I make Uber Eat, I arrived to pick up the order, they told me to wait as it was still being prepared, I waited about 40 minutes and that was until I approached to ask if it would be ready. A lady told me that they had delivery. They shouldnt do that or not be in the delivery system.

I ve stopped by twice. The food is prepared fairly quickly. The teriyaki was pretty flavorful the first time, not so much the second. They probably should consider the proportions of protein (meat) to rice, because I ran out of meat REAL QUICK & had a lot of fried rice left. That really bothered me, but I ll probably return one more time to see how it goes. The picture shows EXACTLY how much meat I received (for the large) and how much rice was left after eating the meat AND some rice **RE-VISIT** I went a third time. It s quite tasty. I spoke with management and she let me know that the proportions are set and basically it is what it is (she was very nice). She suggested I pay a little more to have extra protein added. I did and yes, it made a whole lot of difference. I didn t really care to be paying more, but it was well worth it.

I remember getting food from here when they newly opened, I came back and they ve completely changed for the better! The people who work here are so kind! I ordered for pickup one time and they accidentally gave me the wrong order. I came back and they were so nice and understanding for the inconvenience; they even gave me a free bowl for my next visit :). I order the Orange Spicy Chicken with noodles and no veggies, SO GOOD!

I got the salmon over vegetables instead of rice or noodles. It was good, but it was a personal-sized piece of salmon. I had the regular-size bowl and it was just enough food for one sitting. My husband got the spicy chicken teriyaki bowl. It was good with a nice, not overwhelming, kick to it. Once again, there was just enough chicken in his bowl. He barely wanted me to taste it. He was like, I dont have that much chicken. He did get the regular-sized bowl as well. Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian option on the menu. The vegetables are good.

Hello , I was a former employee at Teriyaki Madness in humble Texas . My manager was Kristina . And I have to say she was a horrible manager, the favoritism was horrible, the way she ran the store was horrible and how I was terminated was horrible. First off , I was terminated because I started my monthly cycle there and had nothing with me so I asked to go home and change pants and I d come back . When I got home I got a call from Kristina cruising me out asking why I left the store when I had already got the ok from Laura who was the manager on duty . She fired me for that after I had only been there 2 weeks . Following horrible messages by her and calls talking about my kind . She disrespected me and the working conditions there and also the workers were rude and hard to work with except for Betty , she was amazing . I just wanted to let you guys know . I did try and contact the district manager but they never got back to me .

I had previously posted a bad review after some inconsistent orders but my husband wanted to give it another go. As soon as I went in I could tell something changed . The checkout girl was very friendly and sweet my order came out in a timely manner,great taste the place was clean and organized all the things I had suggested they corrected before. I gave the food 4 stars because I do feel the Yakisoba comes out a bit soupy and could have more noodles but doesnt take away from the taste .Glad to see they took feedback well .I will go back.

The restaurant opens at 11 everyday. We arrived at 11:08 am and the door was locked. The lady at the front looked at us and kept going. We waited a couple minutes thinking she was going to open the door and she kept doing what she was doing as if we weren t standing outside with the door locked.

Restaurant was 85+ F degrees and highly unpleasant. Fan was turned towards cashier (can t blame her). All bottled drinks were lukewarm vs cold. Waited 7+ mins for food and no one else was in restaurant, perhaps that is normal but expected faster at small place like this. $18 for a regular bowl, drink and $2 tip very pricey for what this is . As for food less than 4 oz of thinly sliced steak, a gob of sticky rice, and veggies. Tasted fine but I ve had better Asian cuisine at Deerbrook mall many times, yes you read that right. Only plus was staff was polite. I would never frequent this eatery again unless someone was paying / paid me.

This place has definitely gone downhill over the last year or so food used to be good but now not at all. Food had so much garlic in it that it was almost inedible. Not planning on ever going back after this experience. Floor sticks to your feet in front of the register and there are mysterious disgusting stains along the register counter wall. Seems like staff lack the knowledge to properly mop and wipe things down.

Honestly I am a picky person so I don t think it s too bad, plus it was my first time trying it. I got the orange chicken, noodles, and veggies. I had to get the orange chicken cause the chicken katsu wasn t available, but the sauce on the orange chicken wasn t what I m use to so I didn t like it, I thought it was weird tasting compared to a place like Panda Express or Tia Lees. The noodles were a little too soft and was bland. The veggies were good though lol. The staff was nice as well, but it did take awhile for the food to come out; I m assuming it s because it was a slow day or something. I forgot what my bf got, I think some spicy chicken and the yakisoba noodles and he enjoyed his. He also tried the orange chicken I got and said that it also tasted weird but it was ok. Ultimately I ended up getting Chick-fil-A instead. I don t think this place is worth the price either, definitely could ve got better for around the same price at Panda Express.

When it first opened, the time of orders and the overall customer service was very poor. Fast forward a few months and they brought in, in my opinion the employee that keeps bringing me back. I will be returning! I originally was going to go to chipotle, however the line was out the door. I ve been wanting to try Teriyaki Madness despite the things I ve heard so I said why not. I went next door where I was immediately greeted. I chose the chicken breast teriyaki bowl with white rice and veggies in the size regular. They had to make the chicken fresh so there was a small wait (about 10 min). So I ran to the store and returned shortly to my food being ready. I checked it before I left and everything looked great. Once I finally got to eat my food it was confirmed that it was indeed great. The sauce came on the side so it wasn t too much. The resturaunt was also immaculate, the cleanest place I ve been in. I think these owners care and are really trying to fix the things that have went wrong prior to my review. I will definitely be returning seeing that the food taste good and it s a healthier option.

