This firm is definitely one to consider! They are attentive, take your concerns seriously, and make sure you feel reassured and validated. When I first came here, my case manager did not fulfill his promises and basically ghosted me, including when I needed to discuss important updates. Frustrated, I sent a detailed email to Gaby, who had initially been a part of my consultation. Despite sending my email at 8pm on a weekday, I received a call shortly after 9am the next day from Ashley Bernice, my new case manager! Ashley has been absolutely fantastic. She answered all my questions, responded in a reasonable time frame, and even checked in from time to time. She also listened to everything I was struggling with and set me up with the appropriate resources. It was a stark contrast to my initial experience and completely changed the way I felt about the firm. Personal injury can be incredibly traumatizing and stressful, and working with Ashley has taken a lot off my shoulders. I felt that I could finally prioritize myself and that I would be taken care of instead of having to do everything myself. It s so common for businesses to not take their customers concerns seriously, and I truly love that this firm is not like that. Overall firm rating is 4.8- detailed experience below from customer. 4 of 5 stars. Due to a growing firm with some turnover from case managers. 5 of 5 stars from the attorneys knowledge, kindness and extra help. 5 of 5 stars for Attorney fees being very very reasonable within the legality of it. 4.5 on filing fees It would be helpful to be transparent on cost of document filing (fees) from the beginning, but I ll let it pass since most attorneys don t mention that right away. Had a case that dragged out and by grace of god did not make it to court. It would have been better for me in the long run if it did, but in short and medium term, it would have been a mild disaster. So I m grateful for the outcome in the end. The case manager varied depending on who stayed and who left, had 3 case managers over all. Ashley Moreno is/was my most recent manager. She did an excellent job within her capacity to stay on top of any underlying discrepancies the case had. Unfortunately she was beholden to delays, not on the Brian White side, but external entities. Which is in the range of normal. Ashley has done a great job of communication. I would assume it goes for all her clients because at least with me it was constant in relation to next critical update as they came in, which were not very frequent in my case. She did an outstanding job keeping up with cases from Previous managers as well. Which is commendable. She should be going to law school in my opinion. There s a lot of hidden potential..or I think so. Andrea Ortega has been the filer and honestly overdue for small raise or bonus because from perception, she has everything always filed as fast as humanly possible, she mostly handles replies vs having a backlog of documents to file. My attorneys were Lex and rusty. Both are still at the firm. They an amazing job from what I perceive. I don t have much experience myself with law, courts, suits etc but I ve heard stories from peers and friends, I can say in comparison I had it really smoothly. Should I ever need them again, I ll be coming back or suggest others to come visit and see if these guys can help. Yeah, there were times where front desk was not helpful or their intake line could use some improvement, but that s normal with a growing and upcoming firm. Team over all is great. The people really look out for you, just remember to be patient and remember you are not the only person they are helping out.

So after my accident and injury, I spent the next day struggling trying to figure out where I could go to see a doctor. It was surprisingly difficult to locate a doctor who would see me since my injuries were from a car accident. It was turning out much more difficult to work out what needed to happen, so I ended up being directed to White and Harrison to help manage my claim, schedule doctor appts., and basically just let me sit back and take care of my health. I wasn t worried about time frame, and didn t want to keep up with the actual case details. It ended up taking 2 years to finally get everything resolved, and they ended up exceeding their estimates for how much I received out of the settlement. Overall, I think it worked out very well with minimal effort on my part. Thanks to Lex, Marco, Rosie and other members of the team.

I ve never been through a process of an insurance claim, this was my very first one. My accident was a whole year before I got paid, at first I was a little concern. Later I learned of the process and seen this was normal. Brian white assigned me to a case manager, Yohana Blanco she made sure that I got all of my treatments and test. They got me from home to therapy since I dint have a car at the moment. They kept me updated through the process. I m very pleased with this law firm. It was recommended to me by a good friend.
