The food was the least favorite part of the place. Ordered two boil bags and the shrimp was chewy and slimy. It was replaced but not much changed the second batch. It turned my stomach and I will not be returning. I have been to many boils across the country and this is my least favorite. Maybe it was a bad batch but for the price its not worth taking a chance. I try to be fair in all of my reviews as I eat out pretty frequently local and when I travel.

I stopped by today with a couple of friends and the food was beyond amazing! I ve always enjoyed coming here and bringing my family. But today was the worst time I ve had here. I ordered the Caribbean and asked for no sausage but an extra corn and I received my order with lots of sausage and no corn. The server took my plate and took the sausage off and added the corn and it was plane and dry with no sauce!!! I asked for sauce due to it not having none at all on it and she gave us some but charged for it when it wasn t our fault. Our eggs and potatoes were real hard and I found a hair in my food.. like I mentioned worst experience ever. Not coming back when we would always come here all the time

Crab legs are what size they should be, speaking snow crab legs. Not since pre COVID, most places that serve snow crab legs are, in my opinion, from the same place that a certain two chickenestablishments shop at. I am back in crab legs Heaven! Second time coming to eat here. The lobster roll was amazing. Very well served, fresh and delicious. The server was very knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to answer all my questions. Was going to go eat there with my brother, but wait to be seated was 1 hr, so i ordered to go. Dozen raw oysters, the fried catfish/oyster combo, and steamed Dungeness crab and a bread pudding. Came back inside a half hr latrr and was told it was ready. Then told they didnt have bread pudding but i could get one for free (which i had already paid for) if i come back. Was handed 2 bags. I opened them to check, My entire fried meal was missing, and i was given only 1 tiny cocktail sauce for a dozen oysters. No melted butter for crab, no catsup for fries and no lemon for oysters or catfish. I asked for that and they found my fried meal and brought it out, gave me 2 extra cocktail sauces, but had no lemons, no catsup, no melted butter. Stopped by store to buy lemons, cocktail sauce, horseradish and butter. The oysters were excellent. The fried meal was very good. The Dungeness crab was not to my liking as it was coated in a sauce and really messy to eat. It also overpowered the crab. I think if you really enjoy steamed crab, lobster, etc you may eant to order just steamed without any sauce. I plan on doing that next time. Normally i LOVE Dungeness crab, but this wasnt very good due to the garlic butter, seasonings on top of the crab, that you still need to crack to open. Id suggest steaming the crab, and having the sauce on the side to dip in as well as melted butter and LEMON... not LIME. I think the restaurant will do well if they get the kinks out. Like having all items on the menu (i also wanted gumbo, and was told they were out like the bread pudding). Also get lemon, tartar sauce. Provide enough condiments for to go meals. Double check that order is complete for to go meals. Will go back and try again in a month or so, to give them time to get things going smoothly. Editing bc thrley have been open for a while now. and I now go here regularly. Some of the freshest oysters in town. Very good crab and their fried fish and butterfly shrimp are really good. Service has been excellent ever since that 1st time.

On my birthday my mom had called crab Station, and a girl answered the phone and did everything in her power to ensure that when we came in, I could have a birthday dinner there that did not contain gluten. El Paso is a very hard place to find anywhere to eat that can follow your dietary restriction, LAUREN, went above and beyond to do this for me and my mom, she was extremely sweet and so willing to give us the best service and one of the best meals and nights ever! Her customer service is amazing and anyone she takes care of will definitely leave with a smile. Thank you so much and I ll definitely be coming here often thanks to her.

Ok so my review is mixed, although food was great. Service could use some improvement. Although we may have caught the servers at rough time, possibly due to all the craziness with other customers, their attitude could be improved. What really got under my skin was I witnessed a male (had his hair up in a bun) employee leave the toilet without washing hands. As I was using sink to wash hands from eating, he left the toilet stall straight out the restroom. We definitely will not be returning customers.

Some food was decent and okay. Service was aweful. Took about 30 mins to an hour to create a simple, thin burger. By the time the rest of my party was about done eating their food, his burger barely came out! And this was no outstanding burger! You probably could have got a better burger at Applebees. With no apology about the wait or trying to fix the problem. Then when confronted about the wait with no apology and demanded to take the meal off or at least good chunk of money, they barely took ok $1.50! That was not okay! Then we demanded more to be taken off and to talk to the manager, the manager hid behind the POS computer and offered to take off 10% and gratuity. Just fixing our receipt took so much time, we just decided to leave it at that with no tip! Also this was our first time! And would not go again due to horrible service served with excuses and okay food.

Came in on a Saturday night. The place was packed with good music playing. Started off with the Cajun parm oysters delicious! Then we had the Snow Crab, headless shrimp with the Shazam sauce. Snow Crab legs and shrimp are big and so tasty !

This place claims to be an oyster bar- beware DO NOT GET THE OYSTERS!! The oysters were large, chewy, huge attached feet and almost inedible- we ordered a dozen, what a mistake - basically ate 4 and couldn t stomach the rest- Tried the crab cakes, which were actually very good- they come with 5 small patties but the inside was delicious with little filler. Top shelf margarita was VERY sweet- couldn t order again- no real bar tender so beware what you order. Overall we will NEVER go back, however our waitress was good- besides the fact that she hasn t tried anything on the menu and couldn t give any real recommendations- Eat at our own risk - the boil prices look way over priced -
