I had my college graduation party this past weekend, and Pelazzio was amazing to work with. From the venue to the DJ, bar staff, and photographer, everyone was wonderful to work with. The decorations were beautiful and the sound system was great. Pelazzio was also very professional in working with our Caterer, Agas. I specifically want to shoutout Addy for helping with the event. She responded to my texts and calls everyday and communicated super effectively - she even cut the tag off my dress on the day of the event because it kept sticking out. Our guests loved the venue and we would 100% do another event here. Im including some pictures taken on our phones!

Wow!! What can I say, it was a fairy tail wedding to remember. The staff was very nice from the first day we sign that contract upon the day off the wedding. Everything was just amazing and prefect. Thank you again PELAZZIO for a dream come true wedding for my wife.

The staff at Pelazzio was wonderful to work with. We have a quince for my daughter this weekend and everything went smoothly. The food and dessert were delicious. The decor and flowers were beautiful. We had so many compliments. Our photographer went above and beyond. The DJ also was great. There was great communication between myself and the staff at Pelazzio. Victor was always available via email and answered my questions in a timely fashion. I will recommend Pelazzio to anyone looking for a full service venue.

My husband and I got married at the Pelazzio on July 14th 2024. Everything about it was amazing and the guests loved it! The food, DJ, coordination, management, bar and decorations were mentioned by the guests. The Pelazzio really had planning down to an art. They only needed two or three in person meetings to hammer out the details. The first meeting was where my husband and I signed the contract for the wedding, the second was for all of the choices associated with the wedding, the third was a tasting and I also came a fourth time to drop off some of my decor so that my day of would be easier. I really appreciated that the Pelazzio allowed me to bring my centerpieces, bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets to the venue so I didnt have to carry them on the day of. My wedding was handled by Nichole, Addy and Victor and was so smooth! All of three of them were so responsive ahead of and during the event. I really appreciated all of their time and understanding as I was trying to navigate a separate situation were my hotel room block was cancelled and I was trying to rebook my guests. Addy provided me with a list of hotels that helped me do this. Nichole and Addy both stayed in touch with me about finer details and always called if they had a question about set up. On the day of the event they were so helpful and made sure they made us plates during the cocktail hour and dinner so we had food. The decor was beautiful. My centerpieces were set up beautifully, and there were even a few pieces that I didnt ask for that were either made to match or the Pelazzio just had them on hand. I was blown away when I first entered the reception hall on the day of. My husband heard me say Oh my god this is so amazing. The food was amazing. I requested all Halal food for my family and the Pelazzio delivered an amazing meal that everyone talks about even now that the wedding is over! The cake was also beautiful and tasty. My husband and I took home left over cake and ate it for a few days because we loved it so much. I also wanted to say that the DJ kept the night so much fun! He played my own playlists for the pre-ceremony music and during dinner and then sort of blended my playlist with popular music and genres we asked for so that he could keep the dance floor alive. We had people dancing past our exit! The photographer - Amir Salar - was also so helpful. He took us through from event to event. My husband and I would not have been able to function the day of without him. He event helped give us a bit of a crash course on how to safely sway to the music during our first dance because we were worried about being too awkward. I am confident that his photos will be gorgeous as he was able to show us some of them throughout the day. I will be sure to add them to this review when they come back. Our videographer was very professional and I saw him capture a lot of great moments between us and our guests. Even the security the Pelazzio hired was friendly and kind. I appreciated everyone who was a part of our event. Thank you so much to the Pelazzio! And specifically, Addy, Nichole and Victor!

I am officially 6 months out from my wedding date and the experience with Pelazzio has been good so far. Alacia was such a pleasure to work with and answered many questions. Erica is very nice, patient and really aims to ensure you are satisfied. Nichelle allowed us to come in and show my family who was visiting town, the venue! Ana in accounting is very responsive and customer oriented. I will update after the wedding but so far I am glad we chose Pelazzio!

