Horrible service, everything kept getting delayed and the bills kept going up. They kept telling me they was working on it and it should be resolved soon, after waiting for over a year and no longer having confidence in them I switched. My lawyer said that everything they had done was a huge mess and initially hurt me on the case. With my new lawyer, the trial was ended in 2 months and I won, although not everything I could have. The lawyer from this firm had messed up a lot of paper work and everything I was owed was never given because of how she wrote the first orders. The new lawyer said that she just wasn t very knowledgeable in this field and that s why my case went they way it did. On top of charging me fee after fee after fee, for work they said they did and wrote down but nothing was ever shown. Please save your money and go somewhere else. I would have lost my case with this firm.

I would not recommend this law firm if you have a SERIOUS injury from a car accident. Theyre just another big law firm that only cares about how much money THEY will get and not their client. I used them after I was in a car accident that totaled out my car and left me with herniated disks in my lower back and neck. After they sent me to the chiropractor and pain specialist and I was ready to move on with closing my case the communication was non existent. I would always have to call them to get updates. I understood that these things took time, but no communication at all on their end was very frustrating. In the end after everything was settled, they got over $3500 more than I did, and left me with VERY little for me to be able to keep up with treatment (which I asked many times that they made sure my future expenses at the chiropractor would be included in the settlement). Now if you arent seriously injured and are looking to make a quick buck then maybe use them. But for me, I still have back pain to this day and Im only 22. So I will have to go the rest of my life with zero compensation left for my back pain that was caused by an accident that wasnt my fault. DO NOT USE BAILEY AND GALYEN.

Yes, it is true the attorney you start out with, will leave the firm in the middle of your case.
