We had our daughters 15 and the service we received was wonderful. The photographer we got with the package was the best!! We received many compliments on how delicious the food was! The cake was also beautiful and delicious. They made everything stress free with the package we picked that has EVERYTHING!! The day of the event they went far and beyond to make sure everything went great and helped us stay with our schedule.

I recommend getting the Gold package. It comes with everything you need for such a little cost. From the decoration to the service, they made my daughters 15 a great experience. For starters, the decoration were immaculate; everything was perfect. The food was delicious and the service did very well. They were very professional and they clean after your guests once there done eating. The dj made the 15 run very smoothly from introducing my daughter from her presentation to the baile . I didn t have to do anything at all besides greeting my guest. I can say that I was stress free from the started to the ending.

We just had my daughters 15th on Saturday 10/24, everything was very nice, very organized, the food was delicious. The friendly waiters. The delicious cake. The photographer and videographer were very attentive to every detail and took care of it. The bartenders are very friendly. And well, what can I say about Mr. Misael, he helped me with everything and was always on top of everything from the moment you signed the contract until it ended, he was always available, thank you very much for making my event the best of the best, God bless you always

I had my wedding here. There was absolutely no flaw in our wedding! Preparations were nerve wrecking, but at the end of the day, Misael did a perfect job putting everything together. Great DJ, great bartenders, great food, photographer, and video Grapher. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend this place for big weddings!

We had a Quinceanera there and we were very pleased with the hall and the staff. The hall is spacious, big enough for about 500 people. The staff was Awesome! Photographer, video cámara guy, coordinators were all helpful and Awesome! DJ was Awesome! Played the music we wanted. Everyone was helpful and willing to work with our needs.

We just had a Quinceanera this weekend and we were all sooo HAPPYYY with the way EVERYTHING turned out!! We had people saying that it was from Beautiful to Elegant to Amazing and we all had a BLASTTT!! From the Decor which was Amazing to the Services from the Manager Misael to the Photographer to Food to the Cake which everyone LOVED to the Wait Staff & Bartenders and to the DJ.. EVERYONE was always soo HELPFUL and kind throughout the Whole Experience Annnd the HALL ITSELF was sooo spacious and had great amenities, Sooo with all our hearts we THANK THEM!!!! ROYAL SOLARIS made OUR SPECIAL EVENT UNFORGETTABLE!!!!

Medium sized parking lot but no lighting. The parking lot is very dark, along with the neighborhood it doesnt seem very safe. The interior appears clean enough and can fit an average event with about 100 guests. The building is easy to find at the corner of Tidwell and Irvington.

We had our daughter s quinceañera on May 21st and everything was great! The manager answered all my questions and concerns since the beginning. The staff was awesome, from serving food to drinks. The place was huge, we had over 300 ppl at the event and everyone commented on how beautiful it was decorated, how big dance floor was, etc. I would host another event here.

We just had our daughter s Quinceañera here a couple weeks ago. Everything was perfect and everything we dreamed of. When booking we wanted a hall that offered everything packaged for less stress. Misael was very helpful and attentive thru out the whole experience. We had no complaints whatsoever about anything. Food and cake was delicious. The DJ was right on point. The hall itself was decorated beautifully as we wanted. I would highly recommend Royal Solaris for any big size event.

Honestly bad experience, wouldn t recommend. Had a family members 15 last night at this salon , I walked in first red flag was when I walked in & security had an attitude . The waitresses wouldn t let us serve our food that we brought they re response was that they couldn t serve our food unless theirs ran out first. Food that was brought in was sitting there and wasn t served until around 11pm . As well bartenders were seen drinking while at the job !! At the end of the night we had bottles that were never opened missing , same for beer . Bartenders did not know how to serve drinks at all ! Plus they were drinking WHILE at the job ! At the end of the night security guard had said some inappropriate things & ugly attitude all night . Bad communication with the salon owners as well ! Save your money and look somewhere else VERYYY RUDE cake was disgusting and rice tastes like if it was sitting for days

The good: Large venue with good AC, clean and the lady in charge was courteous. The Bad: alcohol is cut at an early time and they want you.out of the place as soon as the contract is over, meaning not one minute past the time, people requested one last song from the band and when they complied the security officer was very nasty to the point that he pull a knife and was going to cut the wires.