My wedding was on June 29th and Ive given myself some time to process everything before putting up a review. I think my experience with Pelazzio drastically tanked about 3ish weeks before my wedding day so starting around the beginning of June. For the last year I had been communicating with either Nichelle or Dasia, Dasia was my assigned day of coordinator so communication turned to just with her. All brides know the stress of wedding planning so when Dasia just went ghost on me 2 weeks before the wedding my stress level of course shot through the roof. I gave her the benefit of the doubt before calling the office but once I did, I learned that she had quit a week before. This of course isnt Pelazzios fault but I wouldve appreciated a heads up and an introduction to my new day of coordinator Nicole. This was an opportunity for them to be professional but instead I had to call them to find out what was going on and thats the last thing a bride needs. Fast forward to the day of my wedding, the set up staff were great they communicated with me and everyone was really nice. However, I would really advise a policy change. I dont think having showings of the venue when the space is being used is appropriate. I did not realize how irritating this must have been for the bridal party when I was given showings of the space during other peoples events. We had random people coming into the ballroom up until and hour and a half before my wedding started. My photographer and mom had to say something multiple times because people were coming in blocking the lighting for pictures, taking pictures of my decor that wasnt from Pelazzio (I did my own center pieces) all while Im literally walking around in my wedding dress already. Nicole and the DJ were great though and really stepped up during one of the most stressful days ever, thats really the only reason I gave 3/5 stars.

AMAZING from start to finish! If I had to do it again I would do it here! From Nichelle getting me scheduled for a tour almost immediately after I spoke with her, once my husband & I paid the deposit we got ANA! Ana baby you have to know we are forever friends lol very personable and assisted with everything I needed. Once the time got closer, we got Nicole.... Nicole was my day of coordinator and we bonded as soon as we met. Super friendly and was very attentive to not only us but the guest as well. Her goal was for us to enjoy our time and she succeeded! Amir was my photographer; he took my ideas and ran with them (I just got the photos back literally a week after and they are amazing) making sure I got the shots I wanted and had fun doing them. Big shout out to the chefs on duty & bartender I would recommend having more than 1 to speed the line but other than that we had so many compliments on the food and drinks. Would not recommend. Please read. Pelazzios venue is beautiful, but it advertises an all inclusive package that is a poor experience. Here are the reviews for the ALL INCLUSIVE: - Food: Tasting is free one time and youre allowed 2 people, however, if you want to do another tasting it is $120. In addition to the free tasting they limit the options for appetizers, entree, sides and will not have hors doeuvres availed for tasting. We ended up paying $120, and the majority of the foods during the 2nd tasting were from the initial tasting. - Hotel Blocks: They provide a list of hotels that they partner with that provides competitive pricing. 2 of the Marriotts they listed said the list is out of date and they are not partners. I let the venue know, and I didnt get an updated list for 4 months. I ended up having to do a room block myself at Marriott using my points. - Payment system: I like that they allow payment plans, but their system have issues every time we paid. We were charged a late fee and had to dispute it twice. Please keep record of your payments or attempted payments. - Flowers: Very mediocre flowers that were included in the package. Meaning the flowers were cheap and the selections are limited. Luckily we had a family member provide flowers for us. - Rehearsal: You have to find your own place to do the rehearsal. - DJ: The DJ selections will be a hit or miss. Select your own DJ. We requested certain artist that we dont want to be played, and the DJ did not listen. - Ceremony room: Poor electronic quality for microphones. The aesthetics were beautiful. - Location: Plenty of parking. I would recommend vetting the security service because the location is 1 mile away from a rough area of Houston. 2 of my guests had their car broken into. - Photography: The photographer did a great job and I highly recommend including it in your a la carte. - Day of coordinator: Needs to be more organization. Pelazzio gives you a day of template, but theres no point of filling it out when your maid of honor is doing their job. - Changing suite for bride and groom: Spacious, but messy. We saw a McDonalds bag that looked like it was left the day before. - Cost: Great price if Pelazzio met the expectations that they promised.

I was extremely excited to have my big day at the pelazzio grand ballroom. Dasia was assigned as my day of coordinator 2 months before our wedding and she was extremely kind and very helpful and reassuring. Unfortunately, 2 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING, she kindly let me know she no longer works for pelazzio. Pelazzio never reached out to me to let me know that I was assigned a new coordinator. Nicole, the new coordinator, was an absolute mess. She didn t read any notes prior to my wedding and just spent the night telling my bridal party that she was overwhelmed because we were running behind schedule. You would think that when you spend over $15k at a venue, they would have the decency to communicate changes and the replacement would be GREAT. Disappointed to say the least. I don t recommend this venue due to their management team.

