I stopped in this morning at 7:04am. I typically go through the drive thru but the line was long, so I went inside. There was no one waiting on the inside. I went and stood by the low counter to place my order. The employees that were inside were only focused on the drive thru and didn t even acknowledge I was standing there. Finally an employee came from outside with a blue shirt, so I am thinking she was a manager. She asked if I needed to place an order. I responded yes. She starting searching for something and never said another word until I said I don t have time for this. Her response was have a blessed day. I got back in my car at 7:15a food less. Needless to say very poor customer service.

My biggest gripe with this location is that they seem to always forget something in my order. No matter if I order via the CF app, doordash order for pick or curbside. At least 10x that i have ordered here and they forgot something from my order. Just happened today. I had to wait and check my order and ask them to get my missing item.

Usually this location is much better than the Summerwood one but recently it s gone down hill. Forgetting items when ordering, low fries and not filling it up. Also ordering an 8count but in reality I got a 5 count since they included 3 pieces that were all bread. On top of that the nuggets weren t cooked - very concerning as someone that s pregnant. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

EDIT 2: added a photo of a parfait I ordered that had like 4 tiny slices of strawberry. My iced coffee was nasty and they didn t give me a straw. EDIT: why do I keep coming to this location? Sat and waited 20+ minutes for some chicken minis while this dude walked around as slow as humanly possible with his hands in his pockets. I also ordered a cookie last week that they didn t put in the bag. I have been meaning to write this review for a while as I have never had a good experience at this location. Today I ordered in the drive thru and when I got home I realized that my side salad was disgusting and the lettuce was brown. We had no sauce and no dressing in the bag. Service was pretty slow as well. Next time I ll just drive to the Kingwood location.

Great food. Its Chick-fil-A. All the same stuff everyone likes. The ONE glaring complaint that I absolutely hate about this place... Is the sit wherever you want and MAYBE someone will see you walk in and help you. Its frustrating. Twice in a row, Sit anywhere! So we sat down, just... Looking around. Waiting. ....waiting. It is so frustrating that it makes me dislike this store greatly. It would be fine, but we prefer drive thru because at least they will see you drive up. No one inside sees you walk in. I hate that system. Its hard to have that type of system without a host of sorts that can help all of that. When they closed the registers, that was quite a monumental stupid idea. No table numbers, no one knows who ordered what. When its not busy, no problem. But a day like today, going inside is extremely frustrating. We left.

Took my daughter here to play in the play place. She s just about as big as you can be and still enjoy it. The staff was super friendly and food came out quick. Dietary restrictions: They sell gluten free buns and have some options that don t include breading.

Explain to me how I was the only customer in drive thru placed my order as I m sitting there waiting for my food there were other customers coming in the drive thru. I noticed after about 10 minutes I was still waiting on my food and the others that came way behind me was getting their food and leaving. So I ask what is taking so long with my order they dipped in sugar boy says we re holding orders. What the hell you mean you re holding orders?! The manager then comes to the window saying they were preparing my order now it will take a little while longer. I ask for my money back the manager giving the boy a look like make her wait. This location is the God awful worst. Maybe if the employees stay off their damn phones and pay attention to the customers orders then things would be a lot better here. Highly pissed and disappointed!!

This location cannot get it together. They messed up my order cost me over $40 and they admit they forgot half my order but refuse to give me my money back. I have called corporate and even they have tried to get someone from this team to do right and nothing but crickets. Not to mention you call their phone and no one answers. I always have issues at this location. There are a bunch of teenagers, unorganized, poor customer service etc. I waited 15 minutes for a curbside order. I went in and wait 15 minutes while numerous at least 5 people made eye contact and said nothing. When someone finally asked there was no apology or anything for the wait.

I m super disappointed at the lack of communication from this location, 2 days in a row my delivery time was extremely off in the app. All I ask is that the times are accurate. It s an inconvenience on top of the fact that the second time I ve experienced this, no one has answered the phone. The first day I called to speak with management and she was no help at all. So here I am almost an hour later without my order and no updated communication from the establishment.

By far the worst Chick Fil A location I have ever been too. The service is terrible, staff is rude, the food (if you get what you ordered.....) is not good. The idea of sitting down to place your order is a complete failure, be prepared to spend an hour if you would like to dine in. Last time my family was there we were told its normal for it to take 30 minutes to get your food inside. The play center looks like it hasnt been cleaned in weeks, to the point my kids dont even want to play in it. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to my house. However, I will gladly drive past it to go to other Chick-Fil-A locations in the area. Ive been going to this location for over 20 years, but the new management / ownership in recent years has ruined it. Chick-Fil-A would be better off shutting this location down as it is not a good reflection of the franchise.

I Lived in Waco Tx for over two years and moved back to Huffman a few months ago. STARTED eating at chick-fil-a in Waco. We doordashed and ate their at least 4 times a week there. It was awesome. We decided to eat a Chick-fil-a in Atascocita tx. To our surprise the chicken was smaller as well as the buns. Tiny little buns. You folks are getting ripped off. And it does not taste the same. Total rip off. Will never eat there again.

Chickfila is always great but this time around they messed up. Ordered a Market Salad with hot grill chicken. No chicken was on salad.... Came back from work and had to wait to get my salad back. One whole grill chicken thrown on top, not sliced like it usually comes. Very disappointing. A lot of mistakes have been taken place at this location recently.

