I dont remember Chuys being this good in the past. The tortillas are better than some places with tortilla in the name. I ordered beef chimichanga and chicken chimichangas were served. I told him the order was wrong and his reply was oh, we don t have beef chimichangas any more. I asked why didn t he tell me that when I ordered them and he replied so you want me to bring you a burrito . Speechless btw the chicken chimichanga tasted like chicken salad chicken. Gross. No offer to remove from my ticket.

My first time here. I think Im finding out that I may not be a Tex-Mex kind of food eater. I mean. I like Mexican food. But I guess not the Tex-Mex combinations. I ordered the Tex-Mex enchiladas. I wasnt a fan of it. Im sure there are plenty of others who love the taste. Customer service and wait staff was excellent. The atmosphere was great. It is an establishment thats worth the visit. I ve been coming to chuys for years to this location and Addison , but this past Sunday July 28th at the Frisco location they dropped the ball in service and food quality, waitress was not attentive to us and it felt like she was as ready to go for the day , we waited for refills on drinks and chips , we also waited 40 minutes for our food to come out . My wife brought it to a manager s attention and it showed our food was sitting at the window for over 30 minutes. We finally got food and it was so bad that we didn t really touch it , manager did comp meal but this experience has me thinking that I might not come back , after over hearing managers comments it sounds like other tables had the same issue ,

We ve never had a bad experience at chuys. The servers are great and are on top of getting you your chips, salsa, and jalapeño ranch dip! They ever give you free chips and ranch dip to go. So I had ordered a nacho kit and they forgot the ground beef. I was upset but mistakes happen I called the restaurant and the manager Jeff was amazing! He kept apologizing and dealt with my bad attitude very politely! Honestly probably more than I deserved. They gave me extra food and gave me a nice gift for the trouble! The nachos were great and the customer service was amazing! Also just a lesson for people in general mistakes happen and try not to take that out on the staff.

Everything was good except receptionist. We were 5 adults and a kid. while walking us to the table she took one of the chairs and never got the highchair for kid. We went back and requested for one again and she never brought any kid of chair again. Keep us waiting for chairs by removing chairs i dont know what kind of behaviour is this. After multiple requests she got one and even then she didnt felt sorry for doing that. Looks very intentional behaviour. But the waiter was nice and food too. Changing the front desk would do good for this place.

Me and my friends we just love coming to this place As we are vegetarians we ordered Chuychanga without meat which was delicious as always. Our server Luke was amazing, he took good care of us and made sure everything was vegetarian. He just looked at us and asked if we were vegetarians and then suggested what things we can order/avoid based on the ingredients. We also ordered Quesadilla, and as you all know the actual menu has Cheese Quesadilla on it but he himself said that he would add veggies in it specially for us, that was so kind of him The ambience is great overall a nice place to have fun and enjoy your food. This location is disgusting. Dirty plates, silverware, and the bathroom isnt clean either. There was hair in our fajita setup today, I let the hostess know I would like to speak to a manager to get it fixed as I can understand things happen, but this is gross. We waited 10 minutes, I approached her again and she said he knows and is sitting in his office. The fact that you are a a manger and know there is hair in a customers food and have no sense of urgency to fix is not only appalling, but its unacceptable. By the time he came out, we were leaving, he offered no apology or even tried to fix it simply said I was with a customer which is a lie. There are way too many other places to eat in the area, I will never return to Chuys due to the awful service at this location.

This place is a texmex gem. Love the funky atmosphere! Our waiter was really good. I loved seeing him help another teammate when she dropped a tray of condiments. He hustled and hustled the whole time we were there. And he was very attentive all the while. The menu is a bit limited, but what we ordered (deluxe combo plate and fajita burrito), both delicious. My only complaint about this restaurant is they add a $2 surcharge to have queso as a topping for burritos/enchiladas. I appreciate the waiter informing us when we ordered, and although the queso is good, it seems excessive to charge $2 for less than a 1/4 cup of cheese sauce.

Was hoping to get good enchiladas here today but was sadly disappointed. I would put what I got on par with a bad frozen microwave dinner. We ordered and literally received our food in under a minute. That was the first sign it was going to be bad. What we got was basically a rolled tortilla with red sauce on it. There was hardly any cheese in it and no con carne mixed in with the red sauce. Honestly, they were the worst enchiladas I ve ever eaten out. This location is a little off when compared to other locations in the DFW area. Service is iffy and very far away from being just okay. Their server turnaround is frequent, so you never see the same server. It has been often when we have sat there and waited at our table for 20 minutes before seeing our server. Once we came at opening time, were the first to get seated, and watched as servers waited on others that came in after us. The atmosphere is very loud and echoey, while other locations are more insulated and buffered. At least the food is good and constant. However we started going to the Plano location when we want Chuys.

On top of recommending me the enchiladas with the boom boom sauce, amazing by the way, my car ran out of gas in the parking lot and He sprinted to His car to get a hose and siphoned gas out of His own car to put in to mine. Family took me th Chuys for my birthday. The place was hopping on a Friday night and the wait was reasonable. Plenty of parking behind the building. Wait staff was friendly even though we had the grump of the century in our group because they didnt have churro beans on the menu. The waiter handled it professionally. I was on the phone with him maybe 1-2 minutes and I had catering menu questions since on chuys website it doesn t show pricing as you have to call in I m not going to spend $300 with someone who seems mad at the world when I just had two simple questions about pricing before I ordered. If he was kind I would have placed the order right then but again he seemed mad. So I called across the street and catered with BBQ instead.

We had a great lunch experience, Thank you, Samm! Try the tres Leches cake, pretty spot on. The food overall was good, Tex Mex done well, cheers! Great for the area!
