I went to pick up food during Sunday afternoon football for my family. I went through the drive through and Kat took my order. She had the sweetest personality and was so nice. Today we drove to the store for a large order ,when we got home there was one sandwich with no meat, we went to the store on crossroads and Maria the manager coped an attitude and had an obsolute horrible demeanor, No customer service, Instead of trying to fix the error made by the store ,she had no means whatsoever to fix it and argued back. Do Not Go to her with any issues because she sucks as a manager and hope she goes to become a warden instead, her attitude fits a perfect job match. Horrible customer service,she is giving that store a bad name , She gotta GO!!!

Getting the correct food/order is an absolute joke. Always check your orders whether you are ordering drive-thru, curbside, dine-in. I order frequently due to the location/convenience of CURBSIDE ORDERING. Every single time I order curbside my order is messed up, and missing food literally every time. I change it up and order drive thru and order is still incorrect. I ve ordered in person, missing food. I have told the owner multiple times and he doesn t care. I ve learned I have to unfortunately double check and be ready to go inside to waste more time talking to a wall to get missing food. Just a warning to check your orders if you want everything you ordered. Drinks too!

Their Burgers are not what they used to be, they usually serve lukewarm burgers. Reheated, not freshly grilled. Fries are usually good. The burritos are very good depending on who is at the grill and time of day and day of week. Monday thru Thursday between 4 am to 5 am are the best times to go as there is no line.

5/25/2024 4am. Night shift with manager on duty( Hispanic lady) and another Hispanic male. Charged our card wrong pricing. Asked to charge our card again after already charging us.( just overally mentally all over the place. When we asked about such charges the male yelled at us. Pointed and LAUGHED AT US WITH MANAGER. An absolute joke. Inhumane. Zero human decency. Management and the other male on duty need to be fired. Corporate cam even check cameras at this time for video and audio proof as we will comply. Did an online order and went to pick up. Went inside. Took several minutes for anyone to greet us at the counter. When we finally got someones attention, a women in her mid to late thirties, they told us they didnt receive our order, and then walked away and ignored us. A few minutes later she came back and I showed her the online order and receipt on the website and she told me again the order doesnt exist. She then walks away while Im still talking to her. At this point, we find the drink has been made in the pickup area so we pull that and show her when she gets back after several minutes of being ignored again. She said well they must not have made it yet then. An order, that she cannot find that was put in 30mins prior. They found it several minutes later. We drive home, to find the order is messed up. The hamburgers were incorrect one even had rotten tomatoes on it. Called the store to see if I could return it for a refund, where I was told that because it was ordered online it would need to be refunded online and was hung up on by the manager before I could ask anything else. Avoid the evening shift here. Unfortunately this is not our first experience like this with this particular location. Highly suggest going to the one on Preston road.

When i first started coming here the service was wonderful. The past few times I ve came in the morning it s not busy but yet they have slapped my burger together without any care. They forgot the patty on my burger and the next incorrectly made my burger. I expressed this to them and they only took the same burger back slap it on the grill did not remake it or refresh any of my sauces or cheese which only left me with a stale burger. This Whataburger is actually terrible. I go often to Whataburger, and had the unpleasant experience of visiting the Cross Roads Whataburger Jan 19, 2024 for a late night breakfast after working on my vehicle. My order was lost, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, and the order was wrong after I got home. After my order being lost, it was also cold, but waiting in line at the drive-thru for it, I did not want to wait double to get my food remade. It is easier to drive down 35 a bit or down 380 a bit to a better Whataburger that will provide better service and better food

The black kids at night hang out like it s a party. This is the third time they have messed up my order. The first time I went through the drive thru and said to add cheese on my burger. And when I go to pay the guy repeats my order back to me and he doesnt mention cheese. So I have to tell him to add cheese. The second time I had asked for 8 spicy ketchups. I was buying for my brother and my mom as well. And when I get to the window I only see 4 ketchups in there. I ask the lady if I can have 4 more ketchup. And the manager yells back at her and I says I gave her 4. I immediately say I asked for 8. Yall have never been stingy with your ketchup before? Why now? The manager comes up to the window and trys to explain to me why she cant give me 8. And I say Ive ordered 6 before. As soon as I said that, the window gets slammed into my face. Like girl they are just ketchup get over yourself. Tonight my mom goes to order food and the completely forget the cheese. And were not about to drive 30 minutes back up there just to get a slice of cheese. If would be better if they would listen and actually make your order right.

Today was one of the very few really good experiences I have had in a long time here. The drive thru order taker, Sam, was very helpful. He spoke loud and clearly. He asked questions about modifications to make sure I didn t forget anything. The person handing out the food was nice, respectful and asked beforehand if I would like a drink carrier. Update 9-15-23 7:20 pm Best service ever in the drive thru. Possibly a manager that ran out drinks and food out to us tonight. For real they were quick, friendly and accurate. Ah-mazing! We were there on 11/22/22. Fayth was the cashier and she was excellent. She spoke slowly and clearly while taking our order in the drive thru. We changed part of our order and she was sweet and kind about it. She was the example of how that job can and should be done. We pulled forward and were given our drinks by...and I know I dont have her name correct, but it was maybe Alexa...or similar to to that. She was quick and efficient. She took time to wipe down our drinks before handing them to us. When asked for both kinds of ketchup, she gave us both and the quantity requested. She had a great smile and was very polite. We were in and out of the line quickly. Like the quickest ever for this location. Our food was hot and fresh and our order was 100% accurate. I try not to go to this location because all of the above is usually the opposite of what I experienced last night. Well done! Great experience last night. I mean, really great.

Stopped by on a Tuesday morning cuz I had a free patty melt meal coupon on the app and I had a great experience tbh I picked curbside originally for my mobile order and was 10 mins early so I decided to just wait inside. The manager (I assume because of the gray shirt, sadly no name tag) was full of joy and actively interacting with all the customers that came in. I notified an employee named Jose that I had a curbside order but was super early. Jose said he was waiting to clock in but he ll help me out as soon as he clocks in. He kept his word and made sure to continually update me with the progress of my order which was nice I really was in zero rush but you could tell he was acting with urgency. Def was an unexpected but great experience haha Food was same ole - I always recommend a patty melt with added grilled jalapeños. I added lettuce today for *~health*~

Horrible experience probably one of the worst times Ive gone to whataburger. After spending 41 dollars on food they forgot a spicy chicken sandwich. And when called they told me i had to make the 30 minute drive back up there. The food wasnt even that good nothing was prepared like when ordered. How about get some quality control just to make sure everything was prepared properly and the customer gets everything cause someone was either lazy at doing there job or they plain just dont care. I usually order extra biscuits to portion out everything appropriately, but it looks like this store has cut back severely on portion sizes. I walked in trying to get something quick to meet one at the hospital-there were 8 customers in front of me and a I counted 4 workers behind the counter-standing around chatting-and 2 who walked by me to seat themselves and get on their phones. It is clean, the order came out fast and correct, the staff (and manager CC) were friendly and helpful. They allow 4 ketchups only... it doesnt matter if youve ordered 6 meals. I told them I had no problem paying extra for 4 more ketchups, but their policy would not allow it. The manager was just a smarta** when I asked if I could pay to get more ketchup. Not professional in any way.
