Ricks Mobile Home Repair team were great! They worked efficiently and carefully with the underbelly and skirting project on my mobile home. Ricks is amazing. They do it all like handyman. I came in blind not knowing what or how to fix my manufactured home. I desperately needed new subflooring. I unfortunately made a lot of mistakes in allowing water to damage my home that was unfortunately made with OSB. I had so much water damage that the floor bucked and caved throughout my entire house. Rick is so well informed and patient. He sat me down and explained everything that needed to happen because I was at the point I felt I needed to rip everything out to start fresh. I was so overwhelmed with it all. Finally we settled on a plan of starting out with what needed to take priority and then go from there. They move furniture. First it was the floors, tore all the flooring because unfortunately it was all bad. Replace it with the good plywood not OSB and screwed it in not nailed so it wont creak. Braced some floor joint that unfortunately had partially rotted. Caulked where the floors met the walls. Unfortunately at the moment I cant afford to have the fancy flooring just yet but he will be doing that as well. Then he put on a second metal roof because my shingles were so bad that any wind would cause them to fall off. They did a couple of tiny projects around the house like handyman. Installed 2 toilets, a water heater outside with a home for the said water heater and an awning for my front door to prevent future water from coming inside and causing more water damage. Finally gave my home a wash because it was covered in mold outside. My home before felt all wobbly and loose but now it feels so sturdy. Like I said they do it all and in the future once I save up more money Im going to have them do everything else that needs to be done. I am so glad I found Ricks. I use to struggle having to find good quality companies to do the jobs I needed because each one only does that one thing. Ricks does it all. We already have a plan in place to do the underbelly insulation with the vapor barrier and a metal mesh that will prevent future animals from tearing it open and causing more water damage. Water is so so bad for manufactured homes, do everything possible to keep it out. Ive learned my lesson now. They also cleaned everything up and dispose of it all plus some. Looks like they werent even here. TLDR: go with Ricks they do it all. Rick explains it all. I will never have to worry again about having to find anyone else for my future home projects. Ive attached and will attach any future photos of all the projects. If you are reading this please feel comfortable in knowing that you are in good hands like I feel I am. I am so happy with how everything has turned out and so excited for the future. I finally have peace of mind and pray you have the same. It feels so good to be on this side now.

Rick and his crew have done several jobs on our home. New flooring, new underpinning, removing burglar bars, remodeled the kitchen, installed a back door and laid a concrete patio. They do a fantastic job. Absolutely recommend them.

We are very happy with the service we had from Rick and his crew! We had a new metal roof put on our large shed (16x20) and they promptly got on the job. It was done in one day and done well! They were fast, professional, pleasant and did a great job. We wouldnt hesitate to use them again for any job.

Ricks work is beyond exceptional he makes sure the work is done on time and that it is right. He takes the time to work with you as the customer so he knows what you want. Couldnt ask for a better person to work on your mobile. We have had him work on a couple of floors, redo a kitchen, and repair a bathroom great work ethic and super job done.

I purchased my first mobile home in 2021. It was built in the 1980s and was outdated. After researching contractors, I came across Ricks Mobile Homes and decided to give them a shot based on reviews. They exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, quick, and clean. They answered any questions I had and made sure that I was satisfied with the work before they left. Ricks had already installed a metal roof on my mobile home and now replaced my floors with vinyl planks. His work is second to none and timely. Hurricane Hannah blew in a few days after my roof was installed and it held tight, and my now my floor is beautiful and functional! Thanx Ricks!

After getting the run around from other contractors, we decided to contact Ricks Mobile Home. Rick was more than willing to do the job and was so professional and informative about what needed to be done. We had work done to the exterior of the house and they were very professional, fast and clean!! I was amazed that I didn t even see not one piece of roof shingle in my yard afterwards. We will definitely be contacting Rick for any further repairs.

You know that this is a reputable company when the owner comes out to inspect the work his team is performing. The workmanship on the remodel of our bathroom was excellent and the Clean-up FANTASTIC!! This was a professionally done job at a reasonable and fair price. I have to say I have been trying to get my in laws a new mobile home and weve been back and forth with the dealership for the past 9 months. We were in need of someone to pull the trailer out. Delilah had stuck by me the whole way and went above and beyond to help me and make this transition run smoothly as possible. Shes such a sweetheart and has such a warm heart. Found the execution of the project plan on completion exceeded my expectations. Viewed daily the project how Rick and his team worked and keep clean on my property. Details completion the team worked on my home to install the metal roof. How this company looks out for their customer throughout the project. We have used Ricks Mobile Home Repair for two big jobs on our house and we will use them in the future! For one job they replaced the insulation under our house and I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of every member of Ricks crew. The weather was hot and I know the crew were uncomfortable but we never heard them complain. I couldnt believe how neat they kept the yard during the project and the finished job was perfect. When it came time for us to have work done on the roof, I immediately knew wed have Rick do the work. Once again, very professional, very polite and now the whole neighborhood can see they did a beautiful job!
