Great for any shopping at the store .Not a good experience in online order. I ordered 4 items and got only 3. All 4 items showed as delivered in tracking. When I called it took me 30 minutes to talk to the person who tried to reorder for me but said the item is not available anymore.

I just went to kohl s return Amazon and the lady very nice to everybody. I don t know why I say hi to her. She don t hi back. I said thanks to her. She don t talk back. That was very rude. Hopefully she know who I m talking about. That make me very disappointed because I am Asian woman. I don t want to bring up the races here, but this is very rude to me and I m not Even do anything to her very nice. I have to open my mouth talk to her first, and she don t answer me a word.

I could not find my size in the Nike slides in the shoe department and Debra was excellent help and did not give up until she found my size! The pair that was listed as in stock was actually hidden in a box in a different aisle in the wrong section. But she searched and searched and made me feel like I was a priority as a customer. Her customer service was excellent! Super happy with this Kohls location. Also a big shout out to the young lady in the customer service department! Thank you so much for making me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely be back to shop at this Kohls location.

I actually have to take time out of my day to post this due to how insanely horrible this location is. Waited 15 min while the only cashier talked about her diet to customer. Meanwhile a long line has formed with zero care. New person comes 10 minutes it takes to ring up items and then that computer not working. Tries rebooting 4 times. On to now a New register items don t ring up on sale and tried charging me full price. Result - leave store 40 minutes into trying to purchase an employee clothes with nothing. What a joke of a way to run business top to bottom. The entire place needs to be fired!

Atascosita Kohl s has the BEST customer service, someone on the floor to help you find something, even if they are busy, which they always are, quick, friendly and helpful check out, and a smiling Hello when I walk in. Dressing rooms are always clean and empty of tried on clothes , which is a huge plus. Having Amazon drop off for returns is customer consideration and quick too! Thank you

Check out is always fast and they are so friendly. I love to browse the clearance racks there. I like their business casual section and can always count on a cute t shirt or earrings with Kohls cash for a free treat! Ive gotten some good deals on pillows and towels there too. Sometimes I cant find anything I want , but I keep going back to see the new inventory.

I sent my son ( African American) with his friends family to Kohls to shop with my card while I was at work. They were at the Kohls close to the Galleria because they had also gone to shop at the Galleria. My son went to check out, and was given a hard time about using a card without presenting identification! He called me on facetime so that I could present my ID to the (Hispanic) cashier, but when I held it to the camera she looked away and started talking to someone in the background. Next, the manager came which was another (Hispanic) heavy set lady, and she would not listen to anything I was saying over the facetime call or try to acquire my ID for my child to be able to use the card, and her demeanor was dismissive and unconcerned. What I am about to say next is what led me to believe my son was racially profiled. My son was actually accompanied by his friend, and his friends mom is Caucasian! She walked up at this time, and stated shed just use her card to make the purchase, and guess what, she took MY card, and used it to make the purchase without presenting any identification!! I just want to know why it was so easy for her to go swipe the card!! Shame on Kohls and their cashier and manager for treating productive citizens in such a manner! I hope this isnt happening to anyone else.
