. Also it was a delivery order and the driver walked thru the yard. I would not mind if they had done this if he would not have tripped on a christmas inflatable tie down and ended up ripping it apart. He didnt even tell us that it happened and tried to just tie it down except that it ripped a foot long hole in the side of the inflatable.

My order was fresh and hot. My order was ready at the time given for me to pickup my order. The staff was very nice and friendly and they helped everyone out as quickly as possible. Very good job and I will definitely go back to this location.