Our wedding was this past Sunday and it was absolutely beautiful!! The Pelazzio staff somehow managed to exceed my expectations! Amir our photographer was on point and super helpful! I can t wait to see our photos!! DJ Key kept our guests on the dance floor all night. All of guests were giving him kudos all night, also the food and our wedding cake was delicious!!! Last a special shout out to our event coordinator. She stepped in literally at the last minute as I guess something happened with our original coordinator and handle things flawlessly. She made sure we ate, had drinks and that if we needed anything she would handle it! So glad we picked this place!! Definitely best in class service

We had our 10th Anniversary Vow renewal here two weeks ago. I dont even know where to start! First of all our event Coordinator Dasia did her BIG one, we cant THANK her enough. She never missed a beat, she was on point. She made sure everything ran smoothly the day of. Our family and friends complimented her so much after that day. Everything from the venue, decor, food, overall dealing with everybody during the planning process I just want to say THANK YOU! The food was AMAZING! Our decor was AMAZING! My then fiancée and I chose Pelazzio because it included EVERYTHING! I didnt know how much I was going to appreciate that until a few days before the wedding when other things started going wrong- groomsmen that couldnt come, hotel mix-ups, ringbearer suit fiasco- and on and on! But if I had the REST of the wedding to try to coordinate, I would have lost my mind! Dasia (our planning coordinator) was outstanding! She made it easy for me to relax on the day of the wedding and just enjoy! She was RIGHT there to make sure the rehearsal went smoothly and on the day of, she made everyone feel confident (even with over half the groomsmen missing the rehearsal!) She was absolutely amazing and seemed to be everywhere at once but exactly where we needed her! She changed our music for our Grand Entrance and I totally agreed with her choice! LOL! And our photographer Amir- no words! Not only was he competent but he was funny and made all of us feel relaxed and in the moment! The photos are supposed to take 30-60 days and I got them last night! Its only been about 2 weeks! And the photos are GORGEOUS!! He laughed with us, tried some poses and then showed us(all we could do was say Wow or Awww!) Hes a genius photographer and a fun guy who knows his way around a wedding! LOL! He even called me while I was in the limo on the way to the venue to tell me to be calm, that we had plenty of time at the venue and to just be in the moment! Those moments went by a lightning speed once it all got started but thanks to Dasia and Amir and the staff at Pelazzio, it was a day neither of us will ever forget and it was EVERYTHING we imagined and MORE!

Not sure how many reviews I can write but this is a pre review . I haven t even had my event yet and when I say this staff is amazing! Let s start off with the original quote that Nichelle provided, she made sure she set expectations on everything and its order to avoid the worries. Then once booked I got Ana and when I say this lady is TOP TIER !!!! She put me so much more at ease. So kind, Very patient and understanding and I promise you DO NOT want anyone who isn t because life happens! I would recommend them 100 times and 100 more after that. I had my wedding on 3/24/2024 and let me just say it was nothing but amazing . Jennifer and my photographer Amy made sure my special day was wonderful. I felt at ease and the venue exceeded my expectations. My wedding was in Tuscany A and fit all 100 of my guests the servers , waiters and bartenders were very attentive and professional. Everyone had positive attitudes and made sure me and the Groom got the best service . The food was so delicious my guests are still bragging about it. We had the lemon salmon , curry rice , seasoned mixed veggies and chicken Lyon for entree and chicken kabobs & vegetarian egg rolls for the appetizer. Jennifer was on top of it honey lol . I will like to thank Ana as well . The Photobooth was a great add on so many memories were created. Again thank you so much Pelazzio if your looking for a budget friendly beautiful all inclusive venue this is the place for you . And my cake was beautiful and delicious the bakery definitely showed out. I was Stress free and able to enjoy my night . Ended the night with Paula our Limousine driver she was the sweetest .

Appalling management and utter lack of responsiveness were my unfortunate encounters at Pelazzio. Dealing with Jennifer, Ana, and their team was nothing short of infuriating. It seems that the concept of promptly attending to guests needs eludes them entirely. Despite my persistent attempts to contact management for over two weeks, I received absolutely no response. Even when I managed to reach someone after enduring an hour-long hold, their indifference towards my frustration was palpable. I still possess the messages I sent to various individuals over two weeks ago, all of which went unanswered. I am more than willing to share these messages with upper management if necessary. Regrettably, I cannot conscientiously recommend Pelazzio to anyone seeking a pleasant and stress-free experience. Until Jennifer, Ana, and the reception team undergo a significant transformation in their approach to customer service, it would be prudent for potential patrons to seek services elsewhere.

My ~husband~ and I had a great experience with the Pellazio! Cameron was our wedding coordinator and Amy was our photographer. I just have to personally shout them out because both were nothing short of amazing. The other staff were all very helpful, too. I think Nicole? was the name of the person we first contacted and she was very friendly and helpful with our quotes. Our guests said the food was amazing - esp the Cajun fish, asparagus, and potatoes. We are a food loving family so that was important. Their cake vendor was also very good. Trust me, just go all-inclusive! It saved us so much stress and all of their services are top tier!

