I was rear ended in 2022. I thought I was okay but my injuries escalated and I couldnt work or function for 3 months. My friend is a well known attorney in Texas and he recommended Alan and Rashon saying that they took excellent care of him during his accident. The last thing I wanted to consider was the fact that the offending party was underinsured, my car will be in the shop for months, which PT to see, who to see for pain management, neurosurgery, and how all insurance parties may decline helping me. All I wanted to focus on was getting better so that I can provide for my family. Alan and Rashon handled every single detail and referral. They were also extremely responsive from calls, texts and virtual notaries. I always felt like I was their family member and their priority. I spoke to other accident attorneys and it felt like I was being coached to say or do things that I wasn t comfortable with. That was never the case here, I felt and knew they were always doing the right things for the right reasons. I recommend Alan and Rashon to all of my loved ones and I highly recommend them as the first point of contact after first responders and your insurance company.

Andres is PHENOMENAL, Rashaun is just as AMAZING! Alan is just as RADIANT as he seems! They all worked diligently with me, and patiently, in addition to keeping me updated about every step of the case. Dont know what they have to go through to have a triumphant case, but they did incredible! As someone they represented, all I can say is, they were Unbelievably Great!!! Make sure that you apply patience. Getting cases resolved, isnt always an overnight feat. My case was initiated, in the middle of 2022. But they resolved it within months. I would highly recommend their services! Highly! And they treat you like humans, instead of numbers.

The Kolodny Law Firm was the second attorney to handle my accident. I was not severely injured, and the city of Houston ticketed the other driver. My first attorney made a decision the claim was not worthy of pursing and advised I should be satisfied to settle with about $1,000 in my pocket. Alan and his staff were much more discerning. The Kolodny firm did the work, made the arguments and gained me at least 6 times what a probate focused attorney thought was adequate! KEY: hire an attorney that is experienced, professional (yet, very friendly and courteous) that SPECIALIZES in the area of the law in which your issue falls. Friends of friends are not a good basis for contracting with an attorney. Should I ever be involved in another accident (hope it does NOT happen) I will IMMEDIATELY call The KOLODNY LAW FIRM!! The Kolodny Law Firm and Roshon Murrill are the Best!! My case was an old case from 2018 I had 2 different lawyers before hiring Roshon Murrill, the lawyers before him were not doing their jobs but God knew what he was doing I didnt!!
