Go to another law firm. It s been almost two months since they settled my case. I have not heard anything from them or Jessica the case manager, junior lawyer or whatever she is since I agreed to the settlement amount and now she will not return my calls or email. To add insult to injury, Jessica told me I was offered $2000 LESS than the total amount that was actually paid. I m sending a grievance to the Texas bar if I do not hear from her or anyone in that office by next week. Also, I sent her my ER bills because she stated that they were going to pay them. They never did and now all my ER bills are in collections.

Worst experience I ve ever had. For starters , communication is terrible. I worked with them 6 months for my auto injury claim & I ve barely heard from them. You cannot reach them in the office because the call center picks up and doesn t relay the messages. While explaining my frustration about miscommunication, Jessica the case manager, was very much rude!!!! I had to come to the office 30mins away from my home to get some type of resolution. I ve had an open auto case with them for around 9-10 months, they have yet to give me any information about my case. When you call, they are NEVER available to speak. The process took ~9 months to complete and the ONLY time I spoke or saw Roy was when he handed me the settlement check. His office team is busy with clients and the phone constantly rings - so they re busy. Its been more than 2 months since the lawsuit was filed and supposedly it still hasnt received an offer. I try to I communicate with her and she doesnt answer and when she answers it is very reluctantly. My new lawyer ordered the records and he has not yet sent them. I do not recommend working with them. I call the Office and the Intek department answers. Communicate with Customers who are feeding you, care about the lessons and well-being of the Customers.

I was sitting still when I was rear ended and that was four months ago. I haven t had much communication from this office. They can t seem to expedite anything, and I don t have a fixed car. Extrem dissaponitments seldom can be reached, always gives conflicting information. Going on 16 months, to this day he has not been able to get my medical reports. I feel helpless, never agree to be represented by someone you have never heard BEWARE!

Very difficult to get ahold of. In their defense, once you get ahold of one of the representatives from the firm, they are very helpful. Case has been going on now for 14 months, and could have went faster if more accessable. I will update review upon completion of my case.
