I called about a rental property and while the attorneys didn t handle my particular legal issue, Jennifer emailed me back within an hour or so with referrals. We had an issue with a property we purchased where additional restrictions were added from the seller. Troy took the time to meet with me via zoom and went over line by line what each line meant and then finding the loop hole on how to remove those restrictions in layman terms. He communicated throughly with me on the steps and executed it perfectly! We now are breathing a sigh of relief! If you need a rockstar, Troy is your man! Hands down he knows his field!

Mr. Trey Wilson responded within minutes - late evening on a federal holiday! I found him on Google and completed the online contact form late Saturday evening. I expected to hear back on Tuesday because Monday was Memorial Day, but I was shocked when he emailed me right away inquiring about my situation. We communicated back and forth. Every single piece of advice he gave me was helpful! He even sent me the exact TREC form I needed to complete the request for release of my earnest money! It worked!!! I did what he advised and received my earnest money back. He never charged me a dime, I can t believe it. I am VERY GRATEFUL to Mr. Wilson!

If I could give Trey Wilson and his team a thousand stars I would not hesitate to do so. I contacted Mr. Wilsons office in a panic. In the midst of purchasing a home the sellers tried to walk away from the contract and attempted to do so without repercussion. Needless to say my emotions were high when I contacted Mr. Wilson. The moment he called me back and spoke with me I felt an immediate release of stress. He is courteous, a consummate professional and on all levels a persons person. He was easy to speak with and always responsive via any means (text, phone or email). I knew by how he dealt with our situation that this guy is AWESOME.