Chick-fil-A should just close the dine in option or have better instructions. No kiosk, no counter to order from. Sit and wait. Someone came by but without menus and no Eagle eyes to read the board across the room.. We waited 20 minutes before asking for our food. They brought it but it was cold. Cold waffle fries and cold nuggets, disappointing. They forgot the drinks and quickly went to get them but returned to say they were out of tea and out of lemonade. We are in the south, and that is a criminal offense. I guess our first clue that this experience was going to be bad should have been the table I had to clean and the overflowing trash can.

The food is great, the employees are great, the building is great, yeaaaa, now this might not rhyme, Im sick in the head with cold of unnatural proportions. My mother works there, they treat her well, she told me the food is of the best quality. Only one complaint, all the Karens, treats the employees like a punching bag, so get beat, and if you cant act like a human being, just get lost. The team is human. They will make mistakes, so double-check your orders before you leave, if your rushed for time, then get up earlier! Thats all I have to say, peace!!

Super sad service today. I would understand had they been extra busy today, but coming up through the drive thru today, didnt look as busy as it usually is with 2 lines(2 or 3 cars away from the speaker where you usually place your order). Very fast taking my order via person with a tablet and taking my payment, but didnt ask if I wanted any condiments, unfortunately sat in the drive thru for almost 20 mins for a side of fries and a salad entree. Did hesitantly ask for a free sandwhich due to long wait time(even tho they are the ones that should be offering some sort of cushion for their inefficiency). Its supposed to be fast good now slow food. They gave me 2 brownies instead..which I am grateful for but also.. I asked specifically for a simple plain chicken sandwhich. Why have me wait in line for so long after paying upfront for the food and not accommodate what I asked for well as giving better customer service. They skimmed me on my fries too, not even close to full. Cold too. Do better, thanks.

This location needs new employees and management! My girlfriend and I ordered meals from here and none of our food was fresh my sandwich was so cold that the cheese on it wasn t even melted, our fries were basically empty, I am pretty sure the cheese on one of our sandwiches was expired and the Mac and cheese was dry! I called the manager and let them know and they told me to come back whenever I wanted to and said I would get it remade for free, when I got there no one had an idea what I was talking about so the manager on duty clearly didn t inform the manager that would be on the next shift or write it down and when I received the free meal it was all the same quality as before that s quite ridiculous. I ve never experienced a Chick-Fil-A like this in my life and was very surprised, I ve always gotten good service & good quality food with them and that s why I choose to get it but this location was just not it!!

We are consistently have issues with this location; hence, the posting of this review. It is our tradition to do curbside here every Saturday night, and every Saturday night there is some issue. Usually there is an item missing from our order; be it an entire item, like fries, or dressing, etc. Usually I ask my husband to check the bag, but sometimes he does not because we trust people to do their jobs. Tonight, we were missing an entire item from our order AND we received a three-strip entree with a strip that looks like the one in the picture. In what world is this considered a strip? Please, if the manager is reading this, re-train your Saturday night staff to firm up the quality of the items and also the service.

Unpleasant Interaction with Employee, But Overall Positive Experience at Chick-fil-A, West Lake Houston I recently visited the Chick-fil-A on West Lake Houston, and while the food and service were generally good, I feel compelled to share a concerning encounter with an employee named Justin. Upon arriving at the drive-through window, Justin made unwarranted advances towards my boyfriend, even going as far as placing his phone number in our food bag. When my boyfriend clarified that he was not interested and pointed to me, Justin awkwardly assumed I was his daughter. Despite this uncomfortable incident, the rest of our experience at Chick-fil-A was positive. The food was fresh, and the service at the drive-through window was efficient. This Chick-fil-A is SO slow compared to other locations, we ve waited up to 20 minutes in drive through and curbside multiple times. Also, this is one of the only Chick-fil-A locations that never sends actual rewards through the app. They re so cheap the only thing they ever give is free delivery . I went to Chick-fil-A on 59 & Fondren 3 weeks ago and have received 3 rewards since going to that location. I m curious as to why this location NEVER gives free rewards? It seems like a better idea to just start going to the Chick-fil-A in kingwood honestly, because every time I ve gone there they send me rewards as well. You d think with how often we frequent this location they would show their appreciation and send rewards as well but nope. I guess it s all about the money for them & customers don t deserve their appreciation

The delivery is a joke, waited all the time frame given, then i called and guy told me a driver was coming my way , 30 passed and i called again and they told me my food was being loaded just now, incredible and ridiculous

I ve been coming here for the last 3-4 month every other Friday, Chick-fil-A is known for their service and cleanliness, not just the my pleasure and the fast drive thru line, everytime I go to sit so my daughter can play, there s no where to sit tables are dirty but I m guessing it s because there s no where for the guests to throw their food away, the trashcans are high, when food is brought sometimes there s no napkins or straws for the drinks I always somehow delay my lunch because I have to get up and find someone to get me what I need. The only reason I am upset is this isn t my normal location I come to and it makes every other location get a bad name due to the cleanliness of this place, let s not talk about the restrooms, I rather stop by at a gas station to take my daughter on my way home than have to walk into the restroom here. I m not the one to leave bad reviews but this place is sad I m grateful I won t have to come back but I hope it s fixed for the experience of others before they start going to the whataburger across the street.

I ordered a bowl of chicken tortilla soup, and there was no chicken in the soup. It tried calling and no one answered the phone. Unfortunately, there a often issues with our order at this location.

Very disappointed in this location this morning. I ordered a 10ct mini chicken with 3 ice coffee because obviously were sharing. Upon opening I see that they were just thrown in the box and only contained 8. I know its busy and Ive never had issues before but today was just very disappointed. 10/14/23
