Buena Vista is an exceptional wonderful funeral home to have your memorial service for your loved ones. From the beginning to the very end, they were holding our hands throughout the process. Words cant describe the support, generosity, kindness and love that they exhibit as you are going through the grieving process. Emily, Brenda and many of the staff were always available to answer our questions. They also were so accommodating when our family would change our minds about certain services or features we wanted for the memorial service and plans. Our family highly recommends this funeral home to care and provide you with the plans you need during this difficult grieving time.

Thank you for taking the time to spend time with my cremation and funeral plan. Kudos to Amelia and Angelica to ensure my plan was on target. Especially my payment plan and for Amelia taking the time to physically take me to my actual place of rest the day after i signed off on my contract. To the public, nake arrangements now, cuz it eilk be a hardship on your loved ones when its our time.

UPDATE: 07/11/2024: THEY SENT THE WRING DISBURSEMEBR CHECK AGAIN!!!! WE WERE FINALLY ABLE TO CLOSE THIS CHAPTER IN OUR LIVES! UPDATE: 11/05/2023: FOR THE 2ND TIME I WAS SENT THE WRONG DISBURSEMENT CHECK! THESE MISTAKES OCCUR SO OFTEN THAT THEY MUST BE ON PURPOSE! 0 STARS! YOUR DECEASED LOVED ONE WILL BE GIVEN THE SAME AMOUNT OF DIGNITY IF THEIR BODY WERE THROWN IN A SEWER IN A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY!!!!

Every detail of the service was handled with finesse from start to finish. The facilities such as the living room, bathrooms and dining room were very clean, the projections and information about our loved one were very good. Even the awning and the water bottles at the end were very timely. I thank Ms Lulu for her willingness and speed with the letters of attendance at the funeral, (for work), the attention received, her empathy and professionalism and the delicacy with which she handled difficult moments for the family.

I would not recommend this funeral home. The staff was not ready with my loved one and was putting make up on while I have family coming in to pay their respects. They removed the Scapular from my moms body and called us to pick up 3 weeks later to pick it up. That was very upsetting. No one told them to do that and they didnt even ask. They discarded the belongings that I asked them to give me and still 3 weeks later havent given me answers. Very unprofessional!!!

We had our dad s funeral held here (Nov 2021). Mom was in 2015. Del Angel is centrally located, clean/neat and Staff are patient and helpful. While this could be a very overwhelming experience, the process from start to finish was seamless and as smooth as possible. Entire Staff was caring and professional. We were blessed to have such wonderful people helping us out. Our Family will never forget what Del Angel Funeral home did for us during this crucial time. Thank you!
