Your staff at the Rowlett location are amazing. Every staff member I passed, asked if they could help me find something. Seriously, every one of them asked. Nobody saw a customer coming and made themselves scarce, like elsewhere. Inventory is commendable. When I did ask an employee that was stocking on the aisle I was browsing, I was incredibly impressed with their knowledge. Didnt expect someone busting their butt stocking shelves to know the nuances of Texas bourbon, but there I was talking about too much vanilla in Texas Ranger with this guy. Super awesome. The cashier was equally awesome. Company: Give the entire staff a raise. Open a location in Southwest Oklahoma. You people reading this review: Shop here.

We order kegs every 6-8 weeks from Specs and normally we have no issues but we have had nothing but problems this time around. We ordered a keg a week ago and was told it would be in on Thursday, after calling to check if it had came in yet, no one seems to know what s going on and why the keg hasn t made it yet. After speaking to someone yesterday she finally told me that the keg won t be in until Wednesday of next week, 11 days after ordering. Disappointed with Specs. Seems like if the beer guy wasn t working no one in the store knew anything about our order.

I go when the people Im with either want/need to pick something up from there. The times Ive gone have had demos. The demos Ive tried on other occasions have been tequila, vodka, various wines. My most memorable was gin, and the individual that did the demo. Very knowledgeable individual. Had his drink in a premixed container he used to pour into lil cups.

I really enjoy visiting this location. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the wine expert always has great suggestions and spends time with me trying to find something that fits any occasion. The store definitely has inventory of everything and a variety including an aisle of mixes and snacks. Its a very clean place and the prices are competitive. They do have a club where you get discounts and they have quantity discounts on wine.

I love that I have a Specs just 5 minutes away. Quick in and out. All the staff is friendly. On this visit I grabbed me a bottle of Sueño de Atzo tequila and strolled through their walk in cigar humidor. Cannot go wrong with Oliva Series V maduros. Very nice selection including quality name brand minis in a tin box. Pay cash or with debit card and you get a nice discount.

I always have a good experience here but my most recent visit was a great one. Went to buy liquor and decided to check out their cigar humidor room out of curiosity. Julie was in there working and we got to chat with her a bit. She has an awesome personality and told us everything we needed to know about cigars. She introduced me to the world of cigars with my first one chosen by her. The Nub Nuance Double Roast was a wonderful start. It smelled like chocolate and tasted like a chocolate coffee. Thank you so much Julie for the suggestion and wonderful conversation! If you see her in the humidor, I definitely recommend stopping by to visit and learn about cigars.

Great place to go for all of your party and alcohol needs. I was really suprised to go into the store and see that they had coffee beans available, but I am here for it. 9/2/22: Stopped by for the first time to check out this location. There was plenty of parking and the store was very clean. Nicole greeted me and asked if she could help me. I asked about sipping rums, and she took me to that aisle. She offered up some insight and recommendations and was very friendly. She made me feel like a valued customer. There were plenty of staff members around, and pretty much everyone seemed friendly. This store is much larger than the one in Sachse.

Good variety of spirits and beers, with the exception of non-alcoholic beer. They only had 6 packs and they were more pricey than the grocery store. I needed some cheap vodka to make extracts and a gentleman came over to provide some insight. He seemed a little tipsy by the way he was talking and the smell coming from him. Ended ip buying a 750ml bottle of vodka for $6.99. They have 2 prices, a cheaper price for debit/cash payments and a more expensive price is for credit card payments.

Easy in, easy out, ample parking. Excellent selections of all the spirits one might think they need. If service or other assistance is needed for making selections, the assistance is always readily available. Specs is the best in the Rockwall/ Rowlett area for your spirits mixers, wines, beers or other products. I have returned and my opinion hasnt changed!
