I took my case for a work visa, which lasted a few months for natural reasons and when we were ready to file the immigration petition, analyzing the situation at that time, Tomas suggested going for a route that was not so expensive for me. and that in the long term it was going to give me greater benefits, all through legal means, also considering the needs of my employer, it seemed very honest and ethical to me to have considered other factors, which even for him in the long term could represent more work.
