I highly recommend The Carlson Law Firm. I brought them a car accident insurance case from an accident in 2013 that I was not able to get over the finish line on my own. I had worked with my insurance company for 11 years and could not get them to recognize my future medical needs. So, I did not accept any settlement. Instead, I looked to Roberto Flores and Amanda Hernandez who were amazing and got me a settlement well beyond my expectations. Robertos negotiation skills are exceptional. Someone t-boned me in a shopping center at the beginning of February 2023 and I m glad I contacted The Carlson Law Firm! They helped me get medical attention and dealt with the insurances, both mine and theirs. I did get pay out for my vehicle within a month from their insurance. I spoke with the attorney once but dealt with paralegal Jullie throughout the whole ordeal, which was a delight! I did finally get a settlement until November with a few snags with the insurance along the way but the firm got it done. I was pleased with the outcome and amount of settlement. We had our accident on 02/14/2021. A friend said one of their family members used Carson law firm so we called them. They gave us a list of doctors and chiropractors around our area to call to set up appointments. Outstanding lawyer John....Even fought and doubled the amount we supposed to get paid. Last year we were 250 employees that filed a class action on our federal company. Before then, I didnt even know about Carlson Law and everyone of my employees were disappointed with what we all received and our lawyer was acting like she wasnt with us after mediation. I am a past client of Carlson Law Firm. I am a senior led an active life, I managed two business, and was socially active. i was rear-ended by a city bus. 100% the buses fault. The medication has made me lethargic and inactive...and i am not having the quality of life previous to the accident. When i called i told them i wasnt interested in a quick settlement that i wanted to be fairly compensated and i would have no problem to going to court even with the possibility of me losing and getting nothing. They seem to be a law firm the specializing in quick settlements and moving on. Their first offer was 5k. Not much for a lifetime of pain. if you are interested in a quick settlement that will buy you a nice TV give them a call. Otherwise you might consider contacting someone else.

I had a very difficult and up-hill battle custody case. My first lawyer was not supportive and it felt like she was not on my side. Hired a attorney for 6 months, no court date, wasn t seeing my girls on my court order, no legal action was taken, and was told the person who was suppose to be my attorney, is looking for a monitor for the other parent I m fighting against.
