If your gluten-free this place will make u feel like a normal person. Litrally gluten free person heaven. Then gluten free chicken nuggets are the best tossed in honey hot just like a boneless wing plus their sweet potato fries will have u coming back for more. I can also drink there ranch its so good. There bugers are also the best with a soft and yummy gluten free bun. Honestly I love coming because there always consistant and friendly. I will keep coming back forever !!!

We visited with our 4 kids- the food in general was forgetable and the atmosphere was very noisy, VERY WARM and very cramped. The floors were sooo greasy and slippery. Although it was busy on a Sunday afternoon, the restrooms and general facility were so poorly upkept and not a place we will plan to go back to. This location appears far disconnected from the image portrayed from the restaurant creator and other locations.

My wife, my step daughter her husband and our two grandkids stopped for lunch. Had a single party burger with tots. Wife got nuggets and sweet potato fries! OMG, the burger was really good....Hot, fresh with amazing fixings.....added bacon and it was tasty! My grandson had hot dog which looked amazing. Grandson played on playground and had a ball! Edit. So todays national Burger day. Theres a lot of places having deals and a burger sounded good to everyone. Since we didnt have my fav burgerfi around where we now live, we decided to give hat creek another try. Unfortunately, hat creek burger doesnt recognize national burger day...The guy on the phone thought I was playing . Its completely fine that there wasnt a deal or special. I just found it kind of strange for a burger company.... Nice little burger spot that the family would visit. Unfortunately we wont be going back because they did away with the family packs. I took away a star for that. 4 to 3. Forunatley theres better for the price all over.

I love a good cheeseburger, so I decided to try out Hat Creek. The young lady up front that took my order was very polite and did take my order accurately! The peanut butter shake was very rich and tasty! After waiting about 10 minutes, my order finally came out. I attempted to eat inside with my kid but she kept complaining on how cold it was inside, so we went to the to the patio like area that was outside. I don t think that was a good idea because we had to battle the flies that were swarming there. The burger was only ok. It was not hot and our fries and tator-tots($.50 up charge for tatortots) were not hot either. I honestly wanted to take the entire order back. After spending $34 on an 1-adult meal and 1-kids meal, please make sure my order is hot!

Burger is a higher quality than fast food chain (McD, Jack, etc), but inferior when compared with others in the same price bracket. Buns were saturated in grease and juices from the meat patties. The food s (burgers and side) Taste, Flavor, and Texture didn t have a WoW factor. Food is mediocre for price. Atmosphere and service is great but facilities do need to be clean up. Mostly everything was covered in grease (doors, table, floor, self serve beverage station, cleaning station)

The staff if the only problem the only thing that they were worried about was the time through the drive-through, which the manager repeatedly mentioned to me how important it was the rudeness, and nothing on accomplish. We order a delivery order for my company, not only was the delivery over an hour late the resturant was unhelpful and even hung up on me. They noted the driver was a third party driver, however we ordered through the company itself, not through a third party site. They noted they gave the driver our number but would do nothing else. When I asked when they gave the driver our number, since we had no way of calling the driver, they just hung up on us. It doesn t matter if the food was ok or not, for an event an hour late, with no updates or caring is unacceptable.

The place is like a modern sports bar restaurant with plenty of parking. We went an hour before closing so my review could have been different if I went during the day. Atmosphere was nice with plenty of indoor/outdoor seating with tables and benches. TVs mounted to watch sports All the tables were dirty so we had to clean it up ourselves for a table. I ordered the Classic burger and my girl ordered the Pretzel burger Classic Burger - basic double patty with bacon and there sauce - it was salty and a bit bland, not really a pop of flavor at all Pretzel Burger - A bit skeptical because most pretzel burgers Ive tried the bread would be stale, but this burger was actually decent (soft with some flavor) Fries - Standard cut fries were seasoned, but was okay, it was a bit chewy. They have a couple beers/IPAs on tap. Theres a playground outside for kids, in my opinion, if you have a playground for kids, at least keep the cleanliness with the outside floors better as kids are running around barefoot as Ive seen. (Bottom of that kids feet was black!)

Had a wonderful experience at Hat Creek Thursday 28 March 2024. Went with my son and boyfriend around 4pm. There was a slow stream of customers coming in and out to dine in. Service was very quick and staff was helpful. All of the burgers were incredibly delicious and the fries were fresh. My son had fun playing on the play set after we finished eating. I recommend trying the sauces and the dragonfruit frosty.