UPDATE END TO SAGA: I was contacted directly by the CEO and we discussed everything which had happened. They apologized profusely for the events and I was given my full videography refund and footage of my wedding as am apology. I have updated my review to 4 stars to reflect Pelazzio still has some learning, but Im grateful my reviews reached their CEO to get this resolved. There are memories the videographer missed I will never get back, but at least Pelazzio had the decency to try their hardest to make it right and I will happily applaud them for that. UPDATE BELOW THIS PARAGRAPH. This venue really helps out by having almost EVERYTHING taken care of in one place. It makes planning so much easier! My event is in 2023, so Ill come back and update this once we have gone through with the event. So far it has been pretty nice! 4 stars instead of 5 due to the billing website. You cant do auto pay or anything like that, so its EXTREMELY annoying, therefore one star is removed. UPDATED now that Ive had my wedding: Please understand the food, venue, decorations, dj, photo booth, etc. were all absolutely amazing. Where the low rating review comes in is from the pelazzio personnel. Im tired. Plain and simple. Im still attempting to retrieve my missing videos scenes and have repeatedly been blocked by red tape and no willingness to work with me. Weve had 4 coordinators due to high turnover on their side. We discussed every single detail with the 1st two, including videography as we added that with the 2nd coordinator not in the original contract made. Every single detail discussed with the first 2 was lost by Pelazzio. Every single thing had to be rehashed with the 4th and final coordinator and even then numerous questions could not be answered due to how new she was at the time (only a month or 3 into the job). The 3rd coordinator we met at our food tasting event and only discussed simply alcohol details, but she was quickly replaced with the 4th coordinator due to reorganization on their side. This has now turned into a multiple week long problem on how Pelazzio is restricted and cannot send us our wedding video raw footage as was discussed and agreed upon with the 2nd coordinator. They also cannot send us the restrictions placed and have simply kept to our video is locked up behind red tape. This is extremely upsetting. We paid for a 6 hour videographer and only received a 45min condensed version missing several key scenes. I have given the key scenes missing and yet again we are back to square one of they wont provide the missing footage due to contractual restraints. A contract I did not sign and am not allowed to see. It is purely between them and the videographer hired for the event through them. For reference, the key scenes missing are our version of the bouquet toss and our sparkler exit. These are essential scenes they cut pretty much everything out of in the video sent to us. Mind you this is also the same videgrapher we had to have 3 re edits of our 45min video done because of messups on their end and lack of communication from them. Now dont get me wrong the videographer is definitely good and worth it, but dealing with the Pelazzio personnel is simply not. Our coordinator messed up several things day of and beforehand and really just didnt have a lot of answers. This is purely to them being so new. Because of all of these issues, I highly recommend if you choose to go with this venue: - Get a coordinator you trust to deal with your coordinator provided by the venue - Get a videographer for the ENTIRE timeframe which you know and trust and can easily work with directly - Do appetizers and buffet immediately after ceremony if both being done - Make sure games and favors are out on tables immediately after ceremony, your coordinator will not help with this even if theyre aware

We had our wedding here in February 2024 and this will be a long review but I recommend that you read it if you re considering getting married here. As a venue, I would give it 3 stars, but because of the service that Dasia provided us, I have to give it 4 stars. I ll review the venue and then I ll review our event manager. The Venue: As a venue, I think the pros would be the food, the location, and their late hours. We were allowed to end our wedding at 1:00am which was hard to find anywhere else. The hot buffet food was great, even with a 100% Arab wedding and guest list, the food was good and our guests enjoyed it. I must mention though that the pre-reception appetizer table ran out, and alot of our guests did not find anything to eat during cocktail hour. As a venue there were a few cons. Firstly that it is outdated and needs a lot of cleaning and renovation, especially the grand ballroom and its bathrooms. We were told that the bridal suite in the grand ballroom was newly renovated, but it didn t look newly renovated at all. There was black marks on the walls in the ballroom that shouldn t be on the walls of a venue where you are having your most important life event. The venue is definitely not cheap. It may be relatively cheaper compared to other places when you first book it, but as you go along and add things as you get closer to the date, it s definitely not cheap. Also you don t know who your photographer and videographer will be until 2-3 weeks before your wedding, which is extremely stressful. Even on the day we were sent photography and videography staff that were different than the ones assigned to us. Also their floral decorations are basically non existent (we used our own floral decorator). Our event manager (Dasia): When we first booked the venue, we were working with an event manager, she was not professional and used to sing and take phone calls during our meetings. She eventually left thank God, and we were assigned another event manager who we also weren t happy with. She gave us false information and was very difficult to get a hold of. We did not feel like we were taken care of. We felt like the venue was extremely commercial and all they really wanted was our money, and they refused anything we asked them to do for us. We were not happy and we were very close to backing out and going somewhere else and losing all our money but prayed for a solution. Nichelle was so sweet and informative. It was our first time looking at a venue and we were pleasantly surprised how relaxed it was and we weren t feeling pressured. My family and I have made reservations with Pelazzio twice. I celebrated my Quince here back in 2013, and was a success. 10 years later, we are back celebrating my parents 25th Anniversary. Overall, both celebrations were a success and employees, photographer on the day of the party and planning was accounted for properly. The only problem we had in both occasions were practice sessions. Unfortunately, The first time, I was not able to practice at all due to some issues at that time. Recently, we had a hard time trying to practice with lack of dance floor. Luckily, we were able to work around it. Photography is great and so is the Videographer! Very professional and amazing work! Music needed a little bit more party mixes but overall good

