Terrible lawyer . He claims to fight for you And he doesn t . All he wanted was money he claimed to be helping me and at the last court date he didn t do anything. Even the Houston judge would yell at him and tell him counsel is that how you treat your clients ? Terrible did 4 years when I could have got it dismissed for DWI .

I was terrified when I was arrested and charged with a felony I didnt commit. I was recommended Mr. McAllister by a taxi driver of all people, and Im so happy that I contacted him. Robert got my charge dismissed very quickly. I felt his fee was very fair, and his communication is outstanding. He is very quick to respond to calls or messages. He has a very calm and friendly demeanor that greatly helped me get through this terrifying ordeal. If you find yourself in a troublesome situation, where anxiety and distress are the prevalent emotions , there s no better place to go to and no one better to help you than Mr Mcallister. He was straightforward, reassuring and walked me thru the entire unpleasantness. I sincerely hope I never need his services again, but there s no doubt in my mind that if I found myself entangled in a legal situation, he d be the one I would seek.

I have known Robert McAllister for 28 years, he has handled more than 1 case for me. He is well connected in the legal industry and in the Houston marketplace. His understanding of what needs to happen in a case has been spot on. He is a good listener and is professional in his approach. I have been very pleased with the results each time.
