Exceptionally long, wait for being the third vehicle in line. They have a very narrow, two lane drive-through. The food I received was colder than room temp with stale fries. If you want a a soulless burger with dry patties that you will need to throw in the microwave this is your place.

Its usually AMAZING, But this morning it was a different crew serving then usual. They were unmotivated, Super slow, not prepared. Waited 30min for my food when I usually wait 15, and when its busy. Not even busy this morning. I Miss My Paige!!! BTW try their hot coffee, one cup of Carmel with 6 French vanilla. Coffee to perfection , (my opinion) over all this location is Clutch

It was really clean. Stood at counter 8 minutes before help and I was only one there. table clean,floor clean. Illegals around the area, be careful. No napkins at all. No salt or pepper. Employees guarding everything. Tons of Drunks using restroom, dont buy anything. Guy sleeping outside. Welcome to the new world. No hookers tonight. The fries are now good The burgers are ok, but they dont warm the buns and put nasty white lettuce ends on like crazy. Breakfast is good Employees act like doing you a favor to wait on ya.

Oredered a 4 piece nugget kids meal with chocolate milk. Evidently they dont have that here, but instead of clarification, they made it a 2 piece strip meal and added 2 extra strips onto the meal @ $2/strip which I found out at the window after I paid and looked at the receipt. I really cant eat that much food. They also didnt give me my chocolate milk as I had also ordered a soda, and they must have just forgotten. Will NOT be going back to the Whatabuger ever again. Disappointing.

When I got it the fries and burgers were already cold. Like come on whataburger. I regularly eat whataburger,but if I have to come back to this one,Ill just go to McDonalds or the gas station. Ran by possibly the worst manager or individual in the kitchen, but probably a combination of both. I waited in the drive thru line for 40 minutes, then they said their computer crashed, then they couldnt remember the order, then they kept having so many vehicles do the vehicle shuffle and people behind me were getting thier food before me, they wanted me to keep moving around thier parking. They tried to give 3 different peoples order, and then the manager stuck her head out the window and said the line needs to move. How about bring the food i waited for. Its a chicken sandwich, not astrophysics.

Just got our order the lady at the window was extremely rude or drinks were wrong she asked me if I wanted condiments and then told me its going to be 43¢ and I said okay well never mind you should ask me before I paid. Ordered a mobile order pick up in which my husband picked up for me. When he got home I was missing my condiments, my drink was wrong (I asked for sweet tea and received unsweet), & left my kids apple juice. I called to see what accommodation can be made for the wrong drinks. I asked for a manager in which the guy said there was none on that I could contact customer service for a refund. I asked when the manager would be in and I ll call back. He then mentioned he was the manager on shift but I brought it to his attention that he said there was no manager. The conversation didn t go anywhere I told him it was okay and he hung up on me. Customer service is trash! Needs better management!

Maybe it was because we came here on Easter Sunday but WOW!! We ordered two green Chile burgers , fries and onion rings to dine in. It was crazy busy so I knew the food would take a little while. They brought the order out but only one green Chile burger.. I told him I ordered two but he went back and the cashier only heard me say one. I told her I ordered two so she said Ill charge you for a second one.... The second burger took forever, after already waiting a good while for the first order. It was absolute mayhem in there!! Too many people at the counter, including customers and door dash or Uber food drivers..they need parking pick up for food delivery and none of the orders were right.. the soda counter area was disgusting and sticky with trash in the floor. We ate outside and with the traffic on 42nd going it was better out there than inside.. The food was great but thats it.

I ordered online at this Whataburger because my normal one was not taking a mobile orders for some reason. I waited about 5 minutes before leaving my house and then took the 10-minute drive over there to pick up the order. I sat at a dirty table while I waited on my order and it took them an additional 40 minutes to get the order out to me. I didnt order a large amount, I ordered a salad, a burger combination, two breakfast bowls and three drinks. Total time from the time I ordered, 55 minutes. They also didnt get the salad right because I ordered an extra piece of chicken on it and it wasnt included. I wasnt about to go back and have them fix it. I have had a similar experience with them previously when I ordered some food with my brother one time before we left to go to the lake. It took about 25 minutes to get the food in our hands and get us out the door.

I had a placed an online order for 20 total breakfasts sandwiches and tacos. 15 of these included sausage when I arrived to the restaurant I was told that they did not have sausage and if it was OK to substitute bacon, it would ve been better if I would ve received a call and was notified upon placing the order instead of waiting 30 minutes until I got there. I think this is the worst location of Whataburger. It was the worst hamburger I have ever eaten. I dont remember having such a bad hamburger in my life. The food was cold. I ordered and filled my drink. The order was ready immediately. They didnt have a chance to cook the meat that came from Alaska. The picture shows that the cheese inside was still as cold as the milk coming out of the cow.

Ordering breakfast is fun. They were out of eggs, tortillas, etc. Ended up ordering a plain sausage biscuit. Ended up with a jalapeño biscuit (which I am allergic to). Wait time for food was over 15 minutes, an additional 10 for the replacement biscuit (Which they had forgotten about). Definitely not fast food. Front end manager seems clueless and lazy. Though the cashier and one cook seems to be all thats holding the place together. Rest of the staff probably needs replaced. Also overheard 2 other messed up orders and saw 3 sets of customers leave, because of them being out of certain items. Would not recommend wasting your time at this location. Dietary restrictions: Definitely must check your order if you have food allergies. I was slipped jalapeño biscuit (which I am allergic to).