If I could give zero stars I would. We decided to go with this hall because of the size and capacity. It wasn t even 9 PM when they stopped letting our guests come in. It was completely embarrassing and unacceptable to have guests from out of town sent back. They claimed they had a capacity of 850 guests. That is a complete lie! The hall was not full at all and we had some empty tables. If someon stepped out for whatever reason, they were not allowed reentry. The security and other employees were plain rude. Horrible experience!!! Parking is a joke as well! I don t usually write reviews but I feel like other people should be aware. We were extremely disappointed.

I had my 15 here 18yrs ago !! That should tell you alot about this place they know what they are doing the only thing that we didnt like when we went to see the hall was the long dance floor but we chose to change the layout of the tables and had the main table to the right of the entrance and most of the gusts were behind me ..it was beautiful wish i had pics but lost due to harvey.. 2 of my cousins had thier weddings thier too. Great place 100% recommend it

This is a nice venue with a large gated parking lot. Especially in the area it is in and the customers they are catering to, this is one of the best Reception halls. However, two major issues for me. #1, although the dance floor is huge, it is positioned in a weird longated way that leaves the band/DJ/ Performers far, far away from the table of honor. The stage is far from the action so their is no real interest from the crowd to the performers. #2. Most parties are scheduled to end at 1 am. However the staff begin cleaning and picking up around 10:30 making guest uncomfortable and it seems like they are kicking you out early..I have been to this venue several times and the guest always start to leave early because of this. I understand they are tired and want to go home ASAP, however they should respect the time limits and clean after party is finished. This is not a place that allows outside drinks other then a few bottles. This place is very nice and has a very spacious and fenced parking lot. One of the best party venues, especially in that area. But it has two big problems. #1 Although the dance floor is very big, it is very long and in a strange position. The groups and DJs are very, very far from the Table of Honor. There is no connection between the guests and the stage. #2 Most parties are paid until 1 am. But they start cleaning and lifting from 10:30pm. This causes guests to feel uncomfortable and leave early. I have attended several times and I have noticed the dissatisfaction for not waiting for the party to end until they start cleaning and clearing the tables. Be careful, guests cannot arrive with outside drinks. Everything has to be bought there. With permission from the salon you can introduce a certain number of bottles of wine. But no soft drinks, water, or beer

This place has very bad service, I dont know why they rent it! The Owner is not even nice to people! I went to ask if he could lend me the microwave to heat my babys breast and he flat out told me that he wouldnt lend it, the old thing, the breast was not for me! It was for my baby... but hey, thats why the world isnt any better because people like this are so hateful and bitter, it seems that what they wanted was to close everything because the lady was angry and wanted everything to end.

This place is horrible! I dont recommend anyone to have an event here. My sisters biggest day of her life had a hall that was hot as hell. It was over 95 degrees Saturday and the owner turned on 2 ac units at 75 degrees for a hall of 850 people. (We were told there were 4 ac units) it was so hot in there that a couple kids had nose bleeds and our flowers and roses from the arrangements were dead by the end of the night. Second we got a waitstaff that they hired and said it was a buffet when we clearly said it was a sit down dinner. Only sent 3 waiters for 600 people. Ridiculous! Third we ordered a fruit table from them and they didnt provide any plates or serving utensils. The girl claims she told us we had to provide that ourselves. It wasnt in the contract. The owners who were there that night had attitude for every little thing we asked for. And last but not least the OWNERS were begging for us to serve them some plates and give them some of our liquor bottles that were for the sponsors of the wedding. Luckily my sister saw all past this and didnt let it ruin her special day.

Worst service ever!!! You never deal with the same person therefore your information is never correct.and have to repeat it several times only to be wronged the day of the event. their customer service skills are horrible, food is horrible and cold and servers do NOT wear hair nets, all things said to be included in package are NOT!!! They had a leaky roof the evening before and did not inform us the attendant was VERY rude and uninformed she kept having to call the owner who only spoke Spanish. Stongly advise to not go there we will never be returning!!!!!!!
