I went through the drive through and their screen didn t work. I payed for 2 happy meals, one with extra fries and one with apple slices, and with buffalo sauce. When I got my food there was no sign of buffalo sauce, no apple slices, the drinks barely had any drink or ice, and the service teen was rude. I genuinely do not recommend going there at all.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Good afternoon. I had a very bad experience at your location. I was first in line and all I wanted was a medium coffee. The shift leader said that I have to wait. I was in line since 11:48am. It seemed line they were more concerned about drive thru than the customers that were in the restaurant. I was on my lunch break and I don t think that s its fair to ignore us. The shift leader was rude to me she spoke Spanish as well, yelling at the rest of her team. You attracted more bees with honey instead of vinegar. She would give me her name. She had on glasses and a long ponytail. Then I heard her telling the team not to assist us because the kiosk comes first. What about the customers that only have cash like myself. The kiosk doesn t give change. Both of my kids work here and one of them is on the schedule for 7 days without any days off. Mined you that he is a minor and not only will I stop here I m going to the labor laws with this situation with my kids. I will never come back here and I hope you can get better people to run your store because when I asked to speak with the manager they she said that I have to make an appointment. Really this was the worst experience I ve ever had at a fast food place.

I came here strictly to bring my kids to the PlayPlace. I have very (very) low expectations for cleanliness in a McDonald s, but this place was next level. Trash littering the floors because the receptacles were stuffed down and still more than overflowing, dried ketchup and etc. stuck on multiple tables. The PlayPlace was fun and exactly what we were looking for, but the nastiness doesn t seem worth it again. As an FYI to anyone trying to enter, it s easiest to park on the right as soon as you pull in, then cross that street. Walk across the stone decorations, and the door is right there. Swing thru the drive thru for something quick. Get to the window to get the food. Employee hands me the first bag, hands me one of my kids happy meals and then drop the second one between my car and the wall. Not a problem accidents happen but what blows my mind is instead of fixing a new one... the guy sends a co worker out to PICK IT UP OFF THE GROUND AND HAND IT TO ME. I said, no, you need to make a new one. We arent taking something that yall dropped on the ground. There must have been a language barrier of some sort because just waved at me and walked off. Absolutely disgusting Makes me wonder do they drop stuff inside and pick it up to serve to customers as well

Good food and good price. Nice presentation from the building, location, and staff. **Update 10/16/23** Im not sure what happened to the prices of the Mcdouble, but I ordered 4 of them and it was over $12! I couldnt believe it. I said something at the window and then all of a sudden they told me the total was $8. Not real sure where the other $4 was coming from but I always remember them being $1.07 including tax and I will never pay $3 for a mcdouble. That was crazy! Needless to say when we got our food the burgers looked liked a 2 year old slapped them together with most of the ketchup and mustard on the wrapper and the cheese was still cold on 3/4 of it because it was hanging outside of the burger and the rest was melted to the wrapper. This was a very unpleasant experience and I am likely not going to be eating here for a long while until I get that craving for a quarter pounder w/ cheese. It makes me realize that sometimes we need to slow down because faster isnt always better.

Can never get a correct order here. You ask for no veggies there will still be pickles. Today I waited in curbside for 20 minutes, for an app ordered double quarter pounder with bacon. Only to get home and discover that my sandwich had no bacon. This has happened many times on many different orders. This location is the worse location in longiew and has some of the most uninterested employees ive ever sceen. After having a career in customer service fast food i understand the frustration if the job but after sitting at the drive through speaker for 5:32 mi utes and then pulling up and trying to order at the window the young lady was not happy that we didnt order at the unordable speaker and told us we couldnt order food and wanted to walk away and like we had inconvenienced her so much that we deserved an attitude. After trying to call the store while we waited to let them know what was up and why we didnt order and recieving the attude we did we drove off since we where not allowed to order. This is not the first time we have had issues with this location. The employees do not care about there jobs or there customers and the food is not fresh and the lack of managment and structure of how a resturant is ran is so nonexsistant that it makes me not want to visit again. Id rather drive to the other sife of town for mc donalds than go to the one located 3 mins from my house.

This place is never very clean but this time was very dirty. Every table was dirty with food or spilled drinks making it unable to sit. The play area had thick ranch or ice cream all over the floor and every table was worse than the dining area. I know workers taking food to tables see s it. (Not the first time I ve seen it like this. Last time we went there was on spring break and same issues with bbq sauce all over floor and benches. We cleaned up so we could sit. I seen a worker walk past it as nothing was wrong) Couldn t miss it. It was a very large area. No straws or lids for kids cups. No wonder every empty table had spilled drinks all over them. And the drink area was filthy. Ice and drink spills are normal for that area and understandable but it looked like it had been hours since cleaned. I go there very little, usually as a treat a few times a year for the kids to play for a reward but I told kids we were leaving. No where to sit to eat. No one was out cleaning anything. I never leave bad reviews anywhere. Always finding something positive to justify the why s but nothing positive today. Other than cashier was nice.

Usually don t have much bad to say, but this time it was terrible. Got the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich was so sloppy when I opened it it fell apart when I took a bite. I opened it and the tomatoes aren t even whole. I ended up eating the chicken only because my bread was a soggy mess. The service wasn t good either.
