I was in a car accident last year and Im so glad I was able to use them for my case. Gomez Law firm actually started to help my family about 10 years ago for my moms car accident. So there was a sense of familiarity as well. However each time they helped us tremendously and this time I walked out feeling completely satisfied. The timing wasnt prolonged, the payout was more than I thought and they were able to help me lower my medial costs. They also always treated me with utmost respect and no matter when I called they were always available to help me with any information i needed. I was unfortunately involved in an auto accident as pedestrian in April of this year. Initially I was planning on hiring a family friend to represent me in this matter but she apparently had my suit low on her list of priorities so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Great experience! Staff and lawyers are very nice, and extremely knowledgeable. Best choice I ever made. I didnt know what to do and who would be best to help us after our accident. I went there and the owner yelled at me because I was trying to go back into the facility to retrieve my divorce documents. I was appalled. Super unprofessional. Im an ER nurse, well respected and was treated so shockingly. Close down already. The response is a flat out lie. I was trying to walk in the way I entered before and the owner yelled at me as I approached the door. It wasnt even 5 p.m at that point. It was 4:45. So, they would close in 15 mins. So disgustingly rude. One of my co workers said she had a similar experience with his unprofessionalism and rudeness as well. I wish I would have asked her about them before I considered using their services. No star is accurate.