The building was fairly full when we walked in but there was no-one in line. We waited a few minutes to be served standing at the counter and the associate did not smile or seem interested in our presence. Once we received our food everything was great. The queso is delicious but not extravagant, the burgers are great but simple in flavor profile. The sauces were very good, especially the happy sauce! If Im in the area I would visit again and try the desserts. Very kid friendly atmosphere and food/dessert selection. Dietary restrictions: The lettuce wrap and offer bowl options for your burgers and chicken sandwiches. Wow! Outstanding food and service. This place is hard to beat, especially if you have super energized kids like mine and need a place for them to go play. Today we tried their burgers, chicken and fried pickles. It was all spectacular. Aside from the food the manager was the best part, extremely friendly and made us feel so welcome and not rushed. The food is really good, and the kids play area does kill some time for waiting families with kids, but the total time to get your food is bad. Very slow service, we waited over 40 minutes. I drive by here all the time and finally decided to give it a try. When looking at the menu the food looks amazing, once we got home we were shocked. The burgers were small for the price and honestly didn t taste that great, the fries tasted like oil, and our fried pickles were soggy. Even though we waited at the window for 10 minutes before anyone came I gave the service 4 stars because she gave us an extra shake because she made to much. Every time we come here we have a great time! The food is a tad expensive but the quality is top-notch and everything is tasty. I highly recommend the burgers although their grilled chicken sandwich is moist and yummy. The play area is nice for young children (babies up to early elementary). Kid at the register was rude and made a snarky comment about how they work hard to provide fresh food. Our food took almost 35 minutes to come out and when it finally came out my husbands burger was wrong even though the receipt showed he said no onions they still put onions on the burger. The loaded fries were just room temperature fries with cold shredded cheese dumped on top of them. The cheese was not melted at all. The family used to really enjoy coming here but lately its been very disappointing. Food is hit or miss. The biggest disappointment is waiting 15-20 mins to just get cold food and over seasoned fries. You can tell they have the little hat burgers premade because they are always warm/cold and cheese isnt even melted. A couple years ago, the food would always come out hot. And for the price you pay ($55+ for 4 burger combos with upgraded drinks) you expect better quality. And as others have mentioned, customer service at the drive thru is very unpleasant. We have experienced poor service with several different workers. They always make it very clear that theyre inconvinced by the slightest request or questions about the menu. It is disappointing to see a place that you used to enjoy decline. I really hope management makes an effort to actually listen to their customers, assess feedback and make the necessary changes to improve these areas that people keep bringing to their attention. As for now I will stick to making burgers at home.

The double hat cheeseburger is amazing and I love that you can get french fries or tater tots for your side. I recommend the tater tots as they are amazing! This place is great to bring the family. The service is fast and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Indoor and outdoor seating. Playground for the kids. Outdoor seating has fans to keep you cool while you watch the game or kids playing.

The food is very good, my favorite was the one with pieces of chili the bad thing is that all the burgers are small (the size of a junior Whopper). The cost ranges from 7 to 8 dollars for adult burgers and you have to add another 4 dollars to make it a combo. They have the option of French fries or sweet potato fries. The options for Children are a beef burger, chicken burger, chicken nuggets or hotdog and cost around $5 dollars each package with fries and soda, juice or milk. They have ample free parking. There is an air-conditioned dining room and a covered outdoor dining room. They also have a childrens area with games but it is not covered or air-conditioned. Well, this was our first visit. We ordered ahead and picked up. We received none of the three sauces we requested (which was part of the draw of coming here), no straws, no napkins. Awesome service ! They really go the extra mile for their customers! I ordered an order online( do not recommend) and it was cold with food missing. The manager I believe, with glasses had the order remade and brought it to my car. I really appreciated that. However, the food is not the best . So I came here today, and I have to say the burger I got was Delicious everything on the burger was incorporated very well. Good season on the meat patty I added grilled onions, the mustard & mayonnaise on point lettuce was fresh and the fry sauce was good as well. Now as for the actual french fries, I think it could ve been done a lot better to me. They were just a little bland, a little too hard, somewhat stale but they were Okay and I ordered regular french fries. I probably pass on the french fries next time. Now, as far as the establishment it very nice very clean it s family friendly. They actually have an outside play area which you don t see very often at some fast food/restaurant chains, i m not sure if they were dog friendly though. So the family can come out but maybe not the dogs but the employees were also very nice with excellent customer service. Not sure if they get packed during the day but I went around 8 o clock so there wasn t that much traffic there. And they serve alcohol !!Overall the burgers are a must try.

Food is very good. The play set for kids is really great too. We ve come here often and have enjoyed the experience when we dine in. Recently did a carry out order and then ordering and pick were simple. Only critique has been going through the drive-thru there have been a couple times when orders were off or the request for sauce was disregarded or avoided. Sort of odd. We love coming here as a family. Its very child friendly with the play area and plenty of places to sit either in the semi open air or full AC. The burgers and nuggets are great (and gluten free) and the Paleo bowls are a nice touch. The tater tots are a fave also. Decided to try this place because of the playground, was not expecting the food or the service to be this amazing for that reasonable of a price. The playground is super cool. My toddler had a blast. The astroturf is the softest I ve ever stepped on. The slide is one of those that creates static and shocked me, but it was pretty funny to see my kid with Super Sayan hair. I got the chicken Caesar and it was delicious. Dressing was perfectly tangy and the chicken was fork tender. My wife had a cheeseburger and despite ruining it with ketchup even I liked it. I tried a bite of the halfling s chicken nuggies and I don t think he ll ever ask for McDonald s again. Plus, they re gluten free. Even the service was great. I was super tired and the gentleman that took my order was super gracious about it. We will definitely be back. Kid-friendliness: Awesome playground