Impressive. I was a guest at a wedding here and did not expect much from a strip mall banquet facility. I was 100% wrong. The facility was beautiful. The staff were attentive and professional. Hello, my overall experience was great. I loved my initial coordinator, Mishka Morris. Ms. Morris seemed extremely knowledgeable, provided her professional opinion when I was on the fence about certain things to enjoy her job, and very knowledgeable about the industry. She presented professionally at all times: demeanor and attire. I was disappointed when I was assigned a new coordinator due to Ms. Morris departure. I had initial concerns about Ms. Fonteneaux because after being informed about the change by the GM, I had to reach out to her because I had not been contacted by Ms. Fonteneaux my wedding was less than 10 days away. I would say that Ms. Fonteneaux lacked enthusiasm and was a bit lackadaisical I I had to describe her approach. I delivered my linens favors and other items the day before the wedding and earlier that week, I sent instructions, DJ forms, Order of Service for the nuptials and reception. I arrived about 1:00 p.m. the day of the wedding and found out that the things delivered the previous day had been untouched. had been set out but was assured that Ms. Fonteneaux would be arriving at 3:00 p.m. Ms. Fonteneaux arrived about 3:00 p.m., and we reviewed again everything the items and their placement which had already been emailed a week prior. I was further frustrated at about 4:00 pm I was informed by a member of my wedding party that Ms. Fonteneaux had not begun to set the items out... After getting her makeup completed and dressed, my matron of honor decided to begin unboxing and setting the items up. Ms. Fonteneaux approached and asked if there was anything she could do. My matron of honor explained what needed to be done, began assisting for a few minutes, and then disappeared. As a reminder, I dont know why Ms. Fonteneaux has seemed so confused since I emailed her the instructions. I had no plans for members of my wedding party and a guess to come there to work. Lastly, I had sacraments for communion during the ceremony placed on the table along with the unit candle, only to be informed by the minister that someone had thrown away the sacraments. I would like to say again my overall experience was good and my guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves; they spoke highly of all staff of the venue concerning their professionalism and customer service. I suggest that the bride/groom are not required to complete the survey at the end of the night as I was by Ms. Fonteneaux. I was extremely tired and asked if I could submit it later, but she stated that it needed to be completed that night. Needless to say, my maid of honor withheld information about the setup and lack of assistance from Mr. Fonteneaux until about a week later and I talked with them. I believe the issues and things I experienced with her are training issues and an experienced staff member should have shadowed her until she felt comfortable. Sorry about the delay but I have been quite busy since that day, but I will not hesitate to recommend the venue and would not hesitate to use the venue again.

Might experience in my wedding with my husband was amazing. I want to be very clear and an especial thank you for the photography Amy. Amy not just did her job , but she did more than that . She was all the time checking on me and my husband. My guests all of them came to me to tell how amazing she was with everyone . As I am honest and I think survey is to help to improve things for better , the only thing I think needs improvement is the experience for Vera. However, I know it takes time . She did her job good, but I feel that she was not around in moments that she supposed to be. As mentioned the photographer was checking if I needed water or drink , all the time helping with the dress talking to the guests . Those things I feel it was supuro be Vera around. This is something just for improvement. However, overall we had a perfect night . I totally recommend the place for everyone.