Great flavor but disappointed in the veggies. I ordered the power bowl and my vegetables were almost all cabbage. This is our third time coming in and we were welcomed with a smiling face and pleasant customer service. The food was hot and fresh with a good grill flavor. The store was clean nice cold A/C. We will keep this place in our weekly rotation!

I didn t check the reviews before purchasing. The food has no taste and the order was not correct. This was my first time trying this franchise in general and I am apprehensive to try any other location. I had uncooked meat and did not get what I asked for. For two people, $40 is a bit steep to be nearly poisoned and experience unseasoned dry meat.

First time I went it was wonderful. That was about 7 months ago. Came back and it was horrible. They made us aware that what we had ordered was no longer available after paying. Burnt everything so badly the salmon had to be cut like a steak. The bag had panda express and Lee kum kee sauces in the bad. Like what is going on?

Was the only person in the restaurant when I ordered 2 meals to go. 35 minutes later there were 8 people standing around waiting on food. I had to take my child to the restroom and in the 3 minutes we were gone allegedly my name was called and Another Customer took off with my order! The cashier says itll be another 30 minutes to remake my food. I asked for a refund, which took another 5 minutes. 45+ minute wait to get food, left empty handed. Will never return.

This place is horrible would not recommend to anyone one good thing is the little cashier girl.. keep telling me sorry for the food taking too long. It s not her fault.. but food took forever.. than rice cook to mush my steak taste dry like beef jerky

I will probably never go again.. very unsanitary. All the tables were dirty, high chairs were dirty, floors were so sticky it pulled my shoe off while walking. The food took so long and still came out not hot. All of the drinks at the fountain need to be changed.

And I thought Sarku Japan was good. I stumbled upon Teriyaki Madness in Conroe, TX after a Doctors appointment for my Wife. I tried the spicy bowl and immediately loved it, at 1st I thought I wouldnt get full but I was wrong. Now Im back here at a different location in Atascocita, TX regretting being so gluttonous for ordering two large bowls I thought I could finish. Needless to say, Ill be coming back for more once Im down here again. Now let me get back to eating before my food gets cold.

The meat portion of the bowls was good but, the rice is not good at all. Panda Express is far better. Rice is mushy and severely overcooked. Not like to return again.

The food was fine. Ill definitely be coming back for the spicy chicken bowl. BUT every time I come here the staff is fooling around and it takes like 20 minutes to get food regardless of how busy they are. I also dont like being asked for a tip before even getting my order. UPDATE: 05-16-2022 Came in this evening to an empty/unclean restaurant at 7:55pm. And I waited over 10 minutes before anyone came out to take my order. I would have left but I drove over an hour and despite the lousy service, the food is usually very good. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. I have already given up on the Conroe location. 3 visits, bad service every time. This location is having the same problem. Im not sure if its a training issue or an attitude problem. Maybe its just me.

First time trying it out and Last. Would not recommend to anyone. Ordered big plate spicy steak. Orange chicken and spicy chicken with fried rice with vegetables and side of noodles. Whatever sauce you guys put on the food was too much of it to where all food ends up tasting the same, the rice was over cooked not enough meat on the plate, and all you really get of vegetables is cabbage.

It ahould t take iver 30 minutes for food each and every time i come here. Im spending 40$ and then 40 kinutes to wait. You need to get some organization here because nobody be up front. Everyone in back. They take forever to acknowledge us and never ever get a break. Rite now i ordered 30 minutes ago and ha e not received my food yet they didnt get my drinks and havnt come out so i can get my drink from them. Poor poor poor management at this store. Terrible.

This is the second time we have ordered here. The first time everything seemed fine, but my fiance and I both got sick. Today, we decided a couple months later, to try them again. The teriyaki chicken dish was over cooked and slightly burned, and the two protein bowl I received was over cooked as well. The stake portion was okay, but the chicken was again horrible. I wouldnt feed this to my dogs, or recommend to anyone that enjoys normal bowel movements.

Top 10. WORST. Love the idea. Hate the execution. First off, the place is filthy. Teenage workers sitting around chatting with friends in the back. Sauces on tables have dried drips all over. Out of several items. Hard pass on this place. The Cook in the kitchen sounded like he was throwing pots into the sink from 20 feet out. Trash was overflowing. Chicken was dried out and over cooked as was the rice. There s a serious lack of management and pride in the product. I feel bad for whoever invested in this franchise. Clean house, fire the manager and staff and start over. Never again for me.

I like the food. But when I come in every time there is food on the tables that have not been cleaned. I have to wait at the register for someone to help me, last time it was more than 5 minutes. The floors are sticky and there is trash on the floor. Not sure if they need more people working!

OMG! Let s just say I almost never write reviews, good or bad. That said this place is ridiculous. Both times I ve tried the place it took over 20 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence. Finally took my order and waited for almost 30 minutes to get my food. I like fresh but are they raising the chickens to cook them too! Won t be back. Only gave a one star because it wouldn t let me leave zero!
